It was the worst! He cut a hole in the wall he didn't need, cut the pipe wrong, took forever. He didn't know what he was doing. The owner kept calling every few minutes to tell him how to do it. Then he came out with him, he was rude and talked down to me, and on top of all that , they were outrageously expensive

They are very personable, realiable and friendly and have a reasonbale price.

David came in within reasonable time frame of the schedule. He and his crew digged out the soil, did diagnosis, cut some chucks of roots, and then replaced the leaking pipe. The job was well done.

I called People's Choice and described the issue. Asked if they could come out soon. They said it would be a couple hours. They called 3 hours later to say they could come then. They dis-mantled the faucet and the drip stopped. They discovered that that the faucet hadn't been installed properly but weren't familiar with the particular faucet brand. I agreed to reach out to the manufacturer to get installation instructions and will schedule a future appointment for them to re-install. In the meantime, there has been no more running of the faucet. Based on how quickly they responded to my request and they stopped the dripping, I feel their fee for services was very reasonable. I will have them do the work to properly install the faucet.

Late the night before a pipe broke in the yard that had been replaced in December 2015. I called David next day and told him we shut water off and wanted him to inspect. David was there within the hour. Although the formal warranty period had expired he agreed to make this a warranty repair. He could have just said NO but he didn't! I now have an honest and dependable plumber for life!! The true value of a company is how they treat their clients when things go wrong and what they do to resolve the situation. Thanks David!

I was very pleased with the work David did. He explained what he was going to need to do to replace the PRV valve. He was careful digging up the yard and did a great job cleaning up. David was very professional and timely with the fix. I would definitely use his company again should the need arise.

The pressure reduction valve at the curb had cracked and was spraying water. Not a fire hydrant level but a cracked pipe doesn't get any better. The immediate solution was to shut off the water with the city meter, and then I looked on Angie's list for a reputable plumber offering a deal. I bought it and then went to work. I had previously worked around the meter and refilled it with pea gravel. So now I was able to excavate around the meter fairly easily. It'd been a few hours so I called the number for People's Choice Plumbing. Dave was in California and said he could make it over the next day. Sure enough this morning (3/29) he shot me a text for 11am. Worked for me. I arrived a few minutes after 11, and they were there. It was no great mystery what needed to be fixed and they showed me an estimate to which I agreed and signed. They'd replace the PRV, add a new shut off, and trim off/cap the old sprinkler lines. While they went to go get parts I excavated some more to make it easier for them. All that mud shoveling paid off as they didn't charge me for digging. After a little while they both returned and got right to work. I busied myself with little yard to-do's while they cut, dug a little more, wrenched, and replaced. With it all put back together they tested it first with all the hoses on. Then they adjusted the pressure for me to be about 65 psi. They advised me not to use the city meter to shut off the water because if it broke the city would hold me responsible. Hence the shiny new shut off lever replacing the old broken one. They also checked to make sure I had a pressure tank on the hot water heater because that's the city code. An immediate job that had to be done, and I'm glad they jumped on it when Dave got back from California. I tried to make it easy for them and they made it easy for me.

I bought an Angie's list deal for an outdoor faucet replacement. The company contacted me quickly and we made an appointment. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and the new faucet looks and works great. No problems at all.

They contacted me almost immediately after I bought the Angie's list big deal for $69. They set a time to come out and arrived promptly. I was shown a replacement hose faucet, which I really liked, and they went to work. In the process, a pipe was broken and I paid them another $80 to fix it. The pipe was old, so I didn't blame them for the break and understood the additional cost. They finished up and I signed their papers. But when I went out to see the finished product, I saw that the original fixture I was shown was not installed and a twist type had been put on. I explained that I wanted the lever type I was originally shown and was informed that the twist type was normally put on for "specials" like the Angies list deal, and that they had run out of the lever type ones. I told them I was unhappy with the one they had installed and definitely wanted the lever type. (it is easier to use for me ) They said they would return later after some other scheduled jobs were done. They returned in about 30 minutes with the correct faucet, installed it, and overall did a good job. When I went out to use the new faucet to get a bucket of water, water sprayed in all directions!! I called them and they came back promptly and explained to me that this type of faucet required a hose to be attached. (Who knew?!) Except for the fact that I had to argue about the faucet that I wanted, they were prompt, courteous, and did a good job. Eventually, they left me a happy camper!

Mr. David Wuertemburg, People's Choice Plumbing, arrived at the estimated time for his arrival. He and his assistant briefed me as to what was needed and explained in detail what his services would include. He also provided me with a written proposal with the work to be performed outlined in his verbal proposal. He completed the work quickly as proposed and was very professional throughout the process. I was very pleased with he and his assistant and would highly recommend him to others.

Bought $39 toilet service. David and Co. arrived at scheduled time and checked toilet (was running constantly) - a leak was found plus other problems. Toilet needed to be rebuilt and with Angie's List deal I was given $100 off service so total rebuild was $180. Job was done in about 1-1/2 hours. Very satisfied.

I was called immediately once I purchased the deal on Angie's List. They were punctual and arrived the next morning as promised and gave me an additional call to let me know when they would arrive. They reviewed the issues with the two toilets and wrote up a proposal of the labor and parts involved. They fixed the first toilet. One toilet was so old and they went to search for a solution. Two hours later they called and told me they found the parts for the 2nd toilet and let me know they would return the next day. The communication and workmanship was excellent.

BUYER BEWARE - know the size of the faucet you are having replaced...read the "FINE PRINT". The "deal" is for a 15" faucet - yours may be a different size!!! MINE WAS !! I bought the "Deal" off Angie's list - it was to be $69.00 to replace ONE faucet outside. When they got here, I was informed my faucet was a 25" faucet, and the 'deal' was for a 15" faucet...which it did state in the "fine print" on Angie's list. BUT, how many of us know the difference? So, instead of $69 - they wanted $60.00 more to replace it with the 25" bib and faucet. Hence, my $69.00 "deal" was now up to $129.00. I did let them go ahead and fix it. To have another plumber come out would have been at least that much. However, when they turned the water off to the house to fix the outside faucet - which was in the back yard - they left the faucet in the front yard running (when they turned the water back on to the house to check it I guess) and it ran from 3 pm to 9 am this morning when my neighbor noticed water just running down the street and went to investigate!!! So - we'll see if they do anything to compensate for all that wasted water is going to cost me! And, I'll report it if they do. (UPDATE: I have been in touch with David and he has agreed to pay me the difference between last month's bill and this month's bill. He obviously is trying to do the right thing. I will say that seemed like nice men - one even helped me put salt in my water softner - and I don't think they were trying to pull anything over on me, but I just was taken aback at the increase in what it was going to cost me.

David was punctual and had everything he needed to complete the repair. We had a clogged drain in our restaurant and it took him a while to get to the source of the clog with the rooter, but David kept plugging away at it until he was sure the drain was cleared.

It went well. People's Choice was able to fill our needs based upon our timing and their schedule. Calling them for the large and small needs. Work done well and the pricing was superior to the market.
