Contacted Mel and Marco for an estimate on cleaning my house after I close on it. The were very accomodating with my schedule and was prompt with their arrival time. They cleaned the the whole house and even Scotch Guarded the carpets. Very pleased with their work and will be hiring them to clean my apartment after move-out.

They were really good. We used their service about two months ago. They were very responsible. I really liked them. Maybe it was my fault because I didn't tell them that I had a pet and they did not ask me either. The house was already kind off cleaned by the time they got there. They told me they didn't use the right chemical and as a result after the first cleaning, the house smelt really bad. They came back a few times to correct the mistake. They were very accommodating and very professional. Even though there was a little bit of hick up at first, I thought they were very good and I would definitely use them again. The price is very reasonable because I expected to pay a lot more.

We used them last Saturday. We paid them $400 to clean one time and we are going to start using them every other week probably for less money. We liked them a lot. They really did a good job. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to others. We have a large house and the price is different for everybody.

I spent $75 the last time I used them. The job they did was fine and they did a good job. I would tell other members that they were just very friendly, professional and they were good. I would possibly use them again in the future.

I hired Mel and Marco to clean the house I was moving into and the house I was moving out of. I had received quotes from 3 cleaning services. They were the only ones who actually came out to see the house before giving a quote. In the end, their quote was in line with the going rate for house cleaning in the area, which was good. So I chose them based on their description of how they would do the jobs and their attitude toward their business. For example, they asked me if it would be okay for them to take longer to do the jobs so that they wouldn't have to hire any contractors and could maintain the quality level of their work. They did a thorough job on both properties.

I really wanted to hire Marco and Mel after reading the reviews on Angie's List however they had no availability to even come give an estimate when I called. Sounds like Angie's List members are keeping them busy!

They were here for most of the day, cleaned everything up, it was a very good experience. They also cleaned a 5 x 8 rug that one of our dogs had gotten sick on - it came back perfect. Excellent job!!!!!!

.We lost our dog in February, we had an accident. They actually came out and cleaned our carpet twice probably within a 10 day period. They are very professional, very thorough. It is a husband and wife team and they are two of the nicest people. I just enjoyed them very much. As soon as my sons go back to college I will get my carpets cleaned.

The service is outstanding and unbelievable. They provide great service. They do whatever it takes to get my carpet clean. They are very professional and do a fabulous job. I think from the pricing standpoint it’s a better deal. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

Mel and Marco are a terrific team! They provided carpet cleaning service and were able to remove stains that a more expensive provider was unable to remove the prior year. We had a section of our carpet that was coming up that we had not gotten around to repairing. Marco noticed and offered to repair it. They are so meticulous and detail-oriented that we asked them to come back to clean and seal our kitchen tile. Not only is there workmanship of a high quality, they are wonderful people to be around. Mel and Marco are very conscientious about my instructions and freely inquire if more can/should be done. They work as a team and are efficient and thorough. We also discussed and I received an estimate to pressure clean and seal the unglazed tile floors plus spot clean pet stains. I plan to use them. I highly recommend Mel and Marco for minor to major services. They are reliable and reasonably priced. They do excellent work.

They were prompt and delightful people. It felt like we had known each other for years. Still they were professional, honest and hard working. I was amazed at their quality of work and professionalism.

I have NEVER had any cleaning person or service who did as thorough or as good of a job as Mel and Marco. They called within 24 hours, came out and looked at the job right away, did a detailed inspection, asked questions and gave me a quote on the spot. I took the first available date they had. They showed up on time, calling first to advise/remind they were coming. They provided their own cleaning supplies and materials, including vacuum cleaner and ladder. They started at the top and worked their way down as a team, and did not miss anything, and finished with cleaning the carpeted areas. They even brought industrial fans to give the carpet a head start drying, and left plastic booties so I could walk on the damp carpet if needed without leaving any marks. They did an incredible amount of work, were here all day, and only stopped for a short lunch period. They knew I was moving, live alone and am ill, and even volunteered to move anything I needed moved from one area to another. Despite my house being organized and uncluttered, this was a very big job, and they did not miss a thing, although they tell you to just call them if you see anything and they will be right back out to take care of it. I liked them so much and was very happy with them, and fortunately was able to get them to take me as a twice a month housekeeping client until my house sells and I move. I feel like I have new friends, wish I had found them sooner, and sincerely wish I could pack them up and take them with me when I move out of state! I keep the house in good condition, but would not have been able to do the deep clean needed to prepare a house for sale, and even if I wasn't ill could not have done as good of a job or in as quick of time as they did.. Mel and Marco are amazing. From the moment I called them, they were polite and responsive. They really made me feel that they appreciated my business. They arrived in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. They were very kind toward my dogs and my dogs were very comfortable with them in my home. They are the best carpet cleaners that we have ever had. They weren't afraid to move things and they really took their time.

They did a deep cleaning of our home for $200, and clean monthly for $120. They were on time, professional, and wonderful. They cleaned everything, things I don't even think of, completely. I leave my key out for them usually (unless I'm home). They are amazing. I trust them fully. Marco and Mel are great with my daughter (toddler) and my pets. Mel always brings treats for our pets whether we are home or not. They are a great addition to our lives.

The tile needing redoing was redone, much to our satisfaction. They really do try to please. I truly hope they will consider us as customers.

Mel and Marco came to our home to give us a bid on the work we inquired about after reading the reviews on Angies List. They arrived right on time, and my husband and I both immediately felt comfortable with them. A cheerful couple that takes their work seriously and has built a reputation for the hard work that they do as a result. As they walked through the house, they made notes & suggestions on each room so that the job could be carried out to the final detail. First, they made suggestions on cleaning, then on staging, and finally finishing touches to get the house ready to sell. There were suggestions about moving furniture, de-cluttering, hanging drapes, and more to make the rooms look more spacious. They scheduled a time they could come back to do the work, a Saturday where there would be plenty of time. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived with many cleaning products and equipment, (they furnish all products) and were driving a van that had the carpet cleaning machine in the back just like the professional companies use. The cleaning began at the top with light fixtures, ceiling fans, then cleaning the blinds, windows, appliances, furniture, until each room was sparkling. I trusted Mel's judgment, and carried out all her recommended suggestions for staging Marco and my husband moved furniture around or out-- to stage the house for space. Then the carpets were treated for pet stains,spots, and shampooed. The floor tile grout was cleaned and sealed. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours! But WoW the results were unbelievable! At the end of the day -- our house had had an extreme makeover!! When my realtor came to look at the property to list, he was most impressed with the house and changes made, in fact agreed with everything that had been done! Mel & Marco were right on target! Thanks to Mel & Marco, our house now has a sign in front and is ready to go. I would definitely recommend this dynamic duo for any and all of the jobs they did for us. I really felt like family had arrived to help us and stayed until everything was done. Mel & Marco are professionals and very good at what they do!

Mel and Marcos were on time, early actually, and finished 4 rooms in 1.25 hours. They were very friendly and professional. They were able to get a few pet stains out, so thankful or that! They were very careful with our furnishings and ultra careful not damage our wood floors. Great experience.

These folks are great. This was a really small job. The only carpet I have in our house is the front and back stairs. First they give you a time, (not the noon til. 6:00 pm and show at 7:00) that you get from most contractors. Then they call 30 minutes before and tell you they are coming. Once here the work was unbelievable. They got every single spot out and spent the extra time on problem areas. The carpet has not been cleaned in five years. It looks brand new.

Overall, the service went well. Responded quickly, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.

The overall experience was very positive. These people were very professional, friendly and concerned that I was completely satisified with their work. I will definitely call them again.
