Disappointed with my communication with them, specifically Mark. I had asked for a Sprinkler check and repair if needed and Mark called me a week prior and said "we are coming today?" I said no, next Thursday is what we discussed and then they never showed and I took off work that morning. When I reached out at the end of the day on Thursday and asked what had happened, he said that they were there at 8:51am and then he figured out they had the wrong house, wrong address etc. Mark never apologized, just said we can come on Monday! Epic waste of time. Own up to your mistakes and make amends. Business is so good for everyone in Dallas right now with the housing boom, clearly they don't need my business and I am sure that they do not need yours either.

Prices are reasonable. Exceptional service the owner was on the ground searching for bugs. I put in a special request for them to call me 20 minutes before arrival so that I may open the gate for them and they called approximately 20 minutes before arrival.

They are very nice but they didn't work out for me. every time they came I was afraid that my dogs would get out of the gate. They were quick. She was afraid of the organic treatments poisoning her dogs. They were very nice, the technician was extremely nice. I'm very particular about my dogs but I would highly recommend this company.

Went well. wish they had organic pre and post emergent weed treatment as well.

They advertised somehow, get a flyer or something and it said Angie's List on there. I contacted them and I have been dealing with them since this past spring. I have been very satisfied with their work. I have been using them for about 7 months now. They come out about once a month or so. Their price is reasonable and they are organic. I think they do a really good job. Some organic places, they come out for this service and then two weeks later, they are coming out for another. They are really kind of screwing you with the price. This place is only like a once a month thing and it is very reasonable. The thing I like about them is that they show up when they say they are going to show up. Some places they say they are going to show up on this day and then they don't show up. This place always shows up on the day they say they are going to be there. Very reasonably priced. Good quality work.

Very happy so far. We have used them for about a year. Very prompt with answering any questions.

Great, they were on time and spent over an hour explaining to me the most efficient and cost effective way to treat my lawn. Sent a very detailed program for me to follow for all seasons of lawn care.

The service has been great. They come every four to six weeks or so depending on the season.

Everything is good. It's an ongoing thing like the fertilizer treatments for the yard. I think it's every 6 or 8 weeks they come out. They just show up and put a sign on my yard that they've come out. I was having some issues and they didn't respond as quickly as my prior company had. But once I got some response from them, everything was fine.

This is a follow -up to the previous review i did on Brgreen organic lawn care. I was wrong for thinking that this company some how did not perform the service of killing the broadleaf weeds in my front and back lawn. The weeds are wilting and dying now. My lawn looks great and I am very happy with it. My only concern is that I wish they would have told me that they were spraying liquid fertlizer and weed killer instead of using the granules. All and All a great company. My previous review will come down as soon as the website gets updated. Again I was wrong about this company . I would definitely hire again.

They are doing a great job on our lawn. Our grass is looking thick and green and looks much better than it did a year ago. They are using organic products that are safe for our dogs.

I completed their online contact form in early February and received a call from Brandon that same day. He came out a couple of days later to give us an estimate on resodding our very small backyard. I received a quote from him by email that afternoon and was very happy with the price so we scheduled installation for early March. Brandon and his crew arrived in the afternoon on 3/7/2016 as planned and they prepared the area for resodding. They placed fresh topsoil and tilled the area and laid the sod and then rolled as described and cleaned everything up great. Looked like no one had been there except we now had grass where before we had dirt. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great! Bought the Big Deal from AL. They were delayed a little bit from the rain, but they kept in contact with me as far as scheduling. I appreciated the fact that they didnt want to do it when the ground was soaking wet bc it would tear up the grass. I had a little issue with one area but the were out the next morning to make it the way I wanted. I wouldn't have said anything but they sent me an email checking to see if it had been done to my satisfaction I told them about this little issue just because I wanted them to know. I didn't ask them to send anyone out, they just did. And it was perfect. Nice, polite workers.

They were very professional. Brandon came out to consult with me about some issues with my yard. He recommend some products to use and he spent an hour and a half with me and went above and beyond the call of duty and I was very impressed. I am recommending him to friends and family.

The yard aeration was completed and was exactly what I needed done. In addition, I had some questions regarding my lawn. I have three different types of grass in my yard (bermuda, zoysia and st augustine) and some areas appeared to be struggling. Brandon came out and assessed the yard and other than the aeration he felt their regular organic program would resolve these issues. He is very professional and takes the time to listen and respond to your questions. He doesn't try to upsell and I feel confident his organic approach will have my lawn healthier in no time. We relocated to FW about a year ago and have been looking for a good lawn care company. I searched on Angie's List and was not happy with the first one that we chose, then I found BR Green and have been very happy ever since! Brandon is the person that I talk to on a regular basis due to the amount of questions that I ask - Lol. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They communicate very well on when they will be out to the house to spray and fertilize. The price is good for the services they perform and we will continue to do business with them for a long time based on our excellent experience. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Absolutely top-notch company, we couldn't be happier. Called them for an estimate and they came the following morning. Mark gave us a quote which was very competitive and he was careful to answer all our questions and make us aware of every option we had available. All of the employees were prompt, courteous, and did an outstanding job on all three projects. The results were far greater than we hoped for and we continue to do business with this company for all our lawn and landscaping needs. We completely recommend this company!

Brandon and his team did excellent job keeping me informed for the date/day they are planning to do the aeration... I am yet to see the afterward results but I am hoping that my lawn will be green and healthier this summer... Thanks again

It went great very knowledgable

I called numerous times to inquire regarding their $20 special on lawn evaluations, weeks later still no response. I was just curious why the charge for a lawn evaluation when their profile states free estimates.. What if I called just wanting a free estimate on lawn care would I not receive a consultation of some sort.. sounds like a HUGE rip off to me, after gaining no response I contacted another company that provided the service for free, I felt lucky for NOT purchasing.
