We called MayDay Pest Solutions for an initial treatment on our new home, which likely had not had much attention to pest control in over a year. Billy called ahead and arrived at 8 sharp and was extremely polite and professional. He sprayed the exterior and interior of the house, treated weepholes, and knocked down some wasp nests on the back of the house. He explained that we could sign up for quarterly treatments at $75 each and that if we had any issues in between the company would come out in between those quarterly appointments free of charge. He was encouraging but didn't pressure us. Because of Billy's professionalism and the deal that they would come out in between if needed, we decided to sign up for the service. Time will tell on the quality of the treatments, but based on other reviews we're optimistic!

They came out and did a great job. They also said that if I have any problems in the next 3 months they will come back out at no charge and spray again. I am very pleased.

The tech (Billy) was very courteous. Called ahead, worked quickly and thoroughly. Answered all my questions, took down a wasp nest.. Mayday doesn't require a contract, but will call again in 3 months. We will certainly use them again! Thanks!

Very thorough, nice, and knowledgeable.

Billy arrived on time. He is an excellent technician. He started out by removing wasp/hornet nests outside the house. Also treated the yard for fire ants and pill bugs. In the interior, he removed wall electrical oulets and dusted pesticide in the cavity. This he said was done for ants since they are attracted to electrical field. He meticulously closed the electrical outlet plates. He sprayed the interior with a pesticide. He dusted the attic with a pesticide since we had silverfish problem in the attic. The technician was thorough. I signed a contract with the company to treat the house three times (I think) a year. I highly recommend this company for pest control; the office staff also provided good customer service.

Called them back twice after initial spray as there were still a couple of bugs on w/c. Then called them again a third time as there were a few big cockroaches in kitchen & small silverfish in bathrooms. This they did willingly & were very accommodating as to date & time.

The technician, Billy, arrived in a timely fashion and introduced himself, asked some relevant questions and answered a few of ours, then proceeded to spray baseboards inside and apply a powder in the attic. He also sprayed the outside foundations and porches and in the garage. So, we felt it was a thorough application. Billy was pleasant and polite, and also explained that if we wanted to set up quarterly treatments we could do so and what the price would be.

He was PUNCTUAL----he was supposed to come between 11:00 and 12:00, and at 10:58 he called to say he would arrive at 11:10, and that is exactly when he arrived. SO UNLIKE other providers---cable TV people come to mind---who tell you they will come between 1:00 and 3:00, then show up at 5:00 without calling or apologizing. Billy from MayDay Pest Solutions was thorough, very friendly and professional, and was done in less than 40 minutes. We will definitely consider using him again!

Arrival was exactly on time... The gentleman explained what he was going to do.. Answered all questions.. Was extremely polite and competent. Told me exactly what I needed to do after he left, by spraying the yard lightly with water and how long to keep my pets away from the chemicals. I am very satisfied with MayDay Pest solutions.

I bought an Angie's List special to get a discounted price. The day after my purchase I was contacted by phone. It was during work hours and I told them I could not talk now. They were very friendly and switched from phone to email communication (this was fantastic and I really appreciated their respect). They came out to do the treatment at my request about 3 weeks or so after the purchase of the deal. The gentleman that came out was friendly and respectful. He was not threatening in any way. He was careful to ask my wife about any problems then he did a thorough treatment including outside and in the attic. It's been almost two weeks and my back patio which was previously a nightclub for every stinkin' bug in a 5 mile radius is still virtually bug free. This was a very good experience and I will definitely consider MayDay again in the future. Last thing, I would not have tried this company were it not for the Angie's List deal.

Billy is the tech that does my service and he has great customer service skills! He is efficient and friendly and if I need something treated again, he comes right out and addresses the problem.

I purchased a Big Deal. They were on time and did a professional job. The tech Billy, took off his shoes before he came into the house which I appreciated and was very courteous. I would reccomend them to others.

It was a great experence. Serviceman On time and went over and above from what I had asked for and discovered Nest's od Wasps I was unaware of. Remove them and I am now a Happy clam again. Billy was my serviceman and was Wonderful, as all the Servicemen have been at Mayday Pest Control. I would recommend then to anyone who can use their service

This company is great! I was referred to them from a family member and could not be happier. The office staff is a very pleasant and they got me an appointment right away. Billy, one of their techs arrived on time and was very professional. I received a thank you note in the mail just a few days after our service, as well as a follow-up phone call to ensure everything went well. I will definitely be referring this company to all family and friends and look forward to using their services again.

Excellent service. About one month later we noticed ants in the backyard. Mayday responded immediately and retreated that area at no charge.

Tech Billy has been treating our property for several years. Both MayDay and Tech Billy have provided exceptional service over the years.

They did a fine job and there was cordial guy that came over. We have another pest service that can be used and so it's hard to say but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, lets put it this way.

Mayday is wonderful. They are on time, flexible and very friendly. Billy is the best when providing pest control. Almost everyone in my neighborhood uses Mayday for their pest problems. We pay them quarterly and they will come out as often as needed to take care of our issues with scorpions, spiders, mice and ants. Living in a rural area is even more pleasant for us since we began using Mayday.

We moved to Leander in Feb 2013 and contracted with Mayday to provide pest control services before we moved into our newly constructed house. They now come once a quarter for about $95, and provide any additional needed treatments between scheduled visits for free. The office staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the techs who visit the house are very professional. I'd highly recommend this company. Also educated me about new pests in this area (to me), like scorpions and fire ants.
