The crew showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. Within about 6 hrs they completely finished removing the old windows and installing 23 new one's. I was amazed at how much more quiet my house is now. I'm very happy with the quality and service from America's choice windows.

Salesman was a little high pressure. Delivery was a little slower than expected, but was not a problem. Installation was very well executed and professional.

The process was simple and uneventful. The price was lower than others and the windows arrived on time and were installed without incident.

The replacement went very well however the windows are not cleaned yet due to the still wet caulking.

After delays due to weather, the scheduled date arrived. Guys were prompt, professional, and cleaned up when finished.

Only one window not installed due to size issue.

The price was okay. They gave us the bid and once the things were installed, the door was much narrower than what the guy had portrayed. My husband tried to talk to them and then, they wanted to rip the whole thing out and then charge us $10,000 more. There was really a misunderstanding between what they were going to provide and what they ended up doing. What they provided has been okay.

Steven and guys arrived on time, replaced windows within an hour and a half. Great job. Cleaned up everything nicely. Very careful.

I purchased an older home with original windows, that were badly in need of replacement. I received three quotes from companies doing work in the area. I selected America's Choice because of the comfort we felt with the rep who first came to our home, Tre. He explained everything fully, and didn't act like we were taking up too much of his time, as other companies did. He was thorough and gave us a quote based upon his measurements. After we agreed to the terms, he sent another representative to confirm the measurements before ordering the windows. "Measure twice, cut once." Once the order was complete, the company was very accomodating with our schedule, and installed when it was convenient for us. The whole process was very simple and stress-free, and my new windows are beautiful! They even took care of the WPI Certificate!. I highly recommend America's Choice Windows.

My 35 year old house was in desperate need of new windows and doors. I got several estimates and decided to use America's Choice. They were one of the cheaper estimates, and I more confident that they could do the job the way I wanted than the lowest bidder. The sales person was a little bit pushy/aggressive, but all of the salespeople from other companies were similar if not worse. I just was patient and didn't allow anyone to persuade me to make a hasty decision. Since they are custom windows, I had to put down a 50% deposit when I signed the contract. After that it took 3-4 weeks before the windows were ready for install. They showed up about 9:30am and went right to work. They worked efficiently and were very polite. They finished the job about 4pm, however there was a problem with one of the sliding doors. They had to trim quite a bit of area around it so it would fit properly, so there was an unfinished open gap between the door and drywall. I was concerned because the salesperson told me that "I wouldn't be able to tell they had been there" when they were finished. I called the company and the manager came out later that evening to inspect it. After we discussed things he agreed to take care of the problem. The following week a crew came by and put some trim around the area and now it looks very nice. Other than that issue and a fine layer of dust in my house, they did an excellent job cleaning up. I am happy with the quality of the windows, my house is much quieter and more energyefficient than before. I appreciate that they did the right thing when an issue came up.

I chose to contact America's Choice Windows based on their ratings on Angie's List. It did not go well. From the get go it was obvious all Trey was interested in was seeing how many total windows he could sell over a period of time. His presentation of the product was excellent. It was his high pressure sales tactics that turned me off to them. If I am going to spend several thousand dollars on a project I want to think it over carefully. I will NOT make a snap decision "right now" to get a certain price. I asked Trey for his business card so I could think it over for a day. He flat refused to leave me his business card. He said he was not coming back a second time to quibble over a few hundred dollars. Trey is very perceptive and he noticed that I had a business card on the table (a mistake on my part) from one of his competitors. He laughed when I asked if he gave a senior citizen discount. He did not take the question seriously. Trey did not take any preliminary measurements at all, he just counted the number of windows. When I asked about replacing the glass in two exterior doors Trey told me they do not do doors, they only do windows. America's Choice Windows lost this sale specifically because of Trey's attitude and high pressure sales tactics. You either make a deal with him right now, while he is there, or else he wants nothing further to do with you. Any company unwilling to let a customer think about such an important decision and who wants an answer right now today sets off all kinds of red flags with me. I have a very UNFAVORABLE opinion of this company based on my experiences with Trey and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I have since signed a contract with another company even though their prices were higher than America's Choice Windows. I live in an area of the Texas Gulf Coast in which windows have to pass certain standards of the Texas Windstorm Insurance so the windows that these companies sell are all pretty much the same product anyway.

The sales man was rude and unprofessional. Started to get upset when he could not answer my question about his windows. Then refused to leave his business card with me (for fear that I will go back and complain about him?). When I asked how will I get my estimate. He said you will hear from us. Yeah right. Nothing. And of course due to his attitude, I wrote this company off already. I will never hire them just because of this salesman.

Sales rep professional. he explained in detail windows. Work crew was excellent & cleaned everything up.

Mr Tra Martin came out and gave us a quote which was $1,000 lower than my first quote and was very informative on their products, service and warranty. They came out exactly as the time framed mention and did a wonderful job.

Window installers were prompt and made a quick, but professional job of it. The new windows look great!
