The bid came in very competitive with others, even on the high end. Started out a little slowly, and they exceeded the high end of the bid (labor only - I supplied the materials). Jimmy was the initial contractor, who did decent and was very professional, but details needed to be cleaned up and a few corrections needed to happen in order for it to be top notch. When the supervisor, Paul, came in, he cleaned everything up, took care of the details, and still remained in the initial bid even though he spent several more hours making it perfect. They clearly stand by their work, and I will certainly use them again for my future needs.

bad! I asked for quotes multiple times over 2 months. Once they finally gave me a quote and I agreed to it, the job never took place. The handyman that came to my home the day the job was to begin (2 days ago) was completely unprepared. He did not know what he was supposed to do; he received no information from management (they even gave him the wrong address). Frankly, I felt embarrassed for the guy. I also requested other estimates, which I never received. Does this company not like my money? I was expecting a call yesterday to figure out what the plan is. Nothing. Amateurs. Not sure I should give them a chance again.

Incredibly well. Jimmy was pleasant, polite, quickly identified the source of the problems and was able to come up with practical solutions for recurrent problems. He was quick, smart and efficient with his time allowing us to use his one hour to fix other minor problems around the house. We were more than highly pleased with his services and his kind and respectful nature. Some context for this drawer wheel repair. We paid a previous local handyman to completely replace the drawer wheels, which he did, and this is what subsequently broke. Then we tried to fix it ourselves and quickly realized it required more than common sense expertise. Our next step was to call another handyman (we sourced from Angie's list, another local company). He came by and evaluated the problem, and stated he didn't have the proper tools, and that he would come back the next day. He unfortunately didn't call or follow up. So we were really unsure if Jimmy was going to be successful and clearly he exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely terrific. They sent Craig. He was meticulously thorough. We were more than delighted with his work. He spent a little over a day on the two projects but we were only charged for a day. They were having a one day special which also helped.

Went great, I logged on to schedule service with them again today and realized I never left a review for the other 3 times we have used them. No pushy sales people or surprise charges, just honest up front pricing and good work!

Paul came out a few weeks ago to finish up what another contractor had started. I had s leak in the roof that went through ceiling in two different areas, he came and fixed both areas and matched ceiling texture perfectly, painted! He was thorough, professional and very communicative about the process! Highly recommend!

I couldn't have been more pleased!!! I will definitely be calling these guys again for all of my "honey won't do" list items.

I could not have asked for a more professional handyman, we went over details as I had signed up for the 4hour special and that ended up being the perfect amount of time to complete everything, including some extra items that came up since my original appt was set. Highly recommend, will use again.?

They came out and did an estimate for no charge. Other places I contacted expected me to take all the measurements and then e-mail pictures from every angle. The service was scheduled promptly. Craig, the man they sent to do the job was punctual and a pleasure to be around. Furthermore, he did a great job. There was one thing that wasn't perfect so he came back on a later date with no additional charge and finished the job to perfection. We were very happy with the job done and will definitely use them again if we should need a handyman.

The provider was prompt and very courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. He asked appropriate questions to be sure he understood what we were wanting done. He initially came to install a ceiling fan on 20 foot ceiling. Unfortunately, we had not purchased the appropriate extender rod. He was very patient. The owner even contacted us to be sure that we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with the service. Even though we did not have what we needed for them to do the requested service, we were not charged an additional fee. The handyman, owner, and the person we worked with to schedule were very patient, kind and worked extremely hard. We would recommend Handyman Matters to our family and friends. We will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

They said that it would be couple of hours to do it and that it would be $250. The cost is great. They were very quick about it. They were out the day after we called them.
