"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "Not “Woman owned and operated” as described. In hindsight I should’ve read and believed the other one star reviews. Day One the contractor arrived, reviewed the 10 project requests on site, explained he was only able to complete 3/10 projects..odd as the company described contractor as having 30+ yrs experience? Measurements were taken for the 3 projects, promises were made that the company would return to complete the projects with lumber in hand, I was made to pay a deposit. Day Two contractor arrived 30 minutes late no lumber in hand, took SEVEN hours to install two ceiling fans and one screen door. Day Three contractor arrived TWO hours late still not able to complete project due to not having enough lumber and/or wrong sized lumber? Day Four (after I reached out to the owner) a different contractor arrived and completed the project. $1,915 later the screen door has two gaping holes at the bottom, the hand rail installed (by first contractor) is shaky and the requested Veteran’s discount was not applied. So many lessons learned."
