I am the research queen when it comes to major purchases. I invited Home Depot, Lowes, and Gulf Coast Windows to my home to give me an estimate for 10 windows. It was painful, to say the least, to sit through the same type of lengthy demonstration 3 times. My quotes ranged from $11,000-ish to over $15,000 and I was still not satisfied due to variations in warranties, price, and poor customer service. My husband heard about America's Choice Windows on AM radio and told me I should check it out. Trey, the owner of the company made the sales call to my house. He spared me the sales pitch/show and got right down to the business of answering my million questions. Prior to knowing my previous quotes, Trey quoted me around $5000.00 for the 10 double hung windows. I immediately thought they must be poor quality because the quote was so much less. However, Trey answered every question, showed me the products and by the end of the conversation I realized the windows were the same as the ones I had been shown previously. I wanted to know why they were so much cheaper and was assured that this company just refrains from the high mark up. So I bought them and hoped they would meet my expectations. Customer service was excellent. Trey was available to answer questions about the timeline when I called him. Timeline for expected delivery was good (it took a week or two longer then expected due to a large window I have that had to be specially ordered - but it was no problem at all for me to wait...especially considering the great price!!). Installation: I was really afraid of the horror stories I read about installation problems with different companies, but the crew that installed my windows was AWESOME! I took about 6 hours, one day. Very professional and highly skilled at this. The man who certifies the wind rating showed up at the end to look at the windows and put the certification sticker on one. He even commented that this company and crew are great. Since the installation: I LOVE my windows. They are beautiful, efficient, and installed flawlessly. I don't even want to cover my windows in the back of the house with blinds anymore. If you have a fear of contractor drama and wasted money, let me reassure you... This company is great!!

Installers - Excellent ! Price - Very Agressive. Responsiveness - Improvement needs in this area. Perhaps I experienced growing pains of a growing company. Was told windows would take 6 to 8 weeks to manufacuture. Ended up taking about 15 weeks to complete job. They remained less than truthful on status of order until stopped returning phone calls. Company finally admitted order got messed up but blamed manufacturer. Never directly took repsonsibility. Very frustrating experience. All said, we got very good windows, installed by very professional installers at a very good price. I am one who prefers honesty even if the news is not favorable. I would have given an A rating if they would have been upfront and honest about the order screw up.

Awesome experience!!! The salesman Eli McMullen was knowledgeable and not high pressure. He took his time explaining the types of windows and provided us with options. The installers were just as good; except for the fact that they installed the new windows you would have never know they were at the house. They protected and cleaned up everything inside and out. Very little paint touch up needed. Great job guys!!!

They showed up on time, whipped those old windows out and put the new ones in in 2 hours. It was amazing! T Ihey showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves-I hardly knew they were there. The new windows are wonderful! when Tray came out he promised me it would be an easy process and he was right.

Sales was easy, not too chatty. This is what it is, this is what we do. This is the cost. Done.

Very pleased with new windows. Quality &installation excellent.

It is a hard job but the team knows exactly what they are doing. They have to uninstall the old windows, then prep the frames and install the new windows. It took about 7 hours to complete the entire job. Then the windows are caulked both on the inside and out. The job was done on a very humid, hot day in September. . The AC was turned off, so staying in the house during the work was a bit uncomfortable which led me to wonder if I should have waited until it was cooler to do the work. But I don't regret it now. Upon comparing my electric bill from the same period in 2013 and this most recent bill, I found my bill had gone down by approximately $40. I can only attribute this to the new windows as my usage hasn't changed, but I will keep monitoring it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new windows. Not only are they double pane, they are so attractive. My nasty old windows were hiding behind my ugly, old, crappy blinds. Once the old blinds and windows were removed, we were shocked to find that we have a full wall of windows with a gorgeous view! New windows and no more blinds to block the view. We are VERY happy with our windows!

They finished the job yesterday. They did a good job, everything was done according to the time frame, they completed the work on time, the guys who came were very friendly, and very respectful of the house, so I would give them a thumbs up.

From time of order to install was four to six weeks. They were a week late but that s understandable considering the week prior was raining, they should have called and let me know. But it worked out well in the end. Great job!

The installers showed up earlier than scheduled time, which was fine. They started the job right away. They finished at about 7 pm on the same day. Excellent workmanship.

From start to finish both sales representatives were professional and personable. The installers were very efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the job. The owner visited during installation. Will use again for the rest of the house and refer to family and friends.
