Keith did a great job. C&W is very responsive and has been out twice on short notice. Professional plumbing on demand.

I called C&W to when my water heater quit. My old Kenmore heater still had 5 years left on the guarantee but Sears said it would be 3 days before they could even schedule an appointment and that all guarantee service had to be done by Sears. C&W came out the same day and had a new Rheem heater installed that afternoon. They did a great job and the new heater works as it should. A couple of days later a garden hose bib started leaking so I called them back to fix that. Even though it wasn't an emergency like the heater they came out that afternoon.

Went well. The plumber was able to fully resolve the issue without breaking any concrete and completed the job in one short visit.

C&W charged me $49 to come out to the house. The technician could not identify the problem either. He suggested $385 charge for a leak search, but would not include the cost of a repair. I called another plumber. No service charge. He cut a small section of wet sheet rock and found a leaky copper pipe. He gave me an estimate and fixed the leak for a total of $325. C&W $49 service call charge was worthless, and the total repair cost with C&W could have been double my actual repair costs.

Chance and Mike did a great job! Very professional. Explained everything as they were doing it and left tips on how to properly use the new disposal. Very satisfied!

Unfortunate Experience. C&W tech did an extremely poor job and feel that there is some possible dishonesty with this company. We had a leaky Bathroom faucet. Didn't know it at the time, but the only problem was a Moen Handle cartridge that needed to be replaced. I did the work myself after watching a You Tube video on how to diagnose. Parts were about $40 and it took me 30 minutes. That was the fix. Now let me share what this tech told me: - "It looks like you're going to have to replace the whole faucet system. You'll need to get the the faucet and call us back. (about $160 for the materials) - Because it's so hard to get to, you may need to get a whole new cabinet and sink (about $500) - Our quote for Labor on this repair is $406.86 I'm thankful that I had the sense to detect a red flag. The red flag was that he never turned off the hot and cold. I did that and turned them on one at a time and found that it only leaked on the Hot. Which means there is only a problem with the Hot Handle. I was done. Had I listened to this tech and bought his story, it would have cost nearly $1,100. As it was, it only cost me $40 in parts. I was impressed that the owner immediately offered to reimburse my $50 for the service visit. I'm not sure he was as alarmed about the inadequate or misleading diagnosis the tech gave. I write this because I'm hoping no one gets swindled. Had this happened to my parents, they would have been more trusting and shelled out a lot of money over this misleading diagnosis. This may be a good company with a bad Tech. People may be use to paying out large sums to this company without question. This is probably the most disappointing contractor visit I've ever had from a contractor in our McKinney home. Be careful.

I called C & W and was warmly greeted by their representative. Policy and price were clearly explained and getting an appointment to fit my schedule was not difficult. The tech Corey was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained all work to be done and price. I was very happy with overall service and will use this company again.

We had a leak at our house that we couldn't diagnose for several months. Being on a pier and beam house with no water leaks under the house we narrowed it down to being somewhere in the yard, but where?? I called C&W, they set up an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, maybe even a little early. They explained exactly what they were going to do and ended up being able to repair the leak. The cost was more than we wanted to spend, but was much less than it could have been. We appreciate their professionalism and their ability to get me on the schedule quickly. We would use them again.

C & W plumbing was prompt in responding. Their technician - George Avant was punctual and professional. He completed the work in timely manner.

Devon was on time, efficient, cleaned up when done, fixed the problem and offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. He also checked the rest of the house to make sure we didn't have any other plumbing issues. Very professional and I'll definitely have him come back if ever I need a plumber.

I called C&W to fix a worn out anti-siphon attachments on 2 outdoor spigots. They gave me a 4 hour window and showed up within the first 1/2 hour of the window, calling when he was 45 minutes away. The technician was professional, efficient and answered all of my questions. Would hire again!

They text ahead of time. The tech is very nice. They communicate often and clearly. The job was done well.

C&W HAS HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBERS! Rod took one look at my yard and determined that my high water bills were probably due to a broken sprinkler head (my system runs late at night, so I had not noticed). He and I tested the system and confirmed this. I told him I could fix this, and he said there would be no charge for this visit. This is the second time I have had a C&W plumber out to my house (for different issues), and both times I have been very impressed with their knowledge and INTEGRITY. They will be my plumbers from now on.

Rhett was amazing. Explained everything to me and my wife. Very clear on all of the possible options and the pricing. Quick work, repair looks great and operates very well. Even gave us a couple of things to watch out for on another project we have going on at the house right now. It's the kind of service and personability I am looking for. Would definitely call C&W again, and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

I was VERY thankful for the integrity of Paul Lester (from C&W Plumbing). He could have socked me for an $325 dollar external pipe clean out - which I was completely ready to pay - when he discovered that he might be able to fix the problem by routing out the toilet instead. Routing out the toilet worked, which saved me $200. He told me it seemed to him that he was going to have to do an external pipe clean out to fix the problem, and he showed me the charge in his C&W Plumbing book. Here was the exchange: PAUL: So before I do this, are all the toilets in the house slow draining? ME: The toilet in the master bath is very slow draining as well, but the upstairs toilets are working fine. PAUL: Oh, if that's the case I should be able to fix it by just routing out the toilet in the half bath, which will save you some money. ME: Great! Go for it. Routing the toilet worked and reduced my bill from $375 (counting the $49 service call) to $165 (counting the $49 service call). So many home repair people are very conniving, so finding one with this kind of integrity is a PLEASANT surprise. I will be requesting Paul Lester from now on.
