They did a wonderful job. You cant even tell there was a whole in the ceiling where he fixed it. The only problem was they charge by the hour and he took too long to get materials but we talked to Roger about that and he deducted an hour from our bill.

They were very nice. Their quote was high, but not overly expensive. There was nothing that I disliked. They came in and measured. They gave us the estimate, and then they were gone. They were very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. The estimate was very detailed because I was very detailed with them.

Didn't get a call back till a week later when I don't need the service anymore

After removing the cover in the back of the dryer the object was removed along with lots of lint. This was done in record time because the technician was very efficient. We are now keeping the top of the dryer empty.

estimate was fair. workers were here on time and work was done as quoted. about 3 months after the door was installed, i had a concern about the door and Roger came to check it out.

Roger's crew was here on time both days they needed to complete our jobs. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. Roger provided great detail when explaining what might be happening with our shower walls and brick work. He explained how his crew would complete the jobs. And they performed the tasks just as he explained them. We are extremely pleased with the service and the work that Roger and his crew completed. When we have other repairs arise, we shall call upon him again! Thank you, Roger and crew!

The work crew was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They made a very difficult small job look easy. They cleaned up their messes and they did not damage the chimney, the fireplace insert, the mantle, or the tile around the fireplace while they completed the job. They were unable to prime and paint the new textured drywall, but the owner knocked an appropriate amount off of the final bill to compensate for that without any fuss. In fact, the work crew on site initiated the conversation. We will definitely use them again and we will definitely recommend them to our friends in the area.

Certainly not cheap but ohterwise they did a good job.

Originally I wanted a post cut to size for our new mailbox. It is a cut down utility post. Roger and Dale said the post would crumble if cut and be uneven. The new mailbox is plastic that fits over the whole post. Dale and I went to a hardware store to purchase a mailbox post and cement. After Dale dug a hole for the new post he cut the new post to size for my new mailbox.He installed the post in quick set cement. Dale installed the mailbox and made sure it was secure. He also put the numbers on and spread the clay/dirt from hole. During the process Dale was well organized and professional. I really like my new mailbox! Thanks Dale. I hope to use Roger's Handyman Services again for other projects.

I got a call from Roger the same day I sent him a message. He had another job delay so he was able to start on our project the next day. The quality of the work was great. They cleaned up each day after they left including mopping the floor. The worker's were punctual and very respectful. The cost was more but I was told it might be. When the wall was torn down the wood floors did not continue, connecting the two rooms. Therefore, they had to make a custom transition piece. I will definitely use Roger's company again.

They showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard. It took over 2 weeks to do all the work. They ran into some hidden problems (cross beams in 2 story house) when replacing the lighting but did not charge extra for the work. They put in 2 drop lights and 4 recessed fixtures (all LED). They replaced a chandelier with a fan/light. They replaced under cabinet lighting (about 16 ft) with new adjustable brightness LED lighting. Removed tile countertop and backsplash. They were careful and did no damage to the cabinets. Thet kept the area clean or cleaned up afterwards. ' They had granite countertops and island top installed. Roger found some scratches in the granite and he arranged to have it polished so the scratches were not visible. I had picked out a backsplash title that was very difficult to install but they installed it, grouted it and sealed it so that it looks great. They replaced a metal cooktop with a glass one. Unfortunately one worker broke part of it. They replaced it with no excuses. While they were here, I asked them to do some extra work in bathrooms which they did with minimum expense to me. I had used Roger before for some minor repairs so I had no hesitation to hire him for this larger job.

We had the gutted the walls of all the sheetrock and insulation and we were going to do the job ourselves. At that point we realized that it was going to take us 10 years to get it done. :) We found Roger's Handyman Services through Angie's list and are so glad we did. Roger was very helpful and thorough during the construction. He gave us very good recommendations on the materials. He kept a good eye on the workers and the quality of their work. Changes were made at my request and he carried them out without any problems. Changes that were not part of the original bid were added at a very reasonable price. Roger's workers were very courteous and respectful. They cleaned up well behind themselves every day before they left. They felt like friends by the end of the project. The bedroom and closet are beautiful. The bathroom is exceptional. We had every wall fully tiled. It was a lot of work.

Came in on time, removed shower threshold plate reset properly, stopped glass shower door leak. Very happy with service, will definately us again.

We selected Roger?s Handyman Services, LLC based on reviews we read on Angie?s List. We had a few household projects (basic handyman type projects) we had not had a chance to get completed so we decided to try to find a good local handyman to get these few projects out the way and to hopefully find someone we trusted and could build a relationship with for future projects. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Roger?s Handyman Services. All started off well ? when we called to schedule a time for Roger to come take a look at the scope of work, he was punctual and had a quote to us in a couple of days. (In fact, when he came to do the work, I told him I found him from Angie?s List ? he told us that is the only place he ?advertises?.) We had a few revisions; he updated the quote and had it back to us timely. We decided to go ahead and have him do the work. He told us he could start the following week so we made arrangements to be off work on the scheduled days. On Monday evening of the week work was to begin, we called to confirm with Roger. He explained he was running behind on his current job and asked if we could postpone a week so that he could give his full attention to our project. So we rearranged our work schedule again to accommodate him. Wednesday of that week he showed up as scheduled. However, it went downhill from there. Several of the tasks we had asked them to do, they had to redo and, overall, just did a sloppy job. They came in a bit like a ?bull in a china shop?. If you want someone who pays attention to detail, Roger?s Handyman Services is not the company for the job. Anyway, we brought our concerns to Roger?s attention ? he had an excuse for everything and basically we felt like he dismissed our concerns. It seemed as though he just wanted to get his check and go. He did not seem concerned with making sure the customer was satisfied. There was a plumbing task (installing a toilet) he came back 3 times to try to fix but after accommodating his schedule several times, we could not keep taking off work so we finally hired another professional to get the job done right. We had one other job we had talked with him about doing but after seeing his workmanship, we decided we could do a better job ourselves. Needless to say, we were very frustrated and disappointed. We thought we were hiring someone who knew what they were doing. We ended up with more work to do after they left than before they came ? either fixing what they messed up or cleaning up after them ? they should pay us! We are not unreasonable people but do expect quality when paying a ?professional? to do the work. We do not have a problem paying for quality work but Roger?s Handyman Services rates are way more than the work is worth! You can probably to a better job yourself. Because we selected this company based on Angie?s List reviews, we felt we should share our experience with other readers.

Excellent service! Roger was quick to respond to my initial call and happy to provide an estimate at no cost or obligation to me. He asked questions and gave me a price that included all materials and labor and even a time frame for when he was available. I set the day and he and his college, Robert were there, on time, and prepared to work! After going over the project with myself, and Robert, Roger took his leave to check on other projects he had in the works. Robert worked diligently and efficiently for most of the day until the job was complete. He was always happy to answer any questions I had during the process. Would definitely hire this team again!

All in all the experince was good. Roger and his team can do a multiple of things. Had a couple of things that were not to my liking and they came out and fixed it. Knowing that you can have some you can trust to get the job done is important. Roger and his team did that.

Roger and his team are reliable and will get the job done. We asked Roger to come back because we had a couple of small issues with the work. When we called him he was out the next day to fix it. It is hard to find someone you can trust so now a days. Roger and his team took the worry away.
