They've been excellent. They come when they say they will, are prompt, and they have provided informative, quality service. They check the serial numbers on the units against the warranties, which shows their devotion to helping me. They also provide good emergency service.

The price was very good and it was very reasonable. They did a great job and they cleaned up after the shift. I had no problems with them. I would use them again in the future.

The representative came in and was very professional and honest. He told us exactly what we needed. The price was the lowest I was quoted out of several companies. The next day the technician came out and cleaned our ducts and installed a new compressor as well as tinkered with the furnace unit. He stayed to make sure everything was working. He was very friendly and did not make a mess at all. The company followed up with us a week later to see if all was working well and came out and did a quality check on the work.We actually used them again when we had an issue with the thermostat. That visit only cost 44.00. They are now on speed dial on my cell listed under 'electrician'! I won't use anyone else now. Very good company and the employees are top notch.

They are not the least expensive, but I feel they give good value. I feel I can rely on them.

The company called ahead of the job to say the technician was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. He did arrive within that time and started working immediately. I showed him where I wanted the coaxial outlet and he went into the attic to see if he could disconnect the line from the room that had it connected already and re-run it to the room I wanted it in. While he was in the attic, a second technician arrived, apparently it was a slow day in the electrical department so I received two technicians. The techs worked together to re-run the coaxial cable and I now have satellite tv in the guest bedroom where I wanted it. The 4 lights to be replaced were located downstairs. One technician replaced two lights and the other technician replaced two lights allowing the job to be done faster. I had a coupon for $25 off my service and so the total was about $225. I have called Weeks in the past for other electrical work and will call them again in the future.

Work went fairly well with only one minor issue. I was pleased to the extent of adding a service contract on top of the repair work. I appreciate the focus on the practical economics of repairing equipment with useful life, rather than selling new equipment.

They did an outstanding job of replacing the heating and air conditioner at my house. It was to replace everything except the duct work. I will definitely use them again in the future. I have a renewal with them to do inspection.

The heater fan would not come on Sunday morning. Called Week's emergency number and Corey answered and said he would arrive in 1 hour. He arrived early, very courteous and professionally dressed, put on his shoe covers and went to work diagnosing the problem. It was a shorted circuited breaker in the electrical box outside the house. Corey did not have the part on his truck-so he went to the shop and returned promptly. The problem was solved and we had a warm house. I was very impressed with Corey's knowledge and communication skills. This was our first experience with Weeks- but definitely not our last. We are going to replace our entire heat and ac system- Weeks will have a huge advantage over the competition with their service.

Weeks recommended and made some changes to our 3 zone A/C and heating system. They worked hard to try and get those changes to work. When those changes were shown to not be effective, the service manager worked with me to revert to the original configuration and adjust the system so it would work effectively. The service manager, Blake, worked very hard to ensure that we were satisfied (even when that meant sending multiple technicians out multiple times). Additionally, all of the service technicians that they have sent out have been friendly and professional.

Electricians Sidney and Jonathan showed up 10 minutes before appt. time. Think I'm complaining? They were very professional and friendly. They were excellent from start to finish.

Late in the afternoon the ac started making a noise. I called Weeks about 15minutes before they closed. It did not matter. The repairman showed up and started working on the unit. He had to go back to the shop for a part and returned to finish the job. It was late and extremely hot, no complaints from the repairman. These guys are great!

Perfect. They had a lot of work to do but stayed late until everything was fully functional and kept a smile on their faces. AMAZING!!

Let me tell you, with this 100 degree + temps in the late afternoon YOU know how sickening hot it can get inside a closed up house. Within 30 mins. I could fill a differance with the cooler air. I didn't mind a temp fix ... I was going to be able to stay in my own house. ( I was dreading that it might be have to stay in motel to keep cool with my air condition addicted spoild dog) Thank You so very much....

Very smooth and the appearance is professional, however I can't help but feel the technicians are coached to say all the right things, Ie.and quot;if it was my house I wouldand quot;.....and quot;you're an intelligent man....so...and quot;.....and quot;ok buddyand quot;... classic sales techniques to get the client to say yes.....meanwhile they are handing you a quote to replace the entire system, in my case over $8000. Mind you there is no itemization as to THEIR cost. So you have no idea as to what kind of mark up there is on the equipment. If I purchase a car I can ascertain exactly what the dealers cost is in order to get the best deal. No such thing when dealing with the AC companies. Acronyms on the invoice like and quot;ESAand quot; which I was charged $274 for.....I later found out that ESA stands for and quot;extended service agreementand quot;...something I never asked for or agreed to....I was later reimbursed the amount after calling and complaining. When its over 100 degrees outside and your AC goes out who do you think has got the upper hand? The AC companies do and they take full advantage. Be patient and shop around. Look at at least 5 companies and consider independent contractors also.....you will save a significant amount of money and aggravation.

They took care of obtaining a warranty coil for my Amana system, meaning I was only on the hook for labor and some refrigerant. They're always punctual and professional. I'll definitely do business with them again.

Their work is very satisfactory and I would highly recommend them.

Our thermostat went out and we did not notice until almost 5. I hopped on Angie's list and went with Weeks. They informed us of the trip charge up front and that someone could be there after 6 but had no idea how much after 6. A young man with their company arrived about 6:02, found and solved the problem in minutes. Of course he again went over the work and all costs before doing anything. He was personable, knowlegeable, and professional. I would use this company again and recommend to others. We are very satisfied with their work. It is the first time in 14 years in this house we have a themrostat that you can set and the a/c unit can actually maintain that temp. Very pleased.

Weeks came out, replaced a valve on the AC system, recharged the system with freon, and left. Two dayslater the system was not cooling again. They came out for a second time. The valve that wes replaced was not completely tightened and as a result the system was again out of freon. They tightened the valve and recharged with eight pounds of freon at no chagre for the second call.

.The price for this work was less than what they had estimated. They were punctual. They were always polite. He explained things clearly. They seem honest and reliable and we have not had any problem with the work they have done for us. He did a good job in coming under the price he had originally given us. It was originally around $400. It was one of those things that you have to have done, you don't want to spend the money but for safety issue you have to have it done. But the guy, he found a way to do it that it would not cost us much without cutting corners. As for quality we have not had any problem so far. As for punctuality, the day they were supposed to turn they were half an hour late. I do remember them explaining their delay but I don't remember what it was. It has been a while. I will use this company in the future.
