This has been a wonderful experience. The price was way lower than other companies and the service and product could not have been better. The initial contact was in my home when they showed me the product and gave me a price. Their installers came out to measure a few days after we signed the contract. They told me to expect a call to set up the installation about 4 weeks after we signed the contract, they called me in 3. Their installers came out and removed the old windows and installed the new ones all in the same day. When they left, everything was as clean as when they arrived. I was pleasantly suppressed, I thought I would have a lot of cleaning to do after but I didn?t. I am so happy with these windows and my experience I really can?t express it in words. I contacted America's Choice Windows for replacement windows in my home. We have have been thinking about it for years but every time I contacted a company to do the work nothing felt right. One day as I was listening to Texas Home Improvement with Jim Dutton on the radio. I heard a caller call in and praise the work of America's Choice Windows, he spoke so highly of them and with Jim's endorsement I knew this was a company I wanted to call. So many times people only review a company to complain about them and my husband and I are passionate that we will review a company for a pleasurable experience as well. We even mail letters to car dealerships when we have enjoyed a new car buying experience. My rep was Tra, when he came to our home he was straight to the point and didn't play any games. I can appreciate that. I didn't get a bait and switch as I have in the past where they try to up sell me or advertise one price and come out and all of a sudden it was double. You pay exactly the advertised price. Not many companies do this. Everything he told me he would do, he actually did. From start to finish, Tra came out and showed me their product. As I have shopped for windows in the past I was impressed with the quality of his product. He offered me features and upgrades that the other companies could not even get close to. Before signing the contract he was so generous to take my husband and I to a customers property (that was being installed that day) to actually see with my own eyes what to expect with the install. When we first showed up I was so impressed that all the workers were uniformed. They worked very efficiently each doing their own part. One would be deconstructing a window preparing it for the new window as another would be putting caulk around a window just installed and cleaning them with windex ect. We decided to move forward and placed the order. Tra told us what steps to expect next. After placing the order he would have another representative come out and take second measurements. These were to be for a point of reference to compare and try to avoid potential human error since they are custom manufactured. Then after the second measurement they said they would contact us when the windows arrived and were checked into inventory and we would schedule a date for installation. I was so excited when I got the call and we were ready for my new windows to be installed. On my installation date everyone worked cohesively just as I saw with their other customer. Tra came out again on the day of install which most of the time, you never see your sales guy again. He and the entire company made our project an enjoyable experience. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!!! Who knew windows could be so fun and make such a difference in not only the looks of my home but also the added bonus of my utility bill!

Ok, so this is for the Dallas branch. I don't know how the rest of the offices work. It would seem from the other reviews that "better" is the word. Well, first off, the installers were later than they had said. They removed the existing windows in a hazardous and dirty manner. They removed all the windows in the house at once, leaving the home open to wind and dust/dirt. When they finished--late in the evening--they were in a hurry to leave. While one installer had no interest in cleaning/vacuuming the excessive amounts of broken glass on our lawn, in our atrium, and on the carpet, at least the other installer did attempt to help out. However, two of the windows took excessive force to open, so we made an agreement that they would return to fix them. After three months of contacting our salesperson and waiting for him to respond, then re-contacting him and getting promises that someone would come out, then staying home from work to meet someone who didn't show up, I issued a chargeback on my credit card for half the amount. After 6 weeks, when our salesperson realized that he had missed out on the money, he called insisting he'd help to fix "everything." They then missed one appointment, but made another one. The guy who came out was helpful, and removed and reinstalled one window, which fixed that window's problems. However, the other window couldn't be repaired, so they said they'd re-order a window. Then they asked me to re-pay for the money they'd lost in the chargeback. I told them that, once the final window was fixed, we'd discuss it. After a month, I got a call saying the new window was in, so we scheduled a date. My optimism that they were going to fix my windows was soon crushed when the installer arrived with no window trim. I told him that, while they said they'd return with more trim, my experience so far shows that they wouldn't do it if they didn't do it now, so I told him to get back with me as soon as they had the trim. The installer said it should be in the next day or two. In the meantime, I also called the sales guy and relayed the same information to him. Another month passed, and the sales guy called again. He said he really wanted to settle the payment, and he still had a window to install for me. I told him that I had expected him to call weeks ago. So, we settled on paying 75% of the remainder owed, and he promised the installer would call me to set up an appointment. Needless to say, that never happened. The next time the sales guy called me, he insisted that they had tried to set things up with me, and that they were still owed money. I told him that I was done with them, because they don't keep their promises. He threatened to charge my credit card on file, but backed down when I told him I'd consider any charge at that point to be fraud.

America?s Choice windows did an okay job on the installation. The windows thus far look good but will not know how functional they are until I get a rain storm and it?s proven that they are not leaking. I am sure they will NOT call back if something is wrong! So a MONTH later after I made the purchase, I called to check up on my order and that same day they told me they were going to come install because they had someone else cancel so they came out that same day. Of course the office is not going to call to schedule anything, they never call anyone unless it's to set you up with selling you windows or siding. For example they were too busy to call me back because according to them they are sooo busy and in meetings, but that same day they called my neighbor to sell him windows! Sales guy Tra, a typical high pressure sales guy. If you make a purchase because of sales pressure you have the right to cancel 3 days from the date you signed the contract. For example, they stained my deck in various places with caulking they did NOT use a cover or cloth, one of them pulled or leaned on my kitchen sick making it all loose. These items were addressed to Tra who says he is the business owner and he ignored my complaint and tried to sell me siding. They also told me that they would take down and install my blinds, Tra said all I had to do was sit back and enjoy my windows, and that he would take care of everything else to include installing my blinds. Well after the installation, the workers here did NOT install my blinds, called Tra and he said he would call back, called him the next day and he said he would call me back and never did, called the main office talked to Susan she never called back. They left my blinds on the floor, thousand dollar blinds just sitting on the floor and never came to install them back like they said they would. They kept telling me to call back tomorrow then when I call back they don?t return calls because their excuse is they are too busy. But they are not too busy to be calling your neighbors to sell them windows. Also if you are one of those people that likes updates on the status of your order, this company will not give you status or call you back. I talked to Susan 5 times, checking up on my status, she did not know anything and would always say she would call back. No call backs. To me if they take half your money upfront maybe they can keep you informed of the status or at least give you some type of update when you call them. Susan does not seem to know anything. We will call you back and put your blinds up.. This company has a lot of false promises. They also want you to fill out your Angies list feed back form that same day! I noticed that other people on Angies list say office never calls back. Company full of false promises. Still my blinds sit in the living room floor! Going to go with another company to get siding, and I AM NOT getting vinyl siding! FYI- when I went to make my final payment the SALES guy wanted me to PAY CASH!!! I said no I am paying with a credit card. And he said because he gave me such a good deal, he was taking a bigger hit by taking credit card! I never had agreed to pay in CASH! It is not my problem if you accept credit card and you have a credit card fee! I will also put this feedback on other sides so that everyone knows exactly what they are getting when they contact this company.

Tracy came out and explained process. Crew came out to install. Installers seemed to be very knowledgeable about task at hand. Very professional install.

They were about 45 min than the time I was told but they still finished earlier than I was told the 3 man crew was very efficient and did an excellent job.

The America's Choice team was extremely impressive to watch - they are very efficient & yet are detail oriented and ensure perfection.

Great experience. Will call them again when it is time to replace the rest of our windows.

This was the 4th company I called to get a quote and I am so happy that I did. Tra came by within a couple of days to give me a quote (I can't believe any negatives comments have been posted about this gentleman - he was so nice and professional and he has a sense of humor). He had the best price of all the companies we had contacted for the same windows. I accepted the quote right then and told him I needed them quick since my contractor was about to start the sheet rock. He said he could have them in within 7 to 10 days and that is exactly what he did. They look fantastic! This was the best experience I have had since this re-modeling project began. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Eli came to our condo to give us a quote for a window replacement. He was professional and punctual. He thoroughly explained my window replacement options and patiently answered my questions. The quote he provided me was the lowest out of two other bids. It took about a month to receive the new windows. The installation crew was punctual and respectful. They covered our furniture to keep it from getting dirty and cleaned up after they left. We love our new windows! Can't hear the loud traffic outside anymore with the double pane windows. Highly recommend this company.

Looks real nice, we were very pleased with product for the price. Tra is the owner and salesman that we dealt with in regards to our windows. He is good to work with. We had one small issue due to a mis-communication, which I'm not sure was his fault or mine, but he took care of the problem either way at his cost which confirmed he is a great guy. I would recommend him to our neighbors.

We had them install the windows in the back of the house. We like it so we had the rest of the house done.

All personnel were professional, respectful and committed to their job. A sense of pride was very much evident. All got alons with each other.

The owner was very professional. Great prices. Crew was on time, did an excellent job. Will use again on my other buildings.
