MIKES PEST CONTROL

Could not be more pleased. Will use Mike's in the future and will refer to family and friends.

It took 3 visits for Don (the service tech) to eliminate a colony of bees in the porch ceiling of my former rental (and now primary) property. The last visit was after dark, where Don not only had to bust out a huge honeycomb but also had to drill through the porch ceiling to inject chemicals far back where he suspected more bees were hiding. He did an excellent job & never gave up! These were Africanized (killer)bees which are aggressive and dangerous to people and pets. I would recommend Mike's Pest Control and especially Don to anyone with a pest problem.

Great company to work with. They are prompt and always do a good job. I have never had an issue or problem with this company.

Both times we have used Mike's we have been extremely satisfied with the results. Their workmen are friendly, professional, and punctual. This last time, the workman gave great advice on our ant problem outside and told us of the options and cost effectiveness.

It was good service. They called me and set up an appointment. They called me back and let me know who was coming and just over the phone we were able to talk about my needs. Then he came out and the service guy took care of everything. They were very professional, did the job and didn’t have any problems with them at all. They are good communicators and they were here when said and they actually called around 4 and showed up.

They were on time and sent over someone who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We won't ever know for sure if the service worked 100%, but so far there haven't been any new signs of rodents.

They did an excellent job. They were reasonable. We have spiders but we don't have roaches. I'm not afraid of spiders so it's not a problem for me. They are local and somebody I was working with recommended them to me. It's a one man who owns the pest control. I highly recommend him. We even looked on Angie's List to confirm if he was good and he is on there. We do our best to deal only with Angie's List list. They were on time.

The service technician arrived on the date and time as scheduled. All of the known problem areas were treated. The technician explained that this type of roach would probably require a second visit because of their durability. This was in fact true. The problem did not go away after the first visit. So the technician came out a second time AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I am grateful to the company and the technician for not taking advantage of my elderly parents by charging for the second visit and for ensuring the problem was taken care of permanently.

Very good company. They were prompt, courteous and made suggestions about future treatments.

We have had problems with rodents continually getting into our attic. So we called Mike's pest control to do an exclusion for us.They arrived on time the morning of the appointment and quickly sealed any openings that would allow rodents to get into our attic. It took him about an hour to do the job. It is now 5 months later and we haven't had an issue since. We are very pleased and will call them the next time we have a pest problem.

Did a thorough and professional job.

He explained what was covered by the regular quarterly service and what was extra. He was polite and careful.

Richard was very pleasant, professional and informative. He was punctual . Would definitely consult them again if I needed to.

Had house and grounds sprayed for ants, roaches, silverfish, etc. Mike indicated that the ants were particularly obstinate this year. Sure 'nuff, the ants came back, but Mike returned and sprayed again. One more trip was needed to complete the extermination. Plan to use Mike for all future jobs.

Technician arrived as scheduled. He assessed the carpenter ant activity and recommended a treatment plan. The plan called for 2 visits with different chemicals. A week has passed since the second treatment and so far so good. The ants are no longer visible as of this date.

I contacted Mike's Pest Control to have some basic pest control services completed on my home. The technician that came out (Richard) arrived a few minutes early and immediately took off his shoes before entering the house, even though we didn't ask or require it. Richard introduced himself and we talked for a few minutes before he began his work. We had emptied out our kitchen cabinets per the company's request (for warranty reasons). Richard was very friendly and professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and, at the end of the service, made recommendations for a service we didn't know they offered (an annual process for the lawn that gets rid of ALL pests in yard, including spiders, fleas, cinch bugs, etc). He didn't try to sell it to us, just told us about it and the benefits of the service. He also noticed a large expansion joint in the outside wall and made a suggestion on filling it with caulk to keep out the bugs. He also told us of the quarterly service they offer and that there were no contracts...the office would simply call us in 3 months to see if we would like service. The price was exactly what they quoted and we feel the service provided was beyond our expectations. We plan on calling about the annual lawn service but in the meantime, we highly recommend this company.

Saw fewer roaches day after spraying. We are hoping that none will be seen in a week. They were held up on first appointment but rescheduled in two day and were prompt - seems to have been a successful job. I'm sorry I don't finish survey before. I now refer Angie's List to all looking for someone to do a job.;)

Great but it's been awhile since I called so I don't have better details.

We are new customers with Mike's Pest Control. The technician has come twice now. He comes at the scheduled time and sprays in every room we choose to have sprayed. He asks us about any particular pest issues and follows through with preventive maintenance. We appreciate their service, and the price is reasonable.

It was successful. We are rodent free.

It went great! The guy was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to answer all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed, and I will definitely use this company again. I also referred Mike's Pest Control to my father, and he hired them to take care of an ant problem in his home. Again, they did a great job at my father's house and got rid of the ant problem.

We have used this company since 2004. I have had friends that have used them on a regular basis that recommended them to me. I would recommend them to others. I have a contract with them and I think they come twice a year, maybe more.

When we purchased this house we had them come and spray both inside and outside. They sprayed inside the cupboards very thoroughly. Once a year they will spray for bugs over the tops of the cupboards and I don't need to remove my dishes, etc. There's a ledge over top of the cupboards between them and the ceilings. They inform us as to what type of bugs they are spraying for and identify if needed for us. Once they rescheduled because it was raining and showed up the very next day. They are neat and there's never an odor once they've sprayed.
