They visited a week ago to bid the project & did it today, a Saturday so they would have enough time to complete it. They worked all day and did a great job. Their fee was well worth it. They mentioned if we found anything that wasn't done well, to call them and they would return to remedy it. We haven't seen anything wrong. They are very pleasant to deal with. We will use them in the future for standard cleaning since they did so well with this initial post renovation cleaning. We found them via Angie's List. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

You really cannot imagine how wonderful and easy it was to get through a very difficult transition for my family. Mel and Marco are amazing. The staging of the house was so beautiful. We didn't even recognize our house in the pictures online. I credit the success of the house sale with them and their abilities. When they cleaned the house, they also cleaned all the floors so well that the grout on the tile actually looked brand new. We live in another state right now, so we can no longer use their services, but we will always be grateful for their help. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mel and Marco did a spectacular job cleaning my home so I could put it on the market. They cleaned top to bottom, shutters, moldings, fans, and tile grout, and shampooed all the carpets. The job was bigger than they had anticipated, but they came back a second day without charging extra. They were very professional. A few days after they finished, I put the house on the market and got 4 contracts the first day! If that doesn't tell you about how well they did their job, nothing could. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, professional, and very nice to work with. They did extra rooms for us that we didn't initially request, which was a very nice bonus. I absolutely will hire them every 6 months or so!

House is clean as a whistle, Nell and Marco did an outstanding job and are pleasant to work with, I have a great feeling of trust with them. The are very thorough about all the details. I went very well, I had a different team there to do house cleaning, the carpet cleaning team were not able to do their job b/c the housecleaning people were still there, not their fault. The carpet team agreed to come back, they stayed late, got the job done, and did an excellent job.

I just bought a new house and hired Mel and Marco to clean the carpets before all the furniture arrived. They showed up on time and got straight to work. They even moved my king-sized bed (the one piece of furniture in the house) so they could clean the entire carpet on the bedroom. They quoted me based on the 4 rooms, and threw in the closets for free when they got there.

I found Mel and Marco very professional in their work and how they relate to us. We were late for our appointment but they've waited patiently outside our house. Being the last job for the day, I thought that Marco would be tired and won't be able to do a thorough cleaning but to my surprise, he cleaned our carpets very well. Cleaned also my area rugs which was not part of the quote. I'm one happy customer.

The job done went quite well. I was satisfied with them. They couldn?t remove one spot but I don?t see any other spots. It?s hard for me to know whether or not anyone else could have removed that. They were professional, fast and affordable.

If I ever have any questions or concerns they address them in a polite way, and any issues are always resolved to my satisfaction. Mel and Marco have cleaned my house every week for the last 2 years. They said they would try to make the current flooring look newer, and I really didn't see how that could happen. I came home and I could NOT believe what they did. They cleaned the carpet and treated it so that it felt and looked like new carpet. They put a shine on my phaux wood flooring so that it looked better than when we bought it. Then, they used this machine to make my tile floor grout perfectly white again. I didn't even know that was possible. The floors look brand new. They probably saved me $5000 in floor replacements. I know it sounds impossible, but it absolutely true.

Detailed cleaning went fine even though a few dusting locations were missed, it was pretty much a full day of cleaning. However the crew was very opinionnated to the owner of the house as far as her caregiver was concerned, which we felt was none of their concern. Poor dusting habits started to develope such as glass table tops, end table legs and kitchen blinds (grease) not being clean. These were all things I felt could be worked out in a very short time. However, I failed to leave a check to pay them on a set day. When I called them in two weeks on the day they were suppose to be at the house, they informed me they I had not paid them. I told them I would send a check that day and to call me went they received it. Asked them when they would be at the house they said they had already contracted out for other business and it would be a month before they could come back. A few days later they called me to say they had recieved the check. I told them at that time not to come back. I felt since they had contracted out to do other cleaning business and putting us out for a month was not very professional. Though it was my fault in forgetting to pay them, most business' would have politely reminded me of my error sooner.

I have had a lot of interaction with them. I spend on a weekly basis for the service. They are always punctual. They always do a very thorough job. They are very reasonably priced. They just do a fabulous job. I have never known anyone as good as them. I would use them again in the future.

Awesome! Mel and Marco are so personable and responsive. Emailed them, gor at response within and hour (it was in the late evening). Set up a time to come over and it was a done deal. They did a great job! Will absolutely refer to them and use again in the future!

They did an excellent job! The ceramic floors look new! I wasn't aware how dirty my tile floors were until they cleaned it. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule and were willing to get the work done while I was out of town. I'm very pleased with the work!

They started cleaning in the rooms we requested be cleaned first. They worked as quietly as possible and we barely knew they were here cleaning(we work at home). My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with Mel & Marco's work and will definitely hire them in the near future. Yippee, my entire home is finally clean all on the same day!

I have used them 6-8 times and they cleaned from top to bottom. They are very thorough and do a great job. This is the first time they cleaned carpet and it went great!

I have had many, many companies and individuals come in to deep clean my house and then quote for a periodic service. Never have I had anyone do such a great and thorough job. Mel and Marco spent the first 1.5 hours in the kitchen and it has never looked cleaner! I've signed up for a regular bi-weekly cleaning with them as well. I have 3 teenage sons (not to mention my husband) and all of them are hunters, fishermen, and farm workers. They're always working on cars in the driveway and tracking in grease and dirt (not to mention what comes off in the shower). Mel and Marco took care of it all! They're a great couple, very friendly and courteous. I don't think I'll ever go back to any other cleaning service again.

Outstanding! I was using another cleaning company and was unsatisfied with their work. I selected Mel & Marco based on their strong reviews. They arrived on schedule to provide me an estimate. They were very specific in finding out my preferences for what I wanted cleaned and how I wanted it done down to particular cleaning tools and products. They have now cleaned my house 4-5 times. Each time I have been exceptionally happy with their work. I am very particular about my things and they thoroughly clean without destroying my possessions. Several times they have called back to see if I was satisfied and if they needed to modify their work in any way. They have been professional, punctual and their service is an excellent value. I have a small dog that wets when he is excited to see someone. I also have small grandchildren who are messy. I have quite a bit of floor tile and knew it needed a good cleaning. Marco carries the appropriate equipment in his van and he proceeded clean the tile. I was stunned by how different and wonderful it looked.
