They gave me a window of between 1:00 and 4:00 and called at 12:30 to let me know he was on his way. Very nice, clean and professional. Description of Work: Replaced Water Works cartridge, replaced another Water Works handle, added instant hot water in two areas, and replaced water heats. A couple of miss steps but nothing major.
