Excellent crew that cleans up well, efficient and quiet windows, amazing price!!

We asked America's Choice WIndows to come to our house to look at our windows and give us a quote to replace them. They measured, looked, then gave us a quote. We put $ 2,800 down. This was in Sept 2022. They came out and measured two more times. They have promised install dates 3 times, but have NEVER returned. It is a year later and we have no windows. I would never do business with this company again and am working to get my money back.

The installation went well. The problem was with the owner Tra Martin. Tra Martin was rude, He refused to explain my concern, he never returned my calls nor text messages. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Very Bad Experience !

The window replacement business is obviously highly competitive. This is one to clearly avoid. Seems like the sales people tell the client everything they want to hear in order to have a contract signed. That was the easy part. The first day of the install went atrociously. Windows were installed completely incorrectly. Second day went a little better but they left behind an incredible mess. The windows incorrectly installed the day before were left with massive gaps allowing significant amounts of water to inner home during a rain storm. Reaching management was a near impossibility. Once I did reach the manager the attitude was less than Friendly. Significant cost and expense had to be incurred by homeowner in order to restore security system to working order. Little or no attempt was made to preserve security wiring. Management stands behind fine print in contract that protects them and has no acknowledgment towards any commitments made by sales staff. Crews on site did absolutely nothing in regards to Covid protection protocols and blame my 85-year-old mother for most of the mistakes that they made. Superintendent assured me that he would be on site to make sure that things went smoothly. I very specifically informed him that masks and prevention were important. There are many other companies that provide similar products and services. A radio personality is not necessarily a true representation of a company performance. Hopefully this recommendation well save others from a similar experience.

Very well. Removed both the existing storm and single pane windows and replaced with energy efficient double paned windows. Installation met TWIA high wind standards and inspection.

Not good there still windows on the first floor that have separation of the caulking between the frame and the caulking it's not that difficult to see they didn't do it they said they're going to do I'm extremely unhappy with this company now I'm either going to have to do it myself or hire someone else to do this this is just poor follow-through and this is based on the fact that their sales manager told me the separation of the caulking between the frame of the cock was a maintenance issue are you kidding me a maintenance issue on a window that's the most lame excuse I've ever heard of

Windows were ordered the 1st week of May. We were told the windows would come in 6 weeks. They arrived 8 weeks later.

Heard advertisement on radio called Americas Choice office and scheduled appointment. Rep came to house & explained the product/ price and I purchased the windows.

Took a bit to get installation scheduled but installation crew was great-very professional, hard working, cleaned up well.

I noticed that every single was leaking air and water when it rains within a month of the installation. I called Trey at America's Choice to tell him they needed to come back out. He told me I need to discuss the problems with Jonathan, the installer. I didn't think that I should need to do that. Then he told me that ABC, the company that sold the windows, would be the next place I would need to contact. ABC and Trey came out to the property to meet. Trey from America's Choice finally agreed to hire another window experts for stucco because he knew that I would sue him unless it was taken care of. He got bids from two companies, and he went with the person that he knew, who was the lower bidder. I was told that everything was corrected. They cut a whole in the stucco under the flashing and the rain was coming in even harder. This has been going on for a year and a half, and still nothing has been corrected. America's Choice does not do quality work, and does not hire subcontractors who do quality work, and then I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work, after $27,000.

Finished the job in 6 hours they only test 4 hr break. Windows look great.

Good “ interview” with sales – timing was correct as promised install was seamless – crew was polite and professional.

Installation team was good-quiet as possible installed quickly & did a great job cleaning up after thems.

All went well, windows installed. Caulked, replaced with all new materials.

Replaced 27 windows 24 arrived and were installed quickly efficiently and cleanly the remaining three windows will come in a few weeks and I'm OK with that. the crew was very conscientious in trying to keep up with cleanliness and not disturbing the interior of the home they arrived 15 minutes late but they also finished within six hours which I thought was amazing also. The remaining balance will not be paid until the last three windows are installed which I greatly appreciate it I would highly recommend these guys to anyone the windows look great I'm very happy with the quality, very happy with the owner tra who came out and did the estimate, I'm very happy that they are recommended by Jim Dutton on his Saturday radio show on KTRH so I would definitely look seriously at this company and if you need your windows replaced consider them.

Stephan arrived w his crew at 10:30 on time there were done by 2:45 the immediately went to work after I went over which windows were to be replaced after all windows were installed They cleaned up very well.

Installers arrived as scheduled removed and windows & installed new ones. Everything operates correctly & they cleaned up when finished.

We have had a terrible experience with America's Choice Windows. They have great reviews so maybe we are the exception or because we only purchased 6 windows instead of a whole house our business was not taken seriously. Either way I did a ton of research before choosing this company and was excited about working with them until we actually purchased our windows. The biggest problem is the lack of communication. We purchased our windows on September 14th. We were told our windows would arrive in 5 weeks. 6 weeks after purchasing our windows and never hearing word one from the company we called the office and no one answered so we left a voicemail- no one returned our call. 2 days later we called again and got someone on the phone she said the windows would be in November 11th and would be installed the following week. November 12th came around and once again we heard nothing so we called and had to leave another voicemail at the office and no one returned our call. We emailed our salesman (whom we have heard not a word from since giving him a check for a few thousand dollars) and heard nothing back. I called the office again on Saturday November 14th and spoke to a lady that said the windows were still not in but she would have to call me back with why and when they would arrive. Considering at this point it had been 2 months and no one had ever called me back I asked to be put on hold while she looked. She said she couldn't do that and would have to call me back. I told her my experience with no one calling me back and she assured me she would call me back. No surprise days later she never called back. I didn't mind that the windows were delayed more than I minded that no one cared enough to let us know what was happening. I finally emailed the sales department with my complaint and a manager called me back and apologized and said someone would call me to setup delivery before thanksgiving (which is what I really wanted). They called and setup delivery and when the delivery guy arrives he said he has all the windows but 1 (that was not told to me when they setup the delivery). He said the last window was delayed and would arrive soon. It is now January 17th when I am writing this review (4 months since purchasing my windows, almost 2 months since the other windows were installed) and I still don't have the final window. I have also not heard from anyone since the guy at delivery. We reached out a few weeks ago and have yet to get a response. They have had the money for our final windows for months and we still don't have it nor do we know when it will arrive. The final thing is the gentleman that installed our windows used a tarp around the window and used a ton of huge nails all around the window. At the bottom of the window instead of putting the huge nail into the drywall he put the nail into the trim under our window sill which made the entire trim crack and sag. It would be assumed that someone installing windows in your home would want to make minimal holes in the walls and do as little damage as possible but this was not the case. It seems as if we are the exception but I did want to put my review out there because I rely heavily on reviews when making decision especially large costly decisions.
