Someone from here called me and texted and we confirmed a date for them to come help me. I explained how important it was that they get there by 5pm on Friday as there was a deadline. They confirmed and gave me a 2-5 window. Confirmed again the night before. Friday comes and I wait until 4 to start texting to see what was going on. Then I called and their phone was turned off. This is now how to do business.

Alamo City Handymen just finished several projects at my home. My experience started off great and ended great. Chris was my first contact. He made an appointment to come out and see what all I needed done. He was on time, which is a big plus for me. Once we got everything on paper, Richard was assigned to complete the work. Richard was always on time (again big plus) and with a smile on his face. He was detail oriented and always asked questions if he was unsure about something, and he did a great job cleaning up after himself. I definitely will use Alamo City Handymen in the future.

Wow!! David was fast and efficient! He was able to remove the old bars with NO damage to my brick exterior! He was the only workman that could look at my pics and explain the procedure. I will gladly call them for other projects in the future.

David ("Dave") Palamo went the extra mile for me (am so grateful!). He came to my gated community around 6:30 last night and used his step-ladder to reach the internal lighting fixture in my garage. The fixture has two tubes--one had burned out, but the other was still working. He pulled the burned out tube and took it to the nearby Home Depot to ensure that he bought the right replacement tubes. When Dave came back within a few minutes with the new tubes, he first inserted one of the new tubes and then swapped out the old tube that was still working with the other new tube. Thanks again, Dave! You gave me peace of mind and ensured that I could turn on the lights in my garage!

Terrible would not do business with again. Still leaked from the very first time it rained and they never actually fixed even though we called and told them about it multiple times . I had to hire a new contractor to fix the Job they were paid in full to do. Owner was very indignant and no problem taking advantage of the elderly who can not get up on the roof and check the work.

Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest, and knew what he was doing. We will definitely reach out to him again when we have future projects to be completed.

Very professional, respectful, and courteous. The PM walked me through every step of the process and helped me understand all the work that would be done. The PM also was flexible with my schedule. All the workers were efficient and highly skilled. I would recommend this provider for small or large projects.

Dave is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with in 20 years. He keeps you informed for the entire project and goes beyond your expectations. I live out of town so it was very important to be updated. Dave called, sent texts, and photos to ensure my comfort with the progress. He is very concerned about your property and makes you aware of any issues that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Dave and his company.

After examination it was determined it could not be fixed and it was recommended it be replaced. Arrangements were made and a metal ladder (wooden no longer available) was installed. It was framed and painted. The door was also painted. The installer also installed some molding around the opening to keep out cold air.*****

This crew of people were professional from the estimate to completion of project. Came on time. Showed good craftsmanship. Cleaned up after work. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Would hire again. Happy with this company for electrical and drywall. Good experience

They came out the same day to fix my front door from not closing properly. Fast and friendly service. Front door has been closing great ever since.

Steven removed the skylights frosted them and installed them again

This is a great company. When we found the issue they were predicting wind and rain. If the board had come loose our cable and telephone wires would have broken. I called Alamo. They sent someone out within 2 hours. Immediately went to work and had the issue fixed. Richard was polite and meticulous. This was during the virus scare and he knocked on the door and told us the work was complete. I would hire them immediately when I need work done.
