Technician came out and troubleshot the heater. found a bad circuit board and one other thing bad. recommended changing the complete unit. said board may only last a year or so. had a new unit installed. crew came the same day and had the job finished in a couple of hours. added a new vent in the roof plus a light fixture above the heater. kinda dark in that area of the attic. had the heater up and running pretty quickly. couple days later i checked the price of the unit. only about 635.00. so about 1700.00 in labor costs to install that unit. i thought that was a bit high. but they did a great job though. worth the and quot;Aand quot; grade i give this company

the service man was punctional, professional and explained in detail layman terms all findings and what what done. Very pleased with the work and will be using them again next year for annual maintenance and if needed during the the year.

The guys showed up, moved things out of the way, instlled the wiring in a proffessional way and cleaned up after themselves.

Diagnostic technician arrived on time. Performed troubleshooting inside and out and determined that evaporator coil had a leak due to corrosion. I shadowed him as he worked. He did a good job of explaining what he was doing and what he found. He worked with his dispatcher to determine whether the coil replacement would be covered under warranty. It was, but I opted for an Amana all aluminum coil (should not have corrosion problems). He was able to schedule installation for the next morning (a Saturday). Start-to-finish time about 2 hours. BTW - Weeks sent a quality inspector to check on the technician. Quality inspector arrived about 30 min into the call. Pleasant surprise to see this kind of follow-up and dedication to quality. I did not price-shop. I had been through this experience at my previous house and the quoted price, which included an Angie's List discount, was in the ballpark of what I'd paid previously. Installation technicians arrived the next morning. Job was completed in four hours. They worked diligently, cleaning up as they went, wiping their feet. I did not shadow them. They kept me apprised of what they were doing. The workmanship was very good. The AC is cold again. The next week I received a one page survey from the owner, Gary Weeks. I was underwhelmed by the quality of the original components used by the builder (Village)! Very cheap materials compared to what I just had installed. Coil failed only 25 months after we moved in. I am expecting a similar failure on the other HVAC unit in the near future :-( I will use Weeks again. Same thing happened in my previous home: coil failed while under warranty; I replaced with an all aluminum one. Next house I will insist that high quality HVAC be installed.

The service presentative that came out the house was very punctual and professional. The diagnostics were performed on the A/C and heater systems at the house in a timely manner. The technician also recommended A/C shutdown switches for the A/C and a surge protector for the house electrical system. Price was reasonable. Very happy with the service and would use them for all of my electrical needs.

I had Weeks come out for an estimate on total AC/Heating replacement. Matt inspected my system, and recommended I just replace the furnace and fan unit. The rest still had plenty of life left in them. They could have sold me $10k worth of services, but only sold me what I needed. This was just a preliminary estimate, but I plan to use them in the future.

This issue took several trips and a couple of years to fix. I eventually gave up for a while until I saved the money to get everything taken care of. I replaced both of my A/C units and part of the furnace to get the issue fixed. The salesperson who arrived at my home first was very nice but he immediately started telling me that I needed new equipment instead of trying to fix the problem. I finally got a master technician and he was the one that I trusted the most. He took his time to evaluate everything and he was the one who found the problem with the furnace.

I am so very impressed with this company. I received a call from our tenants at 3 in the afternoon that A/C was not working. I called Weeks and explained that they had small children and really needed the A/C working that evening. Service Technician was there by 6 PM and very quickly found the problem, fixed it and then checked to make sure everything was working fine.

The work was more complicated than originally estimated. Yet, they stayed to finish and only charged what was originally quoted.

The young man was very polite. Had the job done in less than 10 minutes. I will be using them in the future.

I had water leaking from a soffit vent. Inspected the attic, and noticed that one of the A/C units drain pains was full. I turned off the units. I contacted Weeks after reading the reviews on here. They had a technician out the same day. He inspected the units, and noticed that the main drain had clogged. He also discovered the previous home owner had rerouted the secondary drain and it no longer ran through the soffit. Its original drain pipe appeared to have split at some time, and the homeowner just ran a new on and placed it in the soffit space above a vent to the exterior. The technician cleared the main drain on the ac unit, instructed me on how to keep them clean myself. He inspected the other A/C units. He told me how to fix the secondary drain myself. He did not charge me for clearing the main drain, and only charged me for the service call. I was very pleased with the service we received. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They do an excellent job. My whole family uses them. I have no complaints with them.

Weeks was our first experience using Angie's list and it worked out well for us. We have originally called another mutlifunction service provider and they had been a no show. When I called Weeks it was a Saturday morning and they were able to come out later that day. I was amazed at getting a same day appointment. The repairman did get tied up with another job and took longer to get to us than we were told (that's why I scored a B for punctuality). But, the repairman was professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. We will use them again - definately!

they were very prmopt. They showed up when they said they would. They seemed to take care of it quickly. they had to get in touch wioth the local energy provider and get a license to do the work. It took coordiantion on their ends. They advised me as to what things notify the energy about. I was only out of electricity for about an hour. They did a good job, I havent had any problems.

It was great!!! Matthew was right on time, funny, professional, and a true expert in his field. He made me feel I was actually in control and kept me in the loop throughout the whole experience. I am truly grateful that Mark from Weeks sent Matthew out to me and I truly recommend that if you need a technician to come to your house, please....please...please ask for Matt, you won't be sorry. He even vacuumed the complete carpet around where he worked, cleaned ALL the leaves out of my outside unit, wore booties inside the house, and was nice to my dogs!!! Thanks for having such a wonderful person working for you!!

Mark called me today in response to my review on Angie's List. He was very kind and concerned about my experience and what could be done to correct the problem and to keep me as a customer. He listened to what I had to say and is addressing the issues I had. He appologized for my experience and for the problems that I had reported. He is sending out a tech on the 23rd to do a complete cleaning and check of the whole system. I am impressed with this attention to customer service and insistance of "making it right" for me. Thank you Mark for making feel that I matter to you and to your company. I am once again a happy Weeks customer. I do highly recommend this company!!!

I feel ripped off. I wasn't given a chance to decide whether or not to have the coolant done. I felt that I was held hostage to pay a lot more than I was quoted.

We have used Weeks in the past(2009) to do our electrical work for a complete Kitchen remodel to do complete rewiring, new plugs and hang under cabinet lights as well as island pendulum lights. We loved all the work that Sidney did that we asked for him again for our new project. He is professional, knowledgeable and does a great job. For this job he placed a sub panel breaker box for our back yard. We were planning a garden wedding in November and needed lighting for two chandeliers in the Garden Tent as well as electrical plugs for music and other garden lighting. He installed a new breaker box that would be used primarily for any lighting in the back yard. He then ran a line along the edge of our property to the center of our property and installed several electrical plugs all with covers protected from the weather elements. He was efficient and finished all work in one day. We were pleased once again with his work and will definitely use him again. We have called Mr Weeks to compliment his company and Sidney. Now that we know they also do air conditioning we will be contracting them to do our service maintenance on our air and heating system, since we have not been happy with our current company of Dr Cool and Professor Heat and have parted ways with them.

A week ago on a Monday the electricity went out in 1/2 my condo. I called American Home Shield who sent All Safe Electric. All Safe came Wednesday. The Tech said that it was a circuit overload but he couldn't trace the source. He would call the next day to schedule service with another tech to help because it would involve rewiring the apartment costing thousands of dollars. I called All Safe Thursday and learned that American Home Shield wouldn't cover repair because it was a circuit overload. Friday I asked for an estimate for the repair and was told the office manager would call me back. I called them several times and 5 days later still haven't heard back from them. I called Weeks Friday afternoon when I hadn't heard back from All-Safe. We set up an appointment for Monday at 3 p.m. They diagnosed the problem as a bad connection and had it fixed within an hour at a cost of $200.00 I recommend them highly. Besides being knowledgeable and efficient, they were really nice guys.

I needed an external disconnect to obtain and utility interconnect agreement for my bi-directional renewable energy system. Jay at weeks inspected must, gave an estimate including binging me up to code. performed the work on time and at cost. Utility company subsequently issued agreement for interconnect.

They replaced the ballast which was included in the price. They were on time. They were courteous and professional.

Overall, I will definitely use Weeks again.
