I called them 3 weeks ago and left a message. They never gave me the courtesy of a return call to talk about using them.

Mel and Marco did a fantastic job cleaning my couch and living room carpet. Even with the bad weather they were prompt. They were very courteous and professional. They know their business very well. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional cleaning services.

Mel and Marco did a great job! on the day of the appt, Mel called me and told me that an appt canx and they could come an hour early if I wanted. I told her that I was still getting things ready but 30 min early would be okay. they are a fabulous couple who showed up on time, worked hard, and now I can walk on my carpet without cringing. it looks wonderful!! they cleaned some tough pet stains, and I could not be mored pleased with the results. I will definitely call them the next time I need my carpet cleaned, and I will tell anyone I know who needs their carpet cleaned to call Mel and Marco for the absolute best carpet cleaning.

They came out to give me an estimate and they were very nice. They are husband and wife team and don't have subcontractors etc. working for them which I liked. I couldn't have asked for a better visit from them, they pointed out a few things that they would take care of and made me feel that they were detailed and will do a great job. They are scheduled to clean next week.

Mel & Marco did an amazing job, and we will definitely use them for future carpet cleaning needs. They were very flexible with scheduling, prompt, friendly and professional. They did a very thorough job, and even moved the furniture around in the rooms rather than requiring we completely empty the rooms beforehand (we did move the lighter pieces and tried to de-clutter). All in all, we were very impressed and pleased with their services.

Mel and Marco cleaned our floors very well, but anyone could do that...they are the best because of their amazing personalities and customer service!! I felt like I had made two new friends by the time they left! What a shame that they did such a great job, because now it will be quite some time before we see them again. :) Hire them!

My family recently moved to Texas and bought a home previously owned by a dog owner in Flower Mound. I had originally scheduled a non Angie's List approved cleaner, but quickly cancelled and renewed my subscription here so I could find a reputable service. And boy, did I ever. Mel and Marco went beyond any of my expectations. They were extremely nice, incredibly thorough, and even fixed an area on the stairs where the carpet had pulled away. We were the last appointment of a busy Friday (Mothers Day weekend), and they were very conscientious in letting us know they were going to arrive later than planned. They provided a new time not far off from the original and literally arrived at that exact time. They were efficient in their operation and took all the necessary precautions with their equipment so as not to damage or stain anything. They were professional, respectful and very friendly. The carpet itself looks and smells fantastic; there were some stains I thought were irremovable that they cleaned up no problem. Again, they went above and beyond with the small stairway fix, much to our delight. I will never use another carpet cleaning service for as long as I live here.

We needed our carpets cleaned for a party that we were having that weekend. We called them and they were able to come out and clean them for us. They did all the main rooms and did an overall good job. The carpets looked really good afterwards.

Mel and Marco did an excellent job and our floors look great. They are a very charming couple and stand behind their work which is such a rare thing these days. We enjoyed having them in our home and they will be the only company we call for tile cleaning.

Called Mel, set up the appointment for the next day. Sometimes they need a few days lead time, especially around the holidays. They charge $25 per room. They are very careful when they move or touch your belongings. A chair costs$25 and. Loveseat is $50. May other cleaners have charged me double. They arrived exactly when they said and did a fantastic job. Have used them for about 4 years and have cleaned for me about 10 times. Very consistent and reliable.

Great! We loved Mel and Marco. They are such nice a nice couple to work with. Our cat decided that she would start spraying in the livingroom. We tried to clean the carpet ourselves several times and spent a lot of money on commercial products to get rid of cat odors, that didn't work. When I couldn't stand it any longer we decide to reach out to Angie's list once more and thats where we found Mel and Marco. They did a great job and our carpets look so clean. Our old couch looks so good, we will be able to keep it a while longer and our kitchen floor looks so nice. We tried to clean the grout and seal it ourselves, which was a disaster and we will never do it again. We know who to call now! After the carpet dried we still had some cat smell, so we called Mel and Marco and they were out the next day to reclean and inject enzymes into the pad. That did the trick! Very nice, responsive and local. You need to call them!

They called about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and quickly went to work. They took great care to protect my hardwood floors and door facings from any damage when bringing in and using their equipment. Before starting the work, they again quoted me the price and made sure I was comfortable with the amount. The carpet looked great when they were done! They were very professional and personable. I would definitely use them again.

Mel and Marco came out before Christmas to clean serveral of our rugs. Appoint was scheduled on the Friday before Christmas and I was the last appt. They called well in advance to let me know they were about an hour behind and asked if that still worked (it did). They got here when they said they would, and inspected the carpets to make sure all could be cleaned by their equipment. Confirmed their initial quote of $120 for 6 carpets of various sizes including pet odor treatment before they started. The were very courteous and took care of moving furniture as needed. Vacuumed the carpets before cleaning them. Took care to get each carpet done completely - quick but not rushed. Carpets looked great after the cleaning. Pet odors were not noticeable afterward (and have for the most part not returned - but I still have the pets). They even left us some footies to wear if we needed to walk on the carpets before they were completely dry. Very nice, professional people and I will gladly do business with them again.

Mel and Marco arrived right on time. They began work immediately and worked all day, taking only a short break for lunch. Their work was excellent. We have gotten so many nice compliments on how the wood floors look. The grout on our tile floors has never been so clean, and still is. Mel and Marco are so conscientious and meticulous about their work. They have a procedure which they follow and do not take any shortcuts. They bring everything they need and pick up everything before they leave. They work quietly and quickly but pay close attention to detail. I highly recommend their services.

Mel and Marco were wonderful from the very first contact. Arrived exactly when they said they would and worked very hard to clean our carpet and sofa. We had a spot in the carpet where the dog had scratched and Marco gave me an excellent price to repair and was not pushy at all to do it. We did have some very hard to clean spots that came back but they returned the same day I emailed them to take care of them. Very gracious and hard working people. They also are dog lovers. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Mel and Marco are still here...they aren't finished cleaning yet but I couldn't wait to write them a great review! They showed up on time and are very professional. They are making the extra effort to remove pet and other stains. It is obvious they take pride in their work and want to satisfy their customers. This is my first service to hire from Angie's List and I already feel that this experience justifies the cost of membership. You can feel very confident in your decision to hire Mel and Marco!

They did an excellent job, the grout looks great as well as my carpets are clean. There was one spot that reappeared in the doorway after the carpets were dry. When I called them, they promptly came back and recleaned that area and the spot is gone! I will certainly use them again when I need carpets or grout cleaned. They do a very thorough and complete job, they move the furniture and replace it after the floors are dry and are very careful with the furniture.. They do not miss or overlook any details. They do an excellent job of cleaning!
