This company installed my windows one year ago. I love them by the way. I called on a Thursday to say that I couldn't get one of them closed properly. Tra came out the next day and put two of my windows back in track and showed me how to do it incase it ever happened again. It was my fault by the way - not a defect in the windows. Awesome company!

Timely arrival- job moved along and finished before dark However 2 windows are mis measured by the manufacturer and will be replaced.

Crew arrived as scheduled. They were clean, friendly and efficient. The work was completed and review was performed.

Tracy Martin came to give us a quote first and was on time. Installation was done on schedule and my wife and I are very happy with the finished product.

Called TRA and he came, gave an estimate, we signed a contract, and he and his guy measured. They were installed in a reasonable time line.

They did an awesome job. The quality of work was excellent and the price was right. I would definitely use them again.

My husband and I have called this company several times for a quote for a Eze Breeze patio windows quote. I had scheduled an appointment with them to come out on a Saturday and give me a quote. No one showed. However they did call and say that the guy that was supposed to come out got stuck in Dallas because of bad weather. No problem, I gave them our phone numbers to call and try and reschedule. They never called us back. I called and left a message for Trey several times as did my husband and he never called us back. I think Susan was the only person who tried to help at all. It's a shame because they are one of two authorized dealers of this Eze Breeze product and they missed out on a $5000 job.

Seemed ok at first,but one window kept fogging up and had to make a few phone calls to get a new window. Manufacture Rep, would not listen and made us prove our issue. We sent picture of the situation and they brought out a new window in roughly 6 weeks. Responsiveness - definite F Unless I get a better some type of response and help with the install of the new sash(window) the answer would be no. And I can not reckoned them to my friends or neighbors which is sad. I really thought this firm was different, again we will see. Professionalism - initially A, but not seems to be a C going to A D. Punctuality - on initial install was perfect - grade A. Follow up not so good- Grade F. Quality - initially - B but not starting to wonder if not a D. Price - initially - A, but not starting to wonder if I over paid for the quality - grade C Second window cracked and they new one is still in the box waiting for installation. Manufacture Rep - same guy said he would come out but did not show as of yet - going on a month. We will see, I am too busy to keep calling but I guess I have too.

The quote was pretty good compared to others. The salesman was really knowledgeable and nice. We have placed and order for their double paned windows and are awaiting their delivery to start the job.

The salesman from America's Choice Windows was professional until we mentioned that we were not ready to sign a contract with them immediately. We wanted to look at other companies in order to compare prices and services. Once it was obvious that we were not going to sign anything that day, he started to use every "Hard Sales" tactic I can think of. He trashed competitors and told us the price was only good for today. When we still we not convinced he stepped out to "call his supervisor" to get us the "best price." The price was slightly better, but was again only good for today. We asked the salesman to follow up with an emailed quote because at that point their product and prices were still competitive. We never received the quote or heard back from the company. Their product and price may be worth looking at if you have them come out last and already have all your other quotes. Be prepared for hard sales tactics. The entire experience left me with a poor impression of them, and I will not consider them in the future. Also worth considering is that we never contacted America's Choice Windows. They contacted us after we looked at another company. They clearly buy leads for cold calls, but many companies do this.
