Checked out all stations for proper operation. Ran wiring for and Installed additional keypad. The service technician had a busy schedule that day and was not able to arrive until 4:30 pm. He worked until 9:00 that night ensuring everything was working properly.

Company never responded Updated form an F to a C. After I left the F review someone from the company contacted me through Angie's List stating they had not received a contact request. It is obviously possible that they did not receive a request, but after I asked them to check their junk mail I never heard back. Had I heard back sooner after I left the F review or after I had asked them to check their junk mail I would have most likely deleted the review altogether and assumed it was my mistake and that I had not asked them for a quote.

This was a very good experience. I had called several companies so was comparing service, price and responsiveness. Jeff (the owner) was prompt and took time to present the options for our home, plus explained what we might use or not need. He was very thorough and his price was extremely competitive. The installation was done promptly (we asked for a quick install) and Danny (the technician) came as scheduled and stayed late into the evening making sure that the system worked properly and that we were well educated on its functions. They even made a "late" change to the installation without a hitch. Without question, Danny is the consummate professional - thorough, immaculate and efficient. Even better is that the system is very easy to use. But, two days after install, Jeff even called to go over any problems and even made a few changes remotely to help us. What a very pleasant surprise...great customer service for sure. We are very please with this company, its product and its performance ! thanks.

Jeff came out quickly and set appointment for tech crew. Only problem was mix-up between Jeff and crew on time of arrival. Tech crew was absolutely wonderful! Exceedingly knowledgeable, innovative and hard-working. They installed the new system and fixed the HVAC immediately. Will return to add more to system and repair surround sound.

Everything was done on time and professionally. No problems and no surprises.

The installation went well and the system works fine. This is an update to comment on a new customer service interaction. I am active duty military and told the provider. He told me about his military discount as well as it not being an issue with terminating my account without penalty when it came time for me to transfer to a new location. The day of install, we had a lengthy conversation about me not being penalized at which he mentioned how he can relate being he was prior service also and how he likes to take care of other service members. Well, it is time for me to transfer to a new location. Now I am being told that there is no military clause and I have to continue paying for monitoring until 2016. There is no way I would have signed up for their services knowing I would never be stationed in one location for that long without be assured by him that I would not be penalized. Today he mentioned maybe if I was being moved overseas which was not what he said before. By all account, I know it was my fault for believing it; however, I do not appreciate being mislead or given false information and hope this helps other military personnel considering this company. Get it in writing or don't bother taking his word regardless of how personable he may seem.

I believe I had an attempted break-in one afternoon, and I called Jeff the next morning. He came by a couple of hours later to go over the details of the available systems and discuss which areas I wanted protected. I chose a system and signed the paperwork. I told him about the break-in attempt and let him know I wanted the system installed ASAP. He inquired about my schedule, and he said he'd call me back in a little while to let me know if it could be done that same day or the next. He did call later to let me know that the installer would be coming over in an hour or so, and confirmed that I would be at home and that it was ok with me. Marcus showed up a couple of hours later to do the install. He made sure the control panel was in a convenient location for me, and confirmed the location of the other components with me as well. Because it was a same-day install, there were some issues with getting the account set up with the monitoring company, and it did take a while, but he remained pleasant and professional. Once he got everything set up, he showed me how to use the system, and patiently answered all of my questions.

Jeff was very responsive to my first phone call and set up an appointment for the next day. He thoroughly explained the options and costs. Installation took place two days later. Installers were very friendly, courteous and professional. They completed the installation, tested the system and showed me how everything works. Great job start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend AllStar Security for security system install and/or upgrade.

I recently moved to Pflugerville , TX and not knowing the area or the neighborhood decided to purchase a home security system. Based on Angie's List reviews I made my first call to All-Star Security. It was the only call I needed to make. I spoke with Jeff Alexander the owner and made an appointment for him to come to my house. He explained to me in detail the different types of security systems he could install and what he recommended for my home. Needless to say, with his knowledge of the product and his relaxed demeanor, I felt totally comfortable with what he was telling me. I decided to to have the wireless security installed. He made a phone call and the installers were at my home within 1 hour. 3 hours from the time Jeff walked into my home the security system was up and running. I also bought an extra garage door opener remote. Jeff Alexander seems like a very sincere individual whose company I am quite comfortable doing business with. I would recommend anyone researching a security system for their home to give him a call.

From my intial phone call to completion of installation, I had an excellent experience with All Star Security. Jeff's focus is taking care of the customer's needs and customer satisfaction, all shown by his professionalism, honesty and promptness. The installers were equally as pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend All Star Security.

Contacted 4 vendors on your list and narrowed down to response time and local companies versus calling 1-800 and waiting for call back. The selection of ALL-Star was made easy when Dyezz did not call back to set up an appointment have not heard from since. All-Starr quoted over the phone and followed up with email quote. We arranged a time foe installation showed up on time explained the system and followed up a few days later check on any problems.

Jeff was great. Came out on time, was very friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He was quick to answer any and all questions I had (and there were a lot), all the while never once appearing remotely frustrated at all the information I was requesting. He took me through how everything would proceed after asking where I wanted the pieces installed. The next day, his crew came out and just like Jeff, they were great. Quick, efficient, and extremely patient as they went over each and every piece of equipment. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend All Star Security.

Great service especially coming over so quickly and getting my home protected again! Its a pleasure to work with local business as opposed to national chains (although Central Security is not local monitoring). I know if I have a hardware issue I can call Jeff and the problem can be addressed quickly! The monthly monitoring is cheaper than Monitronics. The equipment is new. I did not have to pay for the up-graded equipment. I got two day service (as opposed to 29 day service). This guy is great, Id use him again!

I called AllStar Security to upgrade our security system after switching a hard phone line to internet phone service and needing a wireless monitoring service. Jeff came out (he was very accommodating when it came to my schedule and availability) and gave us a great bid on upgrading our 20 year old alarm panel and keypads. The tech who actually did the work did a great job, knew the system inside-out, and even made some changes to zones that I thought wasn't possible. The monthly monitoring fee is less than we were paying ADT even though it's using a cellular network. Very pleased with the result.

Installation went fine. It took about 2 hours for them to test parts of our old system and then to update and test our new system. We are very pleased.

Their service turned out fine. We had a few problems with it but they came out and fixed the problems. We haven't had any problems since.

It has gone fine so far. When they came out to activate the system something was not working right. The issue was found during installation, so they continued working on the system until the issue was resolved.

Jeff was professional and gave us some good adivse on our system.

I phoned and asked if they could service my ADT alarm system. They said they could. They said they had a technician in the area later in the day and he came by late in the afternoon. The tech was very friendly and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He then went over some features of the alarm and offered to change some settings to make the system more friendly to my family. I would definitely use them again.

I checked Angie's List and found Jeff Alexander's company, All Star Security. He was able to meet me within a day and have the installation done 3 days later. His price was good-no charge for any parts or installation charge for a 1500 sq ft rental property that I own. The monitoring company, Central Security, has been in business for a good while and is located in Tulsa. Jeff's installer arrived on time and completed the full installation within a few hours. The $27.99 is the monthly fee, and that is all I paid. Note it can be a bit more if you do not have a land line and will be using a cellular unit.
