They are wonderful- thorough and professional. We had one instance (in over a year) of feeling like the house was not as clean as we would like and they were extremely responsive. If we had moved out of state, I would definitely still be working with them! After trying several different services, they proved to be the very best.

We have had several house cleaners - Mel and Marco are the best! I put October 25th as our cleaning date ...but, we like them so much they come every two weeks. Mel always sends a confirmation text to me the night before letting me know approximately what time they will show up the next day. They are always professional and courteous. One thing I like most about them is that they never get in a hurry to try and get the job done and get out. They want to make sure they do the best job they can do. Its always them that do the cleaning so I don't have to deal with unfamiliar people coming to the house. As I said we have them come every other week to do the housecleaning; however, we have also had them do the carpets as well. The carpet cleaning was also exceptional. As a matter of fact the next week when Marco was doing the house cleaning he noticed a place that he felt he could have gotten cleaner. It looked fine to me but he came back and redid the room at no additional cost. They take a lot of pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them for any cleaning!

Mel and Marco did an absolutely beautiful job cleaning my kitchen floor. I would highly recommend them and I will be having them out soon to clean my carpet.

The deep cleaning was awesome. Cleaned everything..ceiling fans, baseboards, tops of cabinets, floors, windowsills, etc. Mel and Marco have showed up every other Thursday since. My 87 year old grandmother lives with us and looks forward to their coming to our home. She loves the special attention they give her while attending to all the cleaning needs of the house. I would recommend them to anyone with total satisfaction.

We were having out of town guests and wanted all of the carpet in the public areas of the home cleaned prior to our company's arrival. Mel and Marco were able to accommodate our needs. They arrived at the scheduled time. Took maticulose care in cleaning the carpet and putting the furniture back where they found it. They stretched the carpet in two areas that were getting loose. They worked diligently while they were here and were very pleasant to deal with. It was a very positive experience and we would certainly call them in the future.

Punctual. Dependable. Affordable. Trustworthy. This company will bend over backwards to please the customers. I trust their cleaning services immensely. Anytime I point out a small area that might have been inadvertently overlooked they never hesitate to make things right. They are flexible and will try to satisfy each customers individual needs. I am so very glad I found the perfect Company to meet my weekly housecleaning needs. Only wish I had found them sooner.

A very nice & friendly couple. They worked very hard at removing some horrible stains left by teenagers in one of the bedrooms. They got out almost everthing. Steps were included in the price which was nice. They clean tile also & I'll use them for that for sure before we move.

No matter what extras I ask for, they always say yes. And if my schedule changes, they are always responsive and work around my needs. My friends and family always say how clean my house is: people think I'm a clean person, but it's really Mel and Marco who help keep it that way. They are thorough and pay attention to details...just as I would if I had the time to clean my house. They take care of my home like they would take care of their own...they are wonderful. Unfortunately during the initial deep clean the wife felt too ill, and they were not able to complete the job, but stated they would complete it on their regular scheduled day of cleaning to be June 20. This was sort of done. July 4 , a holiday, no word of whether Mel was working and team were working, no word if they would like to rework the cleaning schedule... but assumed they took the holiday off. Contacted them for our next two week Thursday July 18 scheduled cleaning to say our family would be on vacation and to see them back on Aug 1. When I finally contacted Mel, from a phone number she did not recognize and she answered; she insisted I was to have contacted her regarding our scheduled Thursday of August 1 cleaning after returning from vacation, and that she was no longer able to schedule us in. She took 575. with a deep clean and one scheduled visit after. No. I feel they are unreliable and out for the money. I would rather hire the Maids service which is slightly expensive but completely professional and actually do a much better job!

We are selling our house and needed to have our carpets cleaned before putting it on the market. Mel was able to fit me in quickly. She did call me to tell me they were running 15 minutes late. They took pictures of our rooms before they moved any furniture so they knew where to put it back. They worked on some of our stubborn stains and were able to get rid of most of them. Our carpet is 25 years old!! The house smells so much better after getting rid of a lot of our cooking smells from the carpet. They saved me the price of replacing the carpet. Thanks for the great care Mel and Marco.

Excellent job and very nice people. Mel was flexible on the time. Went above and beyond and even helped us with an overflowing sink problem we had. Highly recommend.

Mel and Marco?s Cleaning Service is an all around great company ?very competitive pricing, quality work and professional/courteous demeanor. They cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job. Attention to detail was unparalleled. They left my carpets smelling great and also went over them several times assuring they were left almost dry. After steam cleaning it usually takes so long to dry and with a dog in the house that can really be a problem. At my request they provided an estimate to clean and seal my floor tile/grout (over 300 sq. ft.) and I plan to have that done soon. I anticipate another excellent job. I highly recommend Mel & Marco?s Cleaning Service. I haven?t met a more energetic nicer couple than Mel & Marco anywhere in a long time, especially in a service oriented business. A rarity in today's world.

Mel and Marco were on time and very responsive to our request and they did a very clean job. We are happy and will recommend them to any one.

I really like their cleaning technique, it's a five step process. 1) They spot all strains, we have lots of pets, so there was a lot of spotting 2) They spray all areas with cleaner. 3) They scrub all areas with a rotary scrubber 4) Now they use a truck mounted stream cleaner. 5) They rake all area to leave a nice look They moved all the furniture and cleaned all of the carpet. The results were outstanding, the carpets looks great, strains are removed and the carpets are only damp, not wet, and they dried within about 8 hours. There was no up-selling, they do a complete job. Will use them again and we definitely recommend them

From the start, my experience with Mel & Marco Cleaning Service was exceptional! Business was conducted with a high level of professionalism and attention to customer service . The owners performed the work themselves. Their work ethic, positive attitude, and quality far exceeded my expectations. Both Mel & Marco are very knowledgeable. They did the best job of any carpet cleaner I've ever used. I hired Mel & Marco to clean a small apartment for my son in college. When they finished the carpet looked new and the apt. smelled much better after the cleaning and deodorizing. Their prices are quite affordable. I have a very large home and have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. Undoubtedly, Mel & Marco Cleaning Service is the best of the best. I will only use them from now on. For the results, the amount I paid was worth every cent and then some.

Mel and Marco are the nicest people. They were fast and were wiling to answer my questions about keeping my tiles clean. They are hard workers and were wonderful about letting me know about what time they would be done, which floors could not be walked upon, etc. Very informative and gave me the opportunity to get things from areas that would be too wet to walk on.

Marco and Mel cleaned our carpets for the second time. Two more friendly people you will not meet. It was like having a visit from friends. The job they did on the carpet was great. The price was a surprise. It was lower than I expected. Their professionalism and friendliness was a treat. They don't push any extra cleaning and treatment for an extra fee like some in the past have done. I trust Marco and Mel to what is needed to get the carpets clean. Mel and Marco are great - very nice and very professional. I asked that they only use their environmental products because we have kids and pets and I am generally sensitive to a lot of chemical smells. They asked to see every room first, then confirmed that their phone estimate pricing would hold. Then they explained what their green product line does, and said that it might be hard to get all the old pet stains out without using something stronger. I explained why I didn't want anything stronger, so they worked extra h****** those spots using the green cleaner only, and they have not re-appeared (two weeks later when I am writing the review). In addition, when they had finished, they had a cinnamon scented deodorizer to use, but asked me first, so I declined. The carpets were GREAT after they left - they told me it would be about 4 hours to dry and left us with booties in case we had to go in any room. I would definitely use them again and already recommended them to a friend at work.

Arrived promptly. Professionally moved furniture. Took one 8x12 and one 6x9 rug to driveway and steam cleaned. Put rugs and furniture back on hardwood floors. Provided plastic guards for under the furniture legs. Both Mel and Marco were very friendly, professional and thorough. They take pride in their work and aim for repeat business. I will definitely call them again.

Mel and Marco cleaned our tile floors in March and they did such a great job that when our dog had a major accident we called them. Our white carpet was beyond horrible we even thought we might have to replace but after Mel and Marco worked their magic the carpet looks, feels, and smells new. Thank you guys, we'll never use anyone else for our floors.

Mel and Marco were wonderful. They were very busy and made time for us prior to moving into our home. They came at 5:00 pm and stayed until everything was finished.
