Chad was great! We had a faucet leak that went from a slow drip to a big drip overnight😬 I called C & W first thing on Wed am and was put on the waiting list for Wed. Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far😄. We will definitely use C&W again and will ask for Chad. Very courteous and fill confident about this repair.

They did an awesome job! They are really friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very competitive and they offered more services than the most expensive, they actually help me save a little money.

Smooth sailing all the way. I received a call to let me know a tech was on his way and a text with a picture of the tech (Justin). He quoted me a price then did the work quickly and professionally with no mess left behind. I've hired C&W for plumbing quite a few times in the past. Their prices are reasonable and and they've always done clean, professional work. I've never felt uncomfortable with any of their techs.

Went very well. We had slow draining sink. He cleared sink and disposal. We also asked to check faucet which we discovered was broken. very professional, showed up on time, quality work. Only decided to get sink work completed. price to high to change out faucet

Today Kory came over to determine what was the cause of my water heater malfunction. He was very professional, cordial, and personable. After inspecting the water heater, he sat down with me to discuss several different options regarding how to approach the repairs/replacement. He was quite patient; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. He will be returning tomorrow morning with an associate to address the issues with the water heater. I am attaching a picture of the present water heater, along with a photo of the "Flood Stop" device to which it is attached. I will check back in tomorrow with an update after the work has been concluded, to report on the outcome.

Had water backing up in shower from any line in house. Kitchen and bath are separate until main line to the street. Came out within a couple of hours and determined blockage was on yard side of main line and cleared it out. Ran a camera afterward and shows clear.

Service was excellent along with a reasonable price.

Devon was such a professional. He and his assistant were all over the house running cameras through all of th various pipes to get a complete picture of damage. Then he provided several options for repairs. Very courteous and considerate. Will hire them again.

Went great. Rod was tremendous in helping us out. The problem was due to previous work done by C&W (different techs). Rod did admit this and didn't charge us to come out. I recommend C&W because they do good work and stand behind it.

smoke test revealed no leak. Serviceman was very helpful and professional. Helped as much as he could, and looked for ways to save us money. In the end, C&W is on the pricey side anyway, and it seems that - as a rule - they now DON'T waive the call out fee, even if you have a service performed, which really pushes the cost up.

My water heater in the attic began to leak heavily. The shutoff valve from the builder was rubber seal type and it also had failed to work so I had to shut the water off to the house. They were able to come out same day and replace my water heater. The shutoff valve was upgraded to a brass valve, the gas line was brought up to code by adding a sediment trap and a compression fitting was added to the overflow line to bring it up to code. The installation looks very clean, better than before. Devan was professional and very easy to talk to.

The leak was found promptly and the the repair done quickly. Very professional and experienced individual performed the the work. Highly recommend.

Line was quickly cleared and problem determined. Excellent communication from plumber and from his office. But the price for the suggested future repair was wildly high. more than double other bids.

Mario was wonderful, my faucet is very unusual and there was no access to the pipes without making a hole in the wall. But Mario was successful in repairing it without tearing into the wall when most would just give up. C and W is a great company and very professional in every way. Thanks Mario!
