Description of Work: Oh my! Mel and Marco, you are amazing! I have builders' grade off white carpet that is over 12 years old. You can imagine how that must have looked after 2 boys and dogs. It looks almost new now! They even got out the hot pink fingernail polish splatters I spilled 6 months ago. I will recommend them to everyone and definitely will use them again. For the amount they charge, I may have them come out a few times a year!! Thank you guys!

Description of Work: First time using Mel and Marco and I will never use anyone else as long as they have this company! You could tell they actually care about the job they do within the first 5 minutes of them showing up. They're very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The price was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job!!

Description of Work: Mel and Marco responded to my email the same day it was sent. I was looking for housecleaning and carpet cleaning. Unfortunately they responded they were too busy to do the housecleaning, which is what I really wanted them to do. I will try them again some other time, hopefully they won't be so busy next time.

Description of Work: carpet cleaning. Prompt, professional, friendly. Price was good. cleaned carpet well. Some stains remained, but very dirty carpet. Would use again and doubt anyone could get some of our stains out. Would use again.

Description of Work: Great team. They came out and cleaned our carpets and two sofa's and two chair's. They cleaned our home and got it ready after the remodel. They cleaned all windows. I highly recommend them if you have a remodel you just finished that needs to be cleaned.

Description of Work: They came for an estimate. Gave the usual song and dance of $250 for the first deep cleaning and $120 for bi-weekly service thereafter. The house was clean at the time and the need for a deep clean was not present and even Marco commented on how clean the house was? They didn't want to negotiate so we did not use their services.
