Overall, a great experience. The office scheduled the work promptly, they worked around our schedule, Rod was here on time (even a little early!), he was professional, did not wear his shoes in the house, and explained to my husband what he was doing.

Had a $49 coupon from Angies list so trip was free. Plumber look at a wall and the bathtub then gave us a $600.00 quote. I opened the wall myself after this, found the problem to be a broken section of pipe from the drain to the tub. Bought a new part at Homedepot for $7.00 and fixed it myself. Total time spent about 45 minutes start to finish. Since then C&W has hounded me wanting to know when I wanted them to come fix it (7 calls in a 2 day period). I would not recommend C&W to water a lawn..

Really a great experience, the office called to acknowledge my email bright and early. Then a follow up call saying tech was on his way. Tech showed up, put on little shoe booties to protect the carpet, and had it fixed lickety split. Price was good for me, and the Angies List coupon helped! Tech was very nice, professional, and couteous! I definitely recommend!!!

After having a toilet not flush away contents along with other signs of a clogged sewer line, I called C & W Plumbing, whose dispatcher said they could get a plumber to my house within the hour. When I asked her for an approximate cost, she said the plumber would provide an estimate after he inspecting the problem. So I gave an order. There was a $49.00 coupon on Angie's List waiving their "dispatch fee". The plumber was punctual, courteous, clean, and competent. He performed his inspection then gave me an estimate for cleaning the line, but he included an "up sell" charge for doing a video inspection to look for breaks/leaks in the line. He presented it as if it were not an optional service. That very moment, an email from Angie's list popped up on my computer with an offer from a competitor to do the same service (including a video inspection) for $95! So I showed it to him and asked if he would come down on the price. He said it wasn't up to him, but he could do just the cleanout and not do the video inspection for ~$179.80. He was already there, late on a Friday afternoon, and I was facing a very busy weekend, so I OKed the work (and yes, he honored the $49 coupon). He found the culprit (a disposable but apparently non-flushable baby wipe that had lodged itself where our line connects with the city's line at the curb). It was pretty obvious I really didn't need the video inspection. Obviously someone has sold this company video equipment but they're using it to try to generate extra revenue. I don't mind being offered this service, but I certainly don't want a company representative implying that I need to have something unnecessary done any more than I would want my doctor ordering a $2000 CT scan on me when all I came in for was to get a hangnail removed.This action has cost C & W my willingness to recommend them. If you decide to use them, tell the dispatcher do not try to sell me unnecessary or unsolicited services.

Overall a good experiences. Price seems to be on the high side for a less-than-30-minute job. They waived the service call fee (normally $49) because I am an angie's list customer.

I used my disposal and the kitchen drain became plugged. I called C&W Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. They sent an email confirmation of the appointment and also called beforehand to say when they were on the way to my home. The kitchen drain was "snaked" and the drain was unplugged. The service technician was here less than one hour. No parts were needed for the repair. The cost was based on labor/service only. The cost of $239.67 was more than I expected to pay and if I didn't need the use of my sink, I would have called around to find a less expensive alternative.

They responded the next day and plumber was professional. Cost was on the high end. I was charged $410 for them to remove my water heater and reinstall it. The leak was from a pipe in the wall behind the water heater. The insurance adjuster agreed that the total bill was on the high end. They seem to do good work in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that might keep me from using this company again is the high price. The plumber did a courtesy check of other plumbing and recommended repairs. Those estimates were also on the high side.

We were satisfied. They are prompt.

I really didn't need a new hot water heater but was trying to upgrade to a more efficient model. C&W was very helpful in helping me find the model that would work for my house and fit in the space allowed. They were quick to order the tank and set the appointment. The were efficient, clean and very professional. Even when I had a problem (something I had caused) they came out after hours to check it. The price may be a little higher than others but I can count on them to be professional and timely. Someone I would trust to have in my house.

C&W was very courteous and came out for a non-emergency service during some extremely icy road conditions. We very much appreciated their prompt service. The work was done well, but seemed very expensive for the type of work performed (replacing the pumps on three toilets). He did tighten our kitchen sink faucet for free, which was very nice. As far as the plumber who came out, I'm torn on what to say. He was extremely nice, courteous, knowledgeable and I was impressed with him coming out in such bad weather. The only thing that I didn't like was that he smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms smelled of cigarettes for a while after he left as well. He was such a nice man, I almost hate to put this in here, but the smoke smell really did bother me. Based, on the cigarette smell and the very expensive price, we probably won't use C&W again.

I was a bit frustrated with the scheduling as I was not given even an arrival window on my initial call. I had to callback on the service date to confirm. The service tech was very professional and informative. He wore paper booties to protect my floors and cleaned the work space completely before leaving. Both toliets installed are working beautifully. I have not tried the bathtub but if there are problems I have the CSR's card and direct phone number to call for assistance. Although I think they are a bit pricey and that the service charge should be applied towards the charges on a job of this dollar value, I will most likely use them again if needed. I had called 2 plumbers referred by friends before contacting C&W and neither called me back.

Called to be sure I would be home at a specified time. I took off work and came home and then he was over an hour late without calling and letting me know. Price seemed a little high, and could have been higher. Charge to find the leak was $380 flat or $90 per half hour. The $90 per hour was less expensive for me, fortunately I took that choice as it was found in a half hour. Plumber was very professional.

Extremely well. Certainly not a challenging call, but illustrative of good customer service.

They were on their toes. He came inside to check the toilets. He fixed the clog, and told us what we needed to do. He explained everything to me in detail. This was the first time that we have used them. They were nice and did a follow up call to make sure everything was good and that we were happy. They went above and beyond. I found them on Angie's List. We will use them again if we have any problems. Their price was competitive.

I got them off the list. I spent $3000 on that work. The job went well. They gave us options instead of beat up our good wood floor. They found the leak on Thursday evening and told me to contact them the next morning if I wanted to go with them. I told them that I did not want to wait all weekend with the water leaking, so they changed their schedule and had someone come and fix it that day itself. Their customer service and professionalism was good but their clean up was not that good. I had to help with the clean up.

They are perfect. They are a national franchise that guarantees that you will get a licensed plumber. The same man comes every time. I've been extremely pleased with their work. They aren't any pricier than anybody else, but they aren't cheaper, either.

I think their prices are really high. The cost for replacing it was right at about $300.00, which is just about what the fixture itself cost! I already knew they were high, but the reason I called them was because it was leaking and I knew I could get them to come out. They charged me after hours and it was 4:30 in the afternoon. It was leaking really bad, and the water is like gold out here. The plumber that came out was nice.

We got a timely call from your office saying your repairman was on the way. Vince and a helper showed up on time. They put on shoe covers and were very professional. Vince explained to us what needed to be done and told us the cost. They made a small cut out in the wall behind the washer to get to the pipes. Vince replaced the hot and cold cut-off valves and added screw on couplers so next time if needed, we could just unscrewed it ourselves to replace it. We were having an odor sometimes from the shower. Vince cleaned out our shower drain, which was somewhat stopped up by hair. That slowed down the draining leaving water standing causing the odor. He gave us a Gallon of Bio One drain cleaner to use for a few days as a follow-up for the pipes. They cleaned up where they worked and even put the sheetrock back in place. Plumbing repair are expensive, but they were real good at what they do. We would use them again.

I had a faucet replaced. It was leaking and I wanted the leak stopped and of course I needed it to be done before any further problems. The guy from C. W. Plumbing was really knowledgeable; he can tell and knew what he was doing. He got all equipments he needed to work in his truck and he replaced the faucet with a higher quality than the one that the house was built with. I had a usually long pipe that had to go into the house and he created a pipe fabricating what he mainly got them respond. It was all pretty good and he had to go, restart to make it working. He had everything with him that he needed like all the tools, equipments and parts. He went about his business, made what needed to be making and he did it nicely. The overall experience was very fine. The responsiveness was very good as he came over whenever I wanted to. He was very professional and will use him again the future if needed.

I found a leak behind the wall after they repaired and left. It was very fortunate that I caught that dripping before the tile person came in and closed the wall. They came back and fixed the leak. They had to wait until we had the entire tile refinished. After the tile was finished, the contractor said that the new faucet which was installed was sticking too far out of the wall and a part of the interior pipe was showing. We needed the plumber to come back and shorten that. In the process of doing that he ruined the finish of the tile. He got into his truck and walked out of the job leaving my front door open. I did not yell at him but told him that I had looked at the bathtub before he got in and it was perfect then. He tried to tell me that my contractor had chipped the paint which was not true. I had not called him a liar but had just stated the facts. I also told him that he had to take care of it and could not leave the tub in a damaged condition. I guess he just panicked and left. I got them back over the phone and they assured me that they would fix it. They got my original contractor to fix it but not sure if they have paid him yet. I do not have any confirmation on that but I think they have done it. It got a little messy in between and did not go very well but they took care of it and made it right. It was a bad experience but they took care of it. They also told me that they would educate the plumber on how to handle such situations so that he could call in for some help in the future under similar circumstances. The end product was good and they were responsive. In the end when they came back to fix it, they did some other small repair works for me for which they did not charge me. They went above and beyond to try and make it right. They just wanted me to be happy. I would use their services in future if they would give me another plumber.

The whole experience was very positive. He was knowledgeable and polite and did good work.
