C & W came out and had the water heater replaced without incident. Technician was professional and did a great job of making sure connections were not leaking and water heater performed per specs.

They are really easy to deal with. You call them up and they get you scheduled right there. They had someone out within a day or so.

Called in at 4:55 , was told someone can be in in less then an hour . Tech arrived at 6:25 . Keith the tech was very professional and did a very good looking job . I would rate him and the craftsmanship 5/5 . The problem was the price , although being upfront with the price its not like i have much choice at 6:30 in the evening in regard to get my water running again. C & W changed me $895 for Main Shut Off Valve Replacement. Not only that the hole was not covered and C & W requested another $150 to cover the hole , as per the tech they did not charged me for excavation . Overall i think the work was well done but i got ripped off. If you don't care about money and want quality work call C& W , however if you are looking for quality work and decent prices look elsewhere.

Excellent. They are very professional and explained the options concisely. They preformed the service in a timely manner and cleaned up all of the areas where they had to dig access trenches. They also worked well with our insurance company even though the insurance went to directly to us.

They're usually who I call. They did a really good job a lot cheaper than I thought.

They did not find a leak. They’re very prompt. I don’t have any trouble with get someone out within a reasonable time. They’re not as expensive as a lot of them are and they seem to be very honest. Like they told me, in the future you might want to think about upgrading this toilet because this is a builder’s grade toilet. They didn’t try too hard to sell me, like this is a terrible toilet you really need to buy this kind. They suggested and they told me what the issues were but they didn’t hard sell me. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves. They were excellent about explaining things to me. That’s one of the things that I really like about them. They’re very clear about the explanation and the future, that sort of thing. There’s a couple of times I would ask them for things, like my handyman had suggested my toilet my need to have a seal in it because the stuff that seals it to the floor was deteriorating, and he said that it may be because the seal in the toilet is rotting and you may need to have a plumber plug this up. I had them out and the guy looked at it and said I don’t know why the seal is deteriorating there, but I don’t think you have a problem in that toilet. I don’t think we need to pull it up because the sealant around it may not look good, but it’s dry. He said, maybe you got water on the floor at some time and that made it look bad, but if there was a problem in there then you would be wet, so he saved me a lot of money by not doing what I normally called him out to do.

They're very prompt. I don't have any problem getting someone out in a reasonable time. They're not as expensive as some of them are. They seem to be very honest.

We had water leaking from the ceiling and called several companies. I had a great first impression of this company, when they answer the phone they say "how can I make you smile" and the person (Kay) seemed to actually listen to my concerns and cared. It was night and day service compared to the other companies I called. They came out the next day and replaced the hot water heater the same day. They did a great job explaining what our options were and we even purchased the one year service plan. Edward and Marco were fantastic. Marco was so nice to my daughter, she's shy and wasn't use to strangers in the house. He took the time to talk to her and she liked him very much. Edward has come again since then and he is always great. I love this company and will use them in the future. Highly recommend!!

I like them really well. They’re a little expensive, but they do good work.

This was a tough one, the bib was mortared into the wall. The plumber was on time, had all the replacement parts he needed with him, and all the tools he needed. He was exceptionally polite and highly knowledgable. The price was a bit high, but the repair was absolutely top quality - he mortared it right back in where it was so it looked nice and new. This is the kind of plumbing service that you always HOPE to get but never seem to. I have taped their card to the inside of the kitchen cabinet door for any further plumbing needs.

When I called we made an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate; I was assured there was no charge to do so. I was very surprised when two trucks showed up the next morning all ready to do the replacement when we were just in the process of getting an estimate. The first thing the man wanted to sell me was a Savings Agreement; he also said that would save me the $49 he would have to collect today. I told him I was told this was no charge and if that wasn't so that we were done; he agreed to the no charge. He and his helper went into the attic; came down with an estimate of $1,795. Being that we felt like that was rather steep and that they were being rather pushy I sent them on their way.

They did a good job. I had used them one time prior.

If I got that technician I would probably use them again. I just felt like he was honest and was just trying to do a good job. One worker came out.

The sink was clogged in the bathroom. I purchased a service contract with them for check ups and all of that.

We have used them on several occasions. I would give them "A"s across the board, except for price. I would recommend them for quality, but they are expensive.

Tech did not have proper allen wrench to remove handle. Luckily, I had saved the one sent with the kit and he was able to make the necessary adjustment.

Service was good, price was not competitive

C&W was punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He had to cut hole in wall behind stove and rework everything. Did a great job, left no mess, thoroughly explained everything he did. Would highly recommend C&W to anyone who cares about quality.

They cleared it out and got the drains working. Unfortunately, before they came the drains had overflowed and I have sewer damage on most of my downstairs. They recommended I call in a company to deal with the water damage to my floors and walls.

Quick easy fix. Steve was very experienced, professional, and cared about providing what I needed as opposed to trying to upsell services that leave you wondering if they are really needed. He (and C&W) will be my go to for plumbing from now on.

Went okay, felt like i was being up sold on a replacement faucet.

We're first time home owners and our water line out in the front yard burst. C&W sent out a technician first thing Monday morning (Phil M.) who did an amazing job for us. He told us what he was going to do, what he could and/or couldn't do and was completely upfront and honest with us about the repair time and costs. He gave us many different options and were willing to work with us on the price and payment options. He was extremely professional and polite and we could not be more happy with the work he's done! After our initial meet on Monday, he did a patch job that allowed us to have water (after being without for 5 days), had surveyors out and marking our yard by late Monday afternoon and had excavators out by Wednesday morning to dig up the yard and pipes installed by Wednesday afternoon before I got home. All we're pending now is city approval and they can cover up and call it done! You can bet we'll definitely be recommending everyone we know that needs a plumber to call these amazing folks first! They located the leak, but we did not end up using them for the repair because they were going to charge 50% more than another reputable company. We have used C&W for several jobs in the past and always liked them. But this time their bid was way off -- not sure why...

This company is the worst. I scheduled an appointment with them and missed the call from the dispatcher saying their on their way by 30 minutes. At the time the call came in I was detained. When I called them back 30 minutes later they said they re-routed the plumber to another call and they cancelled my appointment. Really! This company is all about money not service. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and booked a appointment with them for the next day. They said they don't do those types of things they show up no matter what. When I told CW Plumbing I would never use them again the dispatcher didn't seem to care.
