Definitely an eye opener. It definitely pays to get several estimates before you go with the first person to come down the pike. Yes, it was a little uncomfortable having to wait a few days, but I was not completely without A/C, and I understood the need to get to those first. And later in the day that I had the work performed, it didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should be, they came out and checked it, and added freon to the other unit, which seems to have taken care of the problem. Just overworked due to the extreme heat, I guess. Anyway, I saved myself about $1700 from my first estimate since I was told by the other company that I needed to replace my condensor coil, when that wasn't the problem at all. Brandon was great at checking out the system, and really took the time to explain everything. And the fact that they give back to the community doesn't hurt either. The tech that repaired the system was also very professional, as was the employee that came back later that same night. I would DEFINITELY use Weeks Service Company for all of my a/c needs again. They are upfront and honest, and do a first class job.

My Wife and I returned from our vacation to our air conditioner not working. I called Weeks on Sunday and left a message. They promptly returned my call on Monday and had someone out to give us a estimate. Within a couple of days we were cool and comfortable. . They explained everything and offered ways to save money. I will use them again.

They called back bright and early Monday morning and had the house cooling by noon with a temporary fix. Came the next day as promised to complete the repair after obtaining the needed part. I know I can always rely on them to do a top rate job!!

Everything they have done to/with my heating/cooling system went great. Work was spec'd and quickly performed. At no time was I without heat/a-c for more than a couple of hours at the very most (during heating system changeout and during duct system replacement).

I received a phone call the next morning as I requested to let me know that the two men were on their away for installation. They arrived promptly and when right up into the attic and made their plans and went right to the prep work. They layed down a drop cloth to protect my carpet. Ryan the main installer keep me abreast of when they had to leave and return, great communicator. When the job was finished the second day I was so impressed with their promptness,punctuality, timely service and willingness to take time to explain things to me. Last but not least was the spotless clean up, it was impressive at how organized it was. Excellent job diagnosing and repairing a relatively complicated problem.

They were okay, nothing overall great stands out to me. The gentlemen were efficient at their job, I wouldn't say they were 100% professional. They were professional, but maybe a little rough around the edges. They were a little more relaxed. I thought the quote for the air duct cleaning was a little bit pricey, which is the reason we're still looking.

Service technician showed up on time. We discussed the problem briefly and he checked the hvac control panel and then went outside to the outside unit. I left him to troubleshoot for a while, then checked on him. He had already replaced the failed component and explained what he had found. He checked the system as I watched. He was professional and polite. Air Conditioning system checked good, although he advised me to have the system fully tested and maintained professionally.

We had our thermostat replaced during the winter by an individual with a new LUX digital one. It worked fine with the heater, but when it came time for air conditioning, it didn't work properly. If set on auto, it would kick on and cool the house, but when it reached the correct temperature, it would turn off the unit in the attic, but not the one outside. We had another company come out to check it that was highly recommended on Angie's List, but that technician was a waste of time and money. We called Week's and they sent David out that afternoon. He had the problem diagnosed and corrected in less than 10 minutes. It was simply a wire on the thermostat had been connected in the wrong place. Had the other technician looked at the wiring like I asked him to, perhaps he could have solved the problem. As it was, David was the hero for the day, and we'll only call Weeks from now on for any servicing we may need.

The service person is polite and efficient.

Showed up on time, did the work, including answering all my questions quickly and professionally. As our previous experiences indicated, Weeks does quality work, although the price is possibly higher than others might charge. We believe the quality and dependability is worth the small (probably 5 - 10%) difference.

The wiring was in bad shape and I didn’t want to mess with it. So, I asked Weeks Service Company to come out to fix it. I would use their services in the future too.

Excellent work. He went above and beyond what I expected, and even helped me to understand the code and how it had changed since I originally purchased my home. Although they do not do water heaters,he looked at gas lines on the water heaters for me -- not to say if they were in code or not but just to show me how they matched the furnace. Great guy and great company.

I pay them about a $150 a year. They come out twice a year. I essentially have had good experiences with them, except for one time. Usually they do good work, but once their work was lousy. So, I have mixed feelings about them. However, except for that one time, they have been fine. I will continue using them in the future.

They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were also very expensive and that's why we went with another contractor. We have nothing bad to say about them. They have a good reputation in our area. They were responsive. They came after hours. We would definitely call them in the future if we needed another estimate.

It went very well. Whenever I have a question about the operation of the unit, they give a complete answer. Whenever I need an extra check, as if I'm hearing a noise, they always check it out. They do a good job, and they leave the work area nice and clean. About 2 years ago I had them do a complete replacement of my heating and air system. They did a great job and the price was competitive. I haven't had any issues they haven't been resolved.

We have had this noise for a long time. Last summer we paid another company a lot more money to replace a part they said was causing the problem. Vic was honest and only charged us for a service call and gave us the senior discount as well.

They were not professional. They were very deceptive. I had the unit for five years. I had more problems with that unit and their services.

They seemed to be diligent in their work. I had a problem with some banging when we turned on the air conditioner and they came back that same evening to check it. I plan to use them again.

They’ve been good and they seem to have competitive prices. The people who come out to do the service are good.

Very timely, no surprises...exceptional workmanship, motivated and very experienced employees. A truly great and professional company!
