It turned out very well. They were there within 20 minutes and had the job done in about 2-3 hours. The plumbers were great.

Sam and his team were on time, very professional and did excellent work. We have used C & W for several other plumbing issues and they are always on time, provide assessment that you can trust, and complete the repairs as outlined. I rated the price a C. They are not inexpensive - the old saying "you get what you pay for". The C rating was given as it reflects my rating of being a fair price. It is not any reflection of service or quality as they are A+ all the way.

I was very happy with their service. They called to make an appointment immediately. They arrived on the date and time scheduled and did a great job. The faucet was replaced in my 30 yr old home and they cleaned up entirely after the installation. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Our outside turn handle had broken. They called within three days of purchasing the Big Deal, but by the time they called we had already been able to fix the issue ourselves.

Yet again I started on a plumbing project thinking I could do it myself (replace a leaking pressure relief valve on my hot water heater) and things spiraled out of my expertise. The valve was practically welded into the water heater and no matter how big of wrench I tried, it wouldn't budge. So I called up C&W. They showed up and the guy had to disconnect the water lines to get enough leverage to unscrew the valve - not a huge deal. However, the old entering and leaving copper lines were just barely long enough to reach the water heater so when he tried getting them back on, he couldn't. So he cut them off and brazed on new longer lines. Except after doing that, the shutoff valve (which was extremely old) froze shut. So he cut off the old valve and gave me a nice new one. That was all free of charge! Basically, I got ~$350 worth of service for $180. Overall, I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness. The dispatcher called me shortly after he left to make sure everything went all right. I'll definitely be calling them when it's time to replace the hot water heater.

The C & W Plumbing Rep arrived 10 minutes early for his appointment. The faucet to be replaced was in the back yard and each time that he came through the house, he put cotton "dusters" over his shoes so as not to leave any dirt in the house. The C & W Rep was very professional in replacing the faucet and the job was done in a minimum amount of time. I would nor hesitate to use C & W for future plumbing needs.

The service went very well. The technician was very thorough, informative, friendly and professional.

Overall, it went well and they took care of us. Although they had to come out a second time to secure the loose faucet, the person that came out was the boss and he ensured we were all set. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions -- even the questions of my 9 yr old!

My experience turned out just fine. The technician was very up front with us, especially since we are selling our home. He gave logical advice on other areas that need to be worked on. The price was competitive and I would rather have the work done right than them cut corners.

Plumber had eight years, or so, of experience. Arrived on time. Performed work as I watched and chatted. Did an excellent job for me.

The company comes out to do quarterly inspection which they did do. In the process, discovered a slab leak in three places. They worked to discover why, fixed what could be fixed. Totally experience was positive with them.

It was ok. It was a pleasant experience. I have no way of comparing prices. He showed up on time the first appointment but couldn't do the job. He was too late on the schedule.

Provider was easy to schedule with. They were professional and very very good about regular communications and keeping me informed. I was impressed with the pre-service transactions leading up to the actual appointment and service. The provider was prompt and on time. The service provider was very professional, and performed the service as expected and did a great job. He also took the time to review potential issues and explain the potential items to me in a way that I understood. He provided easy to understand estimates and pricing, and all with the intention of providing me with information. He did not engage in a hard sell to urge the additional work. I was very pleased 100% with the service and this provider. I would recommend this provider. I would like to add an update and word of warning about this service provider. I have no complaints about the actual service I contracted and was provided BUT the service provider did apply what I consider unethical tactics to try and gain additional services. He provided a free plumbing inspection of my toilets. One had issues with flushing solids and the technicians employed a scare tactic telling me the water flow was not uniform due to calcium build up, and would need a toxic tank rebuild or a whole new toilet. Both suggestions were over $300 jobs; the new toilet he was promoting - $600. He also claimed I need a new toilet for the other bathroom. Mind you the toilets are only 17 years old, not ancient. He told me the bottom of the tank was going to fall out and that I really needed to replace both toilets - $1200.00. I had my reliable and trustworthy handyman come take a look. As I suspected, No, I did NOT need new toilets. He replaced the guts inside the tank - $20 each toilet and it took about 30 minutes. Cost of replacing the guts inside the tanks and repairing both my toilets - $70. Both toilets are working great! I will not use this provider again because of the tactics he used to try and hoodwink me into replacing both toilets.

Very helpful and conscientious plumber, explained that I could only use one coupon per household, got repairs done on one outdoor faucet accordingly. Wonderful representation of a company! Thank you!

We purchased a deal on Angie's List for an outdoor faucet replacement for $99. They responded quickly to the deal and we set up an appointment. They were on time and performed a great job. The extra expense was to replace the bricks that were removed during the removal of the old faucet and installing the new one, we thought this was very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the work and would definitely use C & W Plumbing again.

The original faucet needed replacing after 20+ years of use. C&W offered a great deal on Angie's List on this type of service. They showed up in the time arranged and performed the purchased coupon as well as to do an inspection of the plumbing in my house. Based on my experience, I would highly recommended C&W.

They gave me a 4 hour window from 8AM to 12PM. Plumber showed up at 12:06PM. Had 2 leaky outdoor freezeproof faucets. Plumber inspected front faucet and felt it was prime candidate to be replaced per the Angie's list deal. Inspected back faucet and he was concerned about it not being stable or fixed well enough in place to perform a replacement. If it would break off during replacement it could cost me much more $'s. Thus we decided to "repair" it instead. Regardless of repair or replace, the additional cost was going to be ~$180. He had a book that showed their pricing for all kinds of plumbing work. Total cost was around $280 and saved about $80 with Angie's List Big Deal. I am glad the plumber erred on the side of caution with the repair of the back faucet instead of taking the chance of it costing me more money if something should go wrong if trying to replace it.

I had requested a two part job - 1 )to fix a leaking outside faucet and 2) to install a new faucet in my tub. The company would not provide me a price and stated it would "depend". However they did offer a free $49 coupon for the service call. On the day of the scheduled appt ,the plumber did not show because he was running behind. The second scheduled appt he did not arrive until after 4pm. When he arrived he had a company price book and quickly quoted me the price without having to actually look at anything. He said he could fix the outside faucet in 20 minutes, but he would have to come back to install the bathroom faucet. Of course this would negate the "free service call". The cost for the bathroom install was close to $500, considerably more that I expected. I had him fix the outdoor faucet and that alone was $180. Although the plumber was very pleasant, I will not use this company again because I do not think they are dependable and their costs are excessive (even for a plumber.) I called another company to install the bathroom faucet and their cost was 70% less.

They did the work but i feel like they grossly overcharged us. I told the manager i don't mind paying a reasonable price but i feel you over charged us and he said, "Well, that's the way it goes" and at the end of the conversation, he said, "well maybe we did overcharge you" and thats how he ended it. I thought he would do something about it. It was one of the rudest conversations i had with anybody. I went with them because of a lot of advertising and seeing them on Angie's list.

The jobs were performed as detailed and done professionally. The cost was higher than anticipated and found their pricing is overall, higher than competitor bids. The service person was excellent and provided great service, explanation and left his workspace clean. I would use C&W again for our next plumbing project.

Completely satisfied. Easy to schedule. Plumber arrived on time and completed inspection promptly. I would use again.
