Description of Work: Had a problem with some kind of insects leaving powder in the house. Called Mikes and set up an appointment. Pest control person arrived on time and said he did not know what kind of pests were in my house. He suggested fogging the house to bring out the pests so I agreed. A few days later I came by the house and found some dead ants by the powder. called to follow up as instructed by Mikes so they could kill these strange ants. Did not get a call back or any follow up as promissed. Called another pest control guy and for half of the fogging job charged by Mikes my problem was solved. Mikes did call me back for a quarterly spraying job but if they cant even find ants I said I don't think so. I will say the guy that came out was professional just not capable. Had Mikes just walked around the house outside he would have spotted the ants climing into the house.
