Description of Work: Nothing. We ordered 28 windows in Dec. Was told that they would arrive in 3 to 5 weeks. Ive been waiting no communication from these people at all. I called several times finally today Brian (mamager ) informed me that the company can not find anyone to make a 10 inch window. I am so upset with this company. If you have time to waste hire them.. if you want a job done , go somewhere else.

Description of Work: Did not clean up after work was done. Did not caulk windows when put in. Left tremendous amount of old mortar, dust and glass remnants in and outside of house. Cut outside frame of windows down to the wood. Scraped off paint inside and outside of house, left gouges in plaster. Caulking that was done was smeared and not applied in a straight line. Had to have a second crew come and repair mistakes left by first crew.
