Their service was great, I used them twice already. Very professional very friendly and come on time.

I do not trust these people to do any work. We bought a house that had a shower pan leak. C&W Plumbing did the plumber's side of the work. They referred/ recommended their friend to do the tile work. Just over a year later we notice a leak by the shower. We call C&W since they have a 2 year warranty on the work that was done. Sam from C&W Plumbing comes out and is extremely courteous. He looks all around the shower for holes and leaks, but never tests the actual shower pan. When moving the shower head all around he finally finds a spot by the door that it on the same wall as the shower head. He explains that was the tile company's issue and not C&W Plumbing. We call the tile company and they send a man to fix the spot that was leaking on the door. The next day we still see a leak. We are not experts on this, so we hire a licensed inspector to look at it. He lets us know that it is definitely coming from the shower. The inspector asked if C&W Plumbing did a shower pan test when they came out. He was very surprised that they did not check their own work. We had to schedule another time for C&W to come out and do this test. C&W Plumbing sends out Jason. He does the shower pan test with the inspector present. He sees that it is leaking. Tells us there are a number of reasons of why it might be. The inspector suggests that we get the Tile company and C&W Plumbing to come out together as they pull apart the shower to see what the problem is. A week later, when everyone can come out. The outcome is as expected. Both Companies say the other is at fault. Jason from C&W Plumbing admitted to the inspector that had they raised the Shower Pan liner higher, there wouldn't be a problem. Chris from C&W Plumbing called me after we have had to report this to the state. His main response is "We did all that is required by the city." It has been pointed out by the inspector and many others that the work that was done was not best practice. We are just wanting what was originally thought was done. We wanted a shower that doesn't leak for many years down the road. Now we are having to fight this because a company has decided to do the minimum requirement instead of having their customers interests in mind when doing a job. We currently have no shower, $$$$$$ in damages, and they wont fix what could have been prevented a little over a year ago. I dont trust them to do any work anywhere.

We notice a lick the of the shower. When moving the shower, we finally find a spot. I contacted them, but they explained that the tiles company is the one that has anissue. So, I hired an inspector to check the shower.. And the the inspector asked us ask contact to contact the both company (C&W).. So, I did. A week later, the outcome was unexpected. they did not admit the mistake. We did all required, but they just pointing about the inspector. We currently have no shower, a lot of money has damages. i do not trust them to work again anymore and everywhere.

The repair went very well. Devan was great. Arrived on time, very personable and professional. He listened, surveyed the problem and then presented options and costs for us to consider. We needed a new toilet. He performed the repair and cleaned up after himself. The repair was good, no further issues. We are very pleased and would hire C&W again. Devan's a keeper!

Everything is now working well. Brendon was careful and inspected everything before making any decisions. He listened carefully to what was going on now as well as some earlier problems. He let me know what needed to be done.. And, he kept me updated. After the work was done, he explained everything once more and was able to clearly detail a course of action for some future issues I had asked about. He was courteous and very professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Plus, he was able to arrive earlier than I was originally told. He called ahead when he was on his way. The price was excellent and even less than originally quoted because one step was not needed.

Brendon came an evaluated our old toilet, and he found that it was in need of replacement. All of our options for the toilet replacement were clearly and politely explained to us by Brendon. He did a very professional job helping us with the process. I highly recommend C & W Plumbing, and I will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Company wants to charge me $49 to come write an estimate for a problem I am already aware of. All I needed was a guesstimate for a shut off valve replacement. They wanted to charge me for that estimate. I asked what are their hourly rates. They did not reveal. It is disheartening under the current economic situation, that a company would charge you $49 just to give you an estimate for something you already know. IMO very unethical

On May 1, 2020, I received a quote for the plumbing work (some demo and some installation) for the remodel of our two bathrooms. With my budget in hand and ready to move forward, this past week I called again to discuss measurements for a tub and specific fixtures I had in mind. We also discussed the previous quote. Not only was the previous quote inaccurate, it was wildly inaccurate. They told me that the person who wrote the quote is no longer working for them, as they let them go after one month. I just received a second quote for twice as much as the original quote. They told me that they have financing I can use, but an accurate quote would have been much more helpful. I'm now left to find more bids at the last minute. I have used C&W for years, but these last few experiences with them have been extremely disappointing. My trust in them has been extremely eroded and I probably won't use them again unless they can work with me on this. If there is an update, I will post it here.

Andrew was phenomenal, I really liked him. The customer service was on point, they followed up the following day and the gentleman and I had the best conversation, you could tell he was actually engaged and cared. The whole experience was superb! They were $135 higher than the other company I had out. I will probably will go with the other company but if I were to choose based on my experience it would be C & W Plumbing.

Keith was very professional and efficient. The issue was quickly resolved. I Will be using their services in the future.
