He showed up on time for the appointment. The evaluation was good. Scheduling an appointment went smoothly.

Brandon is always very responsive with questions and gives us feedback and recomendations. By far the best company we have used.

They come out for 8 services a year. Their service is pretty good. Whenever there is a problem, they will come pretty quickly, and fix the issue. Even in terms of scheduling and the professionalism is good.

We have been using them for just under a year. I had been told by other yard care and grass service companies, that I needed to replaces huge patches of grass in the yard, somewhere between $6000, when they came out, they walked around, and looked at things, and said, ''lets not do that yet, we can do this, this, and this, and rejuvenate the growing, and then we will talk about this after a full growing season''. So, somewhere between a $200 and $400 later exactly what he said has happened. I have green lawn in 2/3 of the area. We will have to do something under the trees, and they are coming back out in a couple of weeks to see what can be done about that. Their honesty stands out. They are here when they say they are.

In the beginning, I could not have asked for better service. However, these last few cuts have been not so much up to par with the quality of cut I became a costumed to0. When I reached out to the owner via email, expressing my concerns of edging to closely to the ground and leaving rows of cut grass on the lawn, his response was extremely surprising... "I have found that once a customer has had so many issues and complaints that we can never recover or meet your expectations. In the past we would try to overcome these problems but we were never successful. I think you should find an lawn service company. We will not charge you for this last service." Now, mid-season, when all of the lawn care specialists have their schedules filled out, I now need to somehow find another lawn care specialist to service my lawn. My own thoughts, they underbid the job and were looking for a way out; I mean, $35 to cut and trim 7,000 square feet of lawn on a corner lot is a price that is almost to good to be true...

I think the service was good. They did a good job and were timely. This was the first time I used this company. They did what they said they would do and I thought their price was good.

They are very attentive to detail. They are very good with their communication. The are all considerate when they are working here. We are very happy with them.

Signed up for full package of organic lawn care. So far very happy with service. Our lawn needs some serious care so will not be a quick process. However all of the BR staff that have treated our lawn have been courteous and professional. Looking forward to a healthy lawn without the use of chemicals.

Great service and communication. Does extra treatments as needed. Lawn is looking much better considering Allen water restrictions.

It was very good. Their service is excellent but I couldn’t afford it any longer. What stood out about them was their reliability. They are very good and their customer service is excellent.

They email me when it’s time for my maintenance and come on out. They are great! It’s $63/quarterly treatment. I have been with them for about 18 months.

They were very friendly. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They made a plan and then they stuck to it and let me know what was going on. The price is comparable. They gave excellent quality and have always responded. I am actually using them now for my lawn.

As far as the actual aeration I guess that was sufficient - nothing to compare it too. My big complaint and comment is that Mark was very arrogant in my dealings with him on the phone. He needs to polish his courtesy skills and not be so condescending. Example: He told me he would have to have my credit card information first and they would get to my work when the rains had passed (who knows when that would be...) I understand the weather factor clearly. When I told him that I was reluctant to give him my card information in advance since I had never even met him and did not know him at all prior to my call, he acted very cocky as if I was being foolish to even second guess him - then retorted that I got him from Angie's list so why worry basically. I told him in the this crazy world that still is no guarantee. He did offer to give my neighbor and I a split charge as if it was one yard which was fair. He told me $62.50 each which would be charged when work was done. He never mentioned tax on top which should have been mentioned. Second encounter on phone - arrogant again when I told him that whenever they did decide to come and do the job I wanted to be home, so please let me know the day. He rudely retorted, " you don't need to be there" I said again, Mark, I want to be there when it is done - he repeated the same thing again". He mentioned that an email would arrive at some point which was not what I asked for. To sum it up he flat "doesn't get it" . The customer should be the one telling him what and when not the other way around and certainly not with an "attitude" - Mark, do yourself a favor and your business will grow - LISTEN and don't DICTATE to a customer who is asking you anything or voicing any concerns - you just blow it off as silliness, not good! I was fine with whenever you chose to do the job considering weather and your schedule. You never acted grateful for my business. No, I would not use BR GREEN again nor would I recommend. A smile and good customer service goes a long way with me. I always give fair and prompt reviews for good service - this interaction was just pathetic. Unimpressed in Coppell

Their service is good and we are very pleased. They are really good with communication. They are very amicable. They always ask to make sure you are pleased with the service. They are very customer service oriented. They email you the week before they come to ensure that suits you. You can pay online if you like.
