It was fine. I like the fact that I didn't have ants anymore when they left. They took care of the problem and it was very thorough. They came out within a week after I purchased the big deal. They didn't charge me more than the big deal purchase. We were having some problems with them in getting what we need for my mother's house. We wanted the rat box and the first time they dropped off a mouse box. We called in and asked about it, they said that they will bring one out and they came out. The guy did not have the rat box on his truck so we're still waiting for the rat box. It has been a while. They did a good job at our house but when we used them again, it was like having to follow-up is an inconvenience to keep on having to contact them. We had to find the time that matches our schedules to get it dropped off. The quality of their work is good.

We had purchased a big deal, and it was okay.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I like that they promised to return for any reason within 90 days for a re-spray if we need it.

It was good. The only problem I had was that we had to call them. They never called to schedule with us after we purchased their deal so that was kind of frustrating. They didn't charge us anything more than the big deal amount however they gave us quotes for what we could have done on a yearly basis but we haven't gotten back to them yet.

It went pretty well. They got here when they said they were gonna be here. They were polite, courteous, took care of everything, cleaned up what needed to be done and any recommendations they have.

We have tried several times to contact them to schedule service. They have not returned any calls. If we can get the service scheduled in the next couple of days we will use them. If not, we will not use them in the future either.

Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), polite, listened to my concerns, both in respect to pest control and also about past service issues with other companies. Did a thorough inspection and treated the home. Loved the intro offer of $59, and then quarterly reduced pricing, with additional savings by signing up for autopay. The tech (Billy) was awesome!

It was great. There were no additional charges.

When I initially purchased the big deal from Angie's list I was informed that they didn't service my area. Brad the owner contacted me recently by the phone and said even though they didn't cover my area they would come out perform the same service. They showed up at the appointment time to perform the most thorough pest extermination by any company that I have previously used. I told Brad that they ever expanded their service to include my location I would definitely use them again. They were very professional and prompt and a great overall experience.

Billy actually arrived early, which was very welcome after our last few vendors just came late and didn't call. He was pleasant and conversational, but got the work done in a timely and thorough manner. We were very pleased and actually now booked them to do our pest control service quarterly going forward. These guys are excellent!

It was pouring rain the day they came but that didn't hinder any outside pest control which was nice. They asked about the problem areas and got to work inside and out. They knocked down some wasps nests outside and I was a little surprised they just left them on the ground. Not a big deal though. A week or so later I saw one lonely ant in the bathroom. We also had a few fire ant beds pop up in the lawn. This is completely expected because ants can come from anywhere and keeping them out of your entire yard at all times is impossible. There were also two new underground wasp nests. I called them to come back out and they did. They sprayed the bathroom, the ant beds and the wasp beds. I haven't seen an ant since and the outside pests they sprayed for were gone very quickly. I gave a B for punctuality because I was told 5 PM for the return visit and they were 15-20 minutes late. This is obviously fine but I would have expected either a phone call to tell me they were late or to have told me when I scheduled it that 5 PM was a rough estimate for arrival.

He did the outside, I wasn't home and he waited for me so he could do the inside. It was great.

Billy sprayed all around the bottom of house outside. Then he swept all along the soffet (under overhang of roof) then he sprayed that. Inside he he removed all wallplates by water and dusted inside and put back on. Sprayed along bottom of baseboards inside. Dusted the attic. Oh, he also did something under sink cabinets either sprayed or dusted.

On time, professional. When more termites were spotted a month later, they came back without hassle and re-treated

The service person arrived on time and completed the work with out a problem. I was told the treatment would last for 3 months. I did notice dead bugs after the treatment. So far the treatment is working.

Arrived on time and went right to work. Master bedroom was vacant so the work went smoothly and quickly.

They were swamped with service requests because of the Big Deal. We couldn't find a time that worked for both of us Monday-Friday, so they booked a Saturday (not a usual work day for them) to accommodate us. Very nice. The tech arrived early and just waited out front In his truck until the appointed time. Nice. He was professional and thorough. He removed wasp nests outside. We haven't seen any bugs since then, but can call for free follow up service 90 days after service. Nice.

Billy was wonderful. I am a renter and was out of town at the time of the service. We were not able to reach my landlord, whom I made arrangements with prior to my appointment to be on site for the service. Billy was kind enough to stick around and wait until we were able to reach him. He was very professional as was the office staff in booking the appointment. I did leave a couple notes around the house that didn't get addressed but being this is the first time I've ever used a pest service, I assume those services were not standard. I am pleased with the service and would recommend them. I still have spider and c*** roaches in the house but nearly as many. I am not sure if that is normal or not.

It is so nice to trust and depend on a company. The price is reasonable and the office staff is always to nice and helpful!

Billy arrived on time and was very professional. He treated the outside of the house first and then when coming in the house for the inside treatment he took his shoes off, leaving them outside. While that is not a huge issue for me personally, me any people would very much appreciate that gesture. When it came time to treat the attic, Billy informed me that it would leave a white powdery residue and did I want to go ahead with that treatment. I asked several questions, and after he explained that this residue would not be harmful to touch or remove, I decided to go ahead with portion of the treatment as well. When he finished, he quickly got his paperwork together, explained their 90 day guarantee and explained that if I saw any signs of pest to call and a re-treatment would be scheduled. All in all, this was a great experience and I would recommend Mayday to anyone.
