Description of Work: Replaced outside hose bid. Went well! They also gave us a bid for more things that needed to be done, but we will have to wait before doing them for budget reasons.

Description of Work: Replaced an outside faucet that leaked. Bought a special deal on Angie's List so price was significantly lower than normal, however I intend to hire this company again to replace 2 other outside faucets at regular price. Plumber was late, although the company did call to let me know first. Normally it would no have mattered, but we had an appointment for the evening. The plumber came and finished his work quickly so we got to our appointment with time to spare.

Description of Work: Replace broken outside water line.

Description of Work: Sam came out and worked very hard to change out my hose bib. It was more extensive than I thought it would be. He did a fantastic job and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: The power light in my water heater went out. They told me I needed more ventilation in my attic. I paid to have the service done, but it did not fix the problem. The service was not so great.

Description of Work: We had a leak under our foundation - they sent out a leak detection specialist and he was able to find the leak and block off the pipes that were leaking (since it was under the foundation) and reroute the water through other pipes - everything works and no more leak!!!

Description of Work: After dealing with another plumbing service that gave us the run around we found C&W. We were in need of replacing the valves to hook up our washer. They sent a tech out promptly and the work was done super fast. We also took advantage of their free inspection to seek out any potential problems ( we just bought the house and want to be in the know). We identified some problem areas and had some fixture updating priced. Overall, we were very happy with the service and felt we could trust this company. The tech also took the time to help us get to know the area, taking a personal interest in us. That is priceless. This is our go to plumbing service now.

Description of Work: Called them out to check possible gas leak in attic. Was told it would be $200 to pressure up the system to check for leaks and then another $200 per hour to find and fix the leak. A quick call to 2 other local companies and I found out that they would charge half that price....$105 per hour to find and fix. I did not use C&W since they were going to charge double the going rate. I had the other company come out and fix the leak.

Description of Work: Samuel came out and helped me to finish uncovering the area around the meter to determine where the leak was. I had had a previous plumber come out to do repairs and they had charged me outrageously. Samuel did a thorough inspection of all areas in and around the meter and determined that the leak was on the city side. He was here almost an hour and had to help pump out the remaining water that I could not bucket out. He was so very nice and professional and clean. He came inside to give me a written estimate on some other work and was extremely knowledgeable about that work as well and made sure to put on booties to protect my carpets. After my previous horrid experience and gross overcharge, this was such a welcome relief. I will only use them in the future. The guys at my local hardware store also recommended C&W as being very fair and honest which I definitely found them to be.

Description of Work: My ice maker flooded my house. They fixed that. It was good.
