The job went very well. Excellent workmanship and professional in every respect. I was so pleased with the work that I felt comfortable enough to refer a neighbor. I contacted the company again in early 2019 to locate potentially private gas lines on my property. None were there and there was no charge for the call.

$300 labor charge for under 1/2 hour of work to solder leaky pipe.

He was knowlegdeable and fixed the issue. He could have charged me for additional services and test, but said to hold off to see if the unclogging resolved the problem and wait to see if the additional tests are needed. Great service.

In general, they do a very good job and their plumbers are very professional.

Work went well. Home was 15 months old & since we have hard water where I live I had the first flush done on the tankless hot water heater. The serviceman was very thorough in explaining how he flushed it. (he ran the chemicals through for 1 hour). He made sure all the faucets were turned on after he finished to be sure no chemicals were left in the hot water lines. It seemed to me that hot water got to the kitchen faster than before & almost immediately to the bathrooms. I would recommend them to anyone. One thing I liked was they sent both a text & email with a picture & bio of the tech before he arrived.

Syres handled the work and got our half bath working again. He also located the problem of why we had a clog - a break in the sewer line. He was able to pin point to by using a camera. Although I did not have this company fix the break in the sewer line under the slab, I think they did a great job with the plumbing and diagnostics part of the repair.

The service went great, Rod arrived about 8:30 am, accessed the situation, provided the pricing. Then Rod went to work completing the job in about 2.5 hours. Rod was very professional he didn't dilly dally around. Once the job was complete, he went over his company service agreement plan, I declined but appreciate that he reviewed it with me, then we went over the operation of the unit. Outstanding level of work Rod. Will be hiring again for a future project and I will request Rod.

Great! Rhett and Andrew gave us several options for dealing with broken water softener. We chose to have it removed and all old equipment hauled away. They installed new plumbing system, removed old water softener system, and left area clean.

The plumber was very nice and professional. He spent 45 minutes on the repair and used $15 in parts. He stated he had to charge us $250, as required by C+W. When we protested, he dropped the price to $192. He was very nice but the price was still outrageous. We do not recommend C+W.

The job took bout 90 minutes as our old flange had corroded and needed to be removed before the new one could be installed. Sam was thorough, professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

The moment I called to make the appointment I knew I had found the right company. The receptionist was very eager to accommodate us, she was professional and very helpful. The plumber, Rod arrived right on time and was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He even helped correct a problem that another plumbing service had created. We have had some disastrous plumbers in our time, they've destroyed the place and when we confronted them on restoring what they destroyed the comment was "It's not my job." well it is if you knock holes in the wall. When I placed my order, the receptionist asked if there would be restorative work needed and in this case there wasn't. I was impressed that she asked that question because no one else has ever asked us that before. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber who still believes in customer service. My husband couldn't say enough good things about Rod and this company! We will be using them again that's a promise.
