I tried to light the pilot light myself, thinking that was the issue -- but i couldn't get it done. so we turned to angie's list plumber help. Maclin, however, was able to relight the pilot and its been on ever since. Even for coming out and solving my stupidity, he didn't charge us one cent. That sort of favor is rare these days.

I had some trouble with a DIY project gone bad. They graciously fit me in on the same day I called, fixed the issue quickly, and gave me some pointers for next time. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. MacLin Plumbing has my business!

I give MacLin Plumbing five stars for responsiveness, customer service, professionalism, competency and ability to complete the job on the spot. When the Home Warranty company assigned MacLin I immediately looked them up. After reading some, I was worried and on alert., however, the experience was stellar! First, they came sooner than later, Jerry assessed the problem, explained and fixed the spewing water heater and repaired the broken valve under my kitchen sink. Before leaving, he made sure to do a general leak test and it was clear he was conscientious about his work. Bottom line: I would easily and confidently recommend MacLin Plumbing to family and friends and will add this company to my approved "vendor' list for future work! Thank you MacLin for exceeding expectations!

Our garbage disposal quit working. Fortunately, our home owner's warranty covered the replacement. They sent out Maclin Plumbing who contacted us promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Maclin showed up when they said they would and accomplished the replacement in about 15 minutes. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and professional. The price shown was only our homeowner's insurance copay and does not reflect the total cost, of which we are unaware.

We found a damp area in a master bath closet but couldn't find the source of the leak so we called this company based on customer reviews. The first technician wasn't able to locate the leak and recommended a company to come out and find the source. I contacted MacLin and they sent a second technician who was able to find the source of the leak and repair it. He was courteous and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner at what I believed was a fair price.

My home warranty keeps sending them out so I have had to put up with them several times. I don't understand why they need so many assurances that we really really really will be home and are trustworthy people worthy of providing service to. The excuse that it is expensive to drive to a home with no one home is only so legitimate when you create situations that supposedly prove that we are untrustworthy regarding our schedule. I have represented to them several times that I would be home when I say I will be home. I have a history with this company of being home when I say I will be home. Plus, they call to schedule and then again to remind me and I always give assurances that I will be home. And I am home every time I say I will be home. I don't have time for games but I do make my schedule so that I will be home when I say I will. TWICE they did not show up during the time window I repeatedly gave assurances I would be home. Twice, I called towards the end of the time window and they explained that it was my fault for not re-re-reassuring them in the manner they require that I was home. Once I was yelled at. The second time it was the most polite form of passive aggression when they explained that all the assurances in the world weren't enough to convince them I would be home. They will not try to call twice to see if perhaps you were not waiting beside your phone while you are stuck at your house waiting for them. The time they did come out because I happened to catch all of their calls (what luck), they did not fix our problem. We had a leaky bathtub and they put in some new pipes, we put the siding back on the house, and then we got to rip it off again because they didn't fix the problem. Regarding the current problem, I can't say how the work will go. I can say that two other plumbers think the leak requires a different fix but I suppose if I am ever lucky enough to promptly catch each phone call, I will give them a try. At the end of the day, I keep using them because my home warranty pays for it. I would not pay them at my expense unless you are a home-bound person who waits anxiously to give telephonic assurances that you are trustworthy.

I called MacLin plumbing early in the morning and described my problem and they setup a service call for later the same day. The service tech Jerry called about 1/2 hour before the scheduled time to make sure that I was at home and he arrived on time and ready to repair my damaged water pipe. Jerry quickly saw the problem and was ready to make the repair at that time, within 30 minutes he removed the damaged copper pipe and installed a new section of pipe and a new faucet.. He did a leak check and the job was completed without any problems. This was by far faster than I could have planned and everything went very smooth, I will call them the very next time I have a plumbing problem.

When the cut into the wall in my hallway, we could see that water was pooling behind the wall near the base of where the water line enters from the slab. They cut the line, both at the guest bathroom and where it reemerged in the master bathroom. I am always impressed with these guys. They really know their craft. My only disappointment with this visit was that they weren't able to better minimize the holes in my walls. It was also a costly job, but that was not covered by my home warranty. So, that was disappointing.

The plumber Jerry was great. Very professional. Prompt. Knew exactly what to do after I explained what I had already tried. Brought in the equipment into the house and did the job in less than 1/2 hour. He helped me decide on which coupon was best to use. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. They are our new plumber of choice.

I have not had a problem since the work was done. The technician was gracious, kind, and patient to explain the work that was needed and to answer my questions. He had no problem at all in including the Angie's List discount.

The employee was extremely professional and personable! He repaired my water heater in a very timely manner. Was very polite and even gave me free advice on several questions that I had.

The technicianswas punctual and very professional. We were surprised when they brought in a jack hammer to break up the concrete under the tub, but they showed us the exposed rebar, poured new concrete, and finished the same day. I would highly recommend MacLin Plumbing and we will use them for any other projects we might have in the future.

I called Maclin to provide an estimate for a frozen pipe. They were able to fit me in before other appointments, coming out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. They provided a quick and reasonable estimate and repaired my issue in less than an hour. They surrounded the pipe with lots of insulation to help ensure I wouldn't have another issue. To be sure that my leak was fully repaired, they checked the water meter after the repair to verify that no water flow was happening. They honored my Angie's List coupon, even though I forgot to mention it during the repair process. All in all, I was extremely pleased with Maclin and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Service was great. All appointments were kept and the plumbers arrived promptly. The water heater was installed in a professional manner with no issues at all. I would recommend Maclin because of their honesty and performance.

Matt arrived and very quickly determined that it was a tiny leak and was able to fix it by just tightening a bolt. In and out within 20 minutes, absolutely wonderful customer service. We will absolutely call them again the next time we need a plumber!

We called Jerry at 6:00pm, the end of his working day for an emergency repair. He made it over to us in less than 20 minutes! Jerry was professional, courteous, and fast. He made all due repairs and charged a very fair price. We would absolutely recommend Jerry and MacLin Plumbing. He will be our go to plumber for any future work needed.

He called before coming, was professional but friendly, finished very quickly and we are happy with the result.

They were great. Showed up right at the beginning of the time frame they gave us the day before and called a 1/2 hour ahead of time so I could get home from work to let him in. He was really friendly, knew what he was doing and luckily nothing was really wrong so he didn't have to do any major repairs. We went with this company because they were the required plumber to use with our home warranty (hence the low cost) but I would call them again even without being required to do so.

Matt arrived, and upon my explanation of the problem, he checked the water pressure of the hot water taps in the kitchen and in my bathroom downstairs. He immediately knew what was wrong, went out to his truck to retrieve his tools and the part, and had the problem solved within 20 minutes. My water pressure in the hot water taps immediately resumed normal flow! There was no question regarding the $40 discount from the coupon I downloaded from Angie's List. He was very knowledgeable regarding the problem, efficient in getting the job done and very professional. One of your competitors came out the day before and gave me a bunch of information (gobble-de-g***") regarding hot water heaters, including normal life expectancy (7 to 10 years) and the fact that if he tried to replace the heat trap nipple and that was not the problem, he could damage the water heater, suggesting that I might want to consider replacing the water heater since it was already 7 years old and out of warranty,. Matt IMMEDIATELY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HAD IT FIXED IN NO TIME!!!! I will DEFINITELY use this company again and recommend them to others!!!!

Home warranty company sent over Jerry from Maclin plumbing based on my garbage disposal leaking as well as the bathtub slip on faucets in both bathrooms. Since we had just moved into our house the home warranty company didn't cover any pre exisiting issues after Jerry spoke with them on the phone. We still needed a garbage disposal and he quoted 345 and could knock it out on the spot, which i agreed to. I thought it was a little expensive but didn't want to wait any longer so agreed and he replaced it in 10 min. The real help was when Jerry saw the faucets and told me I could do them myself. He showed me how they slipped on and off and what to get from Lowe's to replace them myself. I thought that went above and beyond when he could have charged me to do it himself. I would definitly use Maclin plumbing again based off excellent customer service.

Arrived on time (next day appointment).....He went right to work- replacing wax ring under toilet. (after diagnosing issue) Then I had him look at our older water heater (not reason for today's service) ...He advised me that I should wait to replace it until there are real issues. (not trying to get me to spend unnecessary $). We also looked at the water filtration system and he provided expert guidance on how to change the filter myself. (1st time for us) He was in an out very quickly and he left us happy..

Excellent. We called for help with a frozen and damaged water heater. They came out right away to help even though they were heavily booked due to the freeze. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommend them.

The plumber from MacLin Plumbing Co. arrived in the scheduled time frame, even telephoning me shortly before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and efficient. Both items that he worked on are working just fine, and I am a happy customer.
