Showed up on time with a crew & got right to work. Completed the job in three days. I am very pleased with the quality and the reasonable cost.

Roger promptly came to my home, looked at what needed to be done and sent an estimate the next day. However, on the day of actual work, he showed up with two helpers, showed them the work and left. I was not pleased with what one of workers had completed upstairs. I called Roger to ask him if he was coming back and he stated that eah of the workers checked on each other. I ened up showing the young man what needed to be done. Roger never came or called to see how if I was pleased with the work or how it turned out. Then a month later at the first big rain, water came POURING through the arch window that the worker had supposely caulked - soaking new set of custom-made curtains! It was the weekend. I left a text for Roger and then called him on Monday. He came by and looked at the window, placed caulked and I have not had any more problems. He stated his worker did everything OK, just that the window had failed?? I think if he had checked his worker's work, he would have seen that the spaces where the window had not been caulked.

Update: He quoted on the floor and baseboards and other repairs which is what I was looking for. He also can pick up the tile and grout for me and move and replace furniture. First review: Roger called to schedule an estimate visit and never called or showed up. Seems like he's done this before to other customers so I don't think I should give him another call.

Roger repaired my fence that was falling down due to rotten posts. He was very punctual and responsive and did a great job fixing the fence. I will definetly use him for other projects in the future.

Roger was very professional and very knowledgeable. Out of the various contractors who provided quotes, he was one of my finalists. However, another contractor provided better pricing so I didn't use Roger's services. However, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future if the need arises.

From estimate to installation and repairs Richard was completely professional and personable. We were very appreciative of his straight forward style and his willingness to work with us on getting our goals accomplished with the project. The work was done quickly, completed ahead of schedule, and done to our complete satisfication. We plan to use Richard again for future projects.

Waste of time for us as well as for him

I was actually better than expected for the price. Roger came over for a brief assessment of the job. Within a couple days he sent me a very detailed estimate of all cost (no surprises) and a proposed start date. We went and picked out tile on the weekend and emailed pictures of the tile choices. Roger?s team started the following Tues. The team was very meticulous but how the pattern would be laid out. They took their time and did an outstanding job. The first time I called him, I had a leak. He got here in the evening and I was so grateful that he came out. He's really a good guy.

They were very prompt in returning my call for an estimate. They did not have the time to squeeze me in, which speaks volumes. Some might try to squeeze us in and then not complete the job for a long time.

I emailed Roger last week regarding the job and recieved an immediate response. The young men came out this morning. They were professional, on time, got right to work and worked diligently until completion. I am very pleased with the quality of service recieved on today.

His name doesn't describe how knowledgeable he is. I was shocked at how knowledgeable he was at different crafts. He had a crew of four working every day until the week before Christmas. I would highly recommend him.

The workmanship is A++, very good work, I did not see any short-cutting at all, and he actually did more than I would have thought of (caulking, gluing and wood putty on the screws) I would certainly recommend Jerry to get the job done and done right!

Roger and his guys did a great job and they were punctual.

2 young men did the work and did an excellent job; very nice; cleaned up after themselves each day; there were cracks in the sheetrock in the kitchen, living room, hallway, office and I have cathedral ceilings

They were recommended on Angie's list. But, their price was very high and they took a little while to get back to me. My overall experience with them was good.

Roger is a perfectionist! He checked and double checked everything - measurements, level, posts and has instilled his carefulness in his employees. He brought wood product samples for us to view before construction. He built us a great deck and ramp! We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with his work. We recommend him highly!

He installed 4 ceiling fans. He rerouted some electricity. He repaired the ceilings and painted. He cleaned up afterwards. He was very prompt.

He's done a lot of work for us and does a good job. He's very accommodating of your needs and designs. He is flexible with you and your plans and guarantees his work after completion. The pricing was very competitive. I would highly recommend him to others and plan to use him again in the future.

Very well. Roger came out and gave me an estimate, and he and his crew came back the next morning to do the work. They were extremely reasonable, and did a very good job - it looks great, it was done promptly, and they were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.

Their service was good. I am happy with it. The workers were there when they said they were going to be there and they did what they were going to do. If I had any more remodeling to do, I would consider them.

He was wonderful. His rates were super reasonable. He was neat and clean. He was just fantastic. I actually got his name off the side of his truck.

The condo we bought needed several changes and upgrades. We had an advantage in that we could let Roger work without anyone living there, but I think he'd have made it work either way. He allowed us to buy our own materials (I get a veteran's discount) for no extra charge as long as I bought what was on his list. This way, my wife got to select exactly the style, color, etc., she wanted. The closet remodeling required demolition to the studs, then drywall, framing and new doors were installed. The wiring was particularly challenging on the brick walls between units, but he installed non-obtrusive conduits on the surface then put the outlets where we wanted them. He relocated the water tank from an interior closet to an exterior storage room, and did all the wiring and plumbing needed, thereby freeing up a good storage area where it was needed. Since our unit is over 30 years old, this replumbing led to several additional problems which he handled as they arose. One point worth noting: When something unexpected arose, or we made a change, Roger handled them well, but anything not included in the original bill did cost extra. No exorbitant charges, just his regular hourly rate plus materials, but he keeps his cost done by doing business this way. Other contractors add a margin to cover the unknown, but also charge highly for changes once they start. Roger is upfront about what he will do, and what he will charge. If he runs into a problem that's covered in his bid, he takes care of those, if you make changes, you will pay for them. Examples: Relocating the water tank led to replacing several sections of pipe; he took care of that; It also clogged several faucets other places in the house due to the debris dislodged; I could either do them myself or pay him (or a plumber) to do it. I paid him a fee less than a plumber would have charged for a house call. Overall, an excellent experience with someone who charges reasonable prices for quality work.

He was prompt and he explained everything. He gave a good value. I didn’t have any dislikes. He was topnotch in his personality, professionalism, and friendliness.
