After using the initial offer from Angies List I have been getting quarterly service from May Day. These guys are a GREAT family owned and operated business. I've used various pest control companies in the past and I am by far the happiest with this team. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the services. Sarah in the office was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails and Ben who came to our house to spray was on time, answered all my questions and great to do business with.

Brad arrived and diagnosed the problem as ground hornets trying to set up house in our walls. He sprayed the area and plugged the weep holes we hadn't reached yet. He informed us as to what we should look out for and provided us with his contact info in case we needed to call him back. Extremely polite, responsive to customer needs and dependable. Highly recommend Brad and will use his services again!!

As usual, this service was perfect. Mayday's techs are friendly and efficient, sometimes going above & beyond. For example, several months ago I told the tech that there was a baby snake caught inside one of the glue boxes that we leave in my garage. Well, when he looked not only was it not in the box, but it was a live rattle snake sitting in the middle of my garage. He took it upon himself to rid me of the problem; and I am eternally grateful. I am moving soon, or would continue to use this service for years. I would recommend it highly!

Mayday came to my house to rid me of giant roaches about two months ago. With the recent rain I noticed a few scuttling around the house so I called Mayday and they were more than happy to send a technician to treat inside the house again. They have always been very polite, friendly, accommodating and punctual (and good value for money!) We will definitely be using Mayday again in the future and have already recommended them to our neighbours.

MayDay sent the service man who arrived on time at 4 pm. He sprayed the exteriors of our home. Before he came into the house for the interior spraying, I asked him politely what chemicals he was going to use as I have a small child. He got irritated and replied roughly that there was no harm with his chemicals ! I then asked him which parts of the house will he spray the chemicals, to which he replied in a worser tone that seemed almost intimidating. I could not even understand his irritated reply and left it at there, as my toddler was getting fussy. I did get a good deal for exterior/interior pest control service. However, the service is NOT free. The service man seemed to have a condescending attitude towards customers, as if it is a big favor for him to even come to my home for pest treatment and was not willing to entertain any service-related questions. Overall, quality of pest control product was good but professionalism was bad, in fact very disappointing. I will not use them in future. There are better professionals out there.

They showed up at the scheduled time and did a thorough, efficient job. We had some specific areas where we were seeing ants, and they found and explained where they were coming from, along with treating the area. We have yet to see any more ants in that spot, or any bugs anywhere else.

The service man was on time, he was squared away, polite, and informative regarding his methods. He completed his work in a reasonable time and checked with me to see if I needed anything more before he left. We observed a half dozen dead roaches within the next week and we are happy they are not reproducing in the house.

I purchased the Big deal as it said property up to so many square feet. My fourplex was within that square footage. After calling to schedule the service Vendor said it was for single family properties and it would be more to do the fourplex. I politely declined and am seeking reimbursement.

I did have afew bugs following their visit, but I did not call for a follow up within the 30 day time frame which I should have done.

He arrived promptly, introduced himself and went to work. The spray was generous and I was somewhat concerned about the dog stepping in the wetness. He said it was safe for animals. I was to give it about an half hour to dry thoroughly.

Everything went well. I was just a little disappointed that I still saw bugs after treatment.

The scheduling was done through the internet and I got the time I requested -- an exact appointment, not a range like "somewhere between 8 and 12.". Serviceman arrived promptly and asked exactly what the problem was and where the problem areas were. He did the work quickly and reassured me that the service would be available for another 90 days at no additional cost should the problem recur. A follow-up phone call from the company reiterated the offer. He invited me to sign up for regular service but there were no high-pressure sales techniques.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. The company even called back in about one week to ask if everything was done to our satisfaction. I told them that I was very happy with everything, but I had noticed a few wasps swarming around the area that they had treated. They insisted on sending someone back out to respray that area. We really appreciated the company's commitment to seeing that their service successfully met our needs.

The technician is punctual and friendly. The spray works initially. However, cockroaches were seen within a month again, had to call a revisit. Revisit was scheduled and performed smoothly.

The service was good and the price excellent. The person who treated the house arrived a little prior to the scheduled time. We had a small problem with ants and the situation was resolved by the treatment. No problems and would use Mayday again.

So the guy was really nice, professional and punctual. I actually haven't seen any mice/rats since he came but there has been no change in the roach population (if not slightly more). So I don't really know what my expectations should have been as this was my first pest treatment ever, but this is pretty much exactly what happened. A - Service B - Results

Very Professional. Scheduling was easy but has to wait for 3 weeks. The person who came for the treatment was very friendly and professional. He sprayed pesticide around the perimeter of the house and also inside the house. Will definitely call them next time.

It was a great experience. They quickly responded to setup an appointment and were right on time. The technician was very informative of the services. I would use them again in the future.

We live out in the country and get all sorts of creepy crawlies, with scorpions being the most offensive. However, since we've had Mayday regularly treating our home, the invasion of bugs is kept at bay. In fact, I haven't see one scorpion inside my house this entire season. Billy, our friendly service guy, arrives right on schedule and quickly & efficiently treats all areas. I appreciate that he works around my dogs so I can shift them from one location to another as he treats the different areas. In the Spring they treated the attic and I think that, along with the regular treatments, worked wonders keeping the evil scorpions away! If I ever see anything, all I need to do is call the pleasant office staff and they schedule to get someone right out for service between my regular treatments.

I saw the technician have parked his truck 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. However, he was sitting in the vehicle until the scheduled time. He was extremely punctual. We have had recurring problems with the same ants in the bathroom. He treated the bathroom with great attention in addition to general pest control. He explained well what he did. I still see dead ants in the bathtub. However, he ensured me that they would guarantee their service for the next 90 days even though this was one-time treatment. I recommend them for anyone who needs pest control services.

I was not able to schedule this company for their services, at this time they were not needed. They force you to put an overall score on angie's list. Services were canceled for no other reason than they were not needed at this time. They seemed nice enough though (mayday), give 'em a try..
