Description of Work: The service tech was great. Wonderful personality, punctual, very professional. My only complaint is that I was charged $69 plus tax to tell me that my beautiful 5-year old LG french door refrigerator couldn't be repaired. That was sort of adding insult to injury!!

Description of Work: I have had him come out to my house several times with great satisfaction.. This time it was a malfunctioning washing machine (Maytag) that was only 18 months old. He arrived on time, was very respectful, and checked the machine promptly. He told me it was the computer mother board and would cost aprox. $350 to fix. We decided to buy a another machine instead. I know I can trust him to tell me the truth about the appliance he's checking and whether it's worth fixing or disposing.

Description of Work: Came home from a day out at a swim meet and the fridge was on the fritz. Everything in the freezer was about 80% melted, water on the floor etc.. Looked up Appliance repair on Angie's list and found Andre had a good rating. Called at around 9PM (on a Saturday) and Andre himself arrived within an hour. Andre did some troublesooting and replaced an electrical part that helps kick the compressor into starting and Voila! Fixed for for a total of $194 and change. Put everything back in the fridge with no loss! Andre was friendly and even allowed me to watch as he worked. Great repair experience! I would definitely reccommend this outfit!
