Description of Work: Gary repaired my broken garage door. He was very professional and the quality of work was excellent. I will use Gary in the future if any needs arise.

Description of Work: Genie Sales and Service Co. replaced both garage door torsion springs. Gary Fincher with Genie Sales and Service Co. arrived at my home within two hours from the time I called him. He had both torsion springs replace within on hour after arriving at my home. I was very pleased with the work that he did and the price.

Instead of having the entire unit rewired which would have required accessing it through ceiling and attic, I chose to have a mini garage door opener attached to fit the original pushbutton.General maintenance of my 2 doors was also performed. I have been using 'Genie' for years and have been very happy with their service.

He came out to look at the job within two hours and replaced the door and installed a new motor the next morning. He was fast, honest, professional and thorough. When one of my car remotes lost its signal he was back quickly to correct the situation. I have used him twice and wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: I called them about a repair on my garage door,he gave me an estimate,I asked how much difference for a new garage door.He gave me a very good price,and said he could do it the next day.I asked him about a down payment,he said no,just pay when the job was finished.Since I had to work the next day and I had no one to be here,he said if I would leave the garage door unlocked he would have the door up when I got home.WhenI got home it was finished,he arrived a little while later and I paid him .They did a very good job and I was very pleased.I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs garage door work done.Michael McNeely

As promised a technician showed up and immediately knew what the problem was. He replaced a part and then did some general proactive maintenance. I would highly recommend Genie Sales and Service. Description of Work: rep came out to check my garage door as it had no power and a spring was broken. he eplaced a capacitor and a spring and it worked for a bit after he left and then quit again. he came out at 7 the next morning and started troubleshooting again. he ended up replacing the electronic board, both sensors, both limit switches, and the capacitor again along with the needed wiring. it worked and continues to work great some weeks later. i wasn't charged anything else for the 2nd visit. nothing. and he said if it stopped again he would the 1st charges and apply them to a new complete unit. very nice and professional. i was very surprised and satisfied. will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I needed a new garage door after the very old cracked and split. I left them a voice message on Sat afternoon. They called me back Monday as I had requested. I picked out a door and in 2-3 days it was installed and the old one removed. This was one of the most hassle free home repair I have done to date. I told them what I wanted, they delivered and installed it promptly. The man was here about 9 in the morning and in less that an hour or so, the new door was in place. I would must certainly use them again and have referred my friends there.

Description of Work: Our garage doors were not running smoothly. Gary came out, assessed the problem and effectively fixed both doors. One needed some reinforcement while the other one needed regular maintenance.

Description of Work: The arm of our garage door opener had pulled off of the garage door, tearing the metal. They inserted a metal plate to strengthen the door. They reattached the garage door opener arm to the door. He inspected the door, opener, springs, reset the opener, and oiled the springs and rollers.
