Description of Work: The coupon and the "service" provided did not match. They looked at the items that we wanted to have repaired, and then charged us for extra time without doing much of the service that we wanted. I do not recommend this company, nor will I use them again.

Description of Work: David from People's Choice plumbing replaced one outdoor faucet that was wearing out. They replaced it with a better product that works quite well. They were slightly late arriving, but did a professional job. I am satisfied.

Description of Work: Checked out dripping faucet. Since it is under warranty advised me to call manufacturer. Did so and the told me how to fix the problem. Worked for a while. Haven't called back.

Description of Work: I had no water pressure. Water was trickling out of the faucets. I called People's Choice Saturday and David was able to come out right away and determine the problem. The PRV valve had rusted and fallen apart. He did not have the parts Saturday to fix the problem but he was able to get the permit, pick up the parts first thing Monday morning and arrived at my home at 8:30 when he said he would. He replaced the PRV valve, added an expansion tank on the hot water heater and replaced some rusting valves. He made sure everything met code and met the inspector later in the week to have them review and approve the work. This is the second time I have used People's Choice and am very pleased with their responsiveness and the work they do.

Description of Work: Was not able to replace the outdoor faucet because it would have entailed cutting into the inside walls so instead had him take care of a few plumbing problems I had inside the house.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal - $39 for a plumbing service call (which I paid up front on Angie's List website) plus $100 credit toward any necessary repairs. I purchased my own kitchen faucet and People's Choice Plumbing charges $230 to install a kitchen faucet. They do not charge by the hour; they charge by the job. After subtracting the $100 credit toward any necessary repairs, the balance was $130.00. I told them the kitchen sink has not been draining properly so they snaked out the system (roto rootered it)for $80 since they were already here. They usually charge $130.00 for the roto rooter. The final charge was $210.00 total. Two guys came out and worked together. They were very friendly and professional. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Repaired water leak in the yard & installed new pressure valve. They arrived within the promised time window and promptly started working. When they had to come into the house they took their muddy shoes off and left shoes outside (thank you). I do not have a basis for cost comparison. I can not objectively evaluate the quality of their work other than to say I don't have a leak anymore. Overall I am happy with the work they did and would contact them again next time I need a plumber.

Description of Work: The last question is puzzling. Why would I provide a service or pay the provider more than the "deal"? Are you having challenges? The provider was punctual, neat, fast and pleasant.

Description of Work: They are very professional and prompt. They give great customer service and they perform excellent work. I will recommend them to friends and family.
