Description of Work: My only complaint is the time it took and having to call to check on the status of unfinished work. The first visit was on 2 April and the last was on 21 May. This was to just repair one circuit with an electrical problem and to replace several damaged heads. Admittedly I didn't need to use the system during this time and acknowledged that to the contractor which is why I gave a B rating as the actual work, when done, was fine. If I had needed the system and it took this long I would have given a lower rating.

Description of Work: Jim checked and replaced and lower sprinkler heads. Replaced control box and added another sprinkler where I had a dry spot. His price was reasonable and very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: I could not get Abundant Water Sprinkler to return my call to schedule an appointment. I called and left a message and after one week called again and left another message on the other phone number. Waited three more days and called again. On each occasion I got an answering machine and never got a call back.

Description of Work: My system sprung a massive leak and when called, they gave me a date and time (5 days in advance), they arrived within 15 minutes of when they said they would. They replaced the main value, I'm guessing at the parts name, but it controls the feeding to all sections. After complete, they checked all 7 sections for other leaks. Days before we had flowers and bushes put in and found there was a broken PVC pile there, it took them less than 20 minutes to gain access and replace the "T" section and returned the earth to the way it looked before. All is fine. Jim was great. After finding the 2nd leak I thought it was going to be more costly.

+ -1 moreArrived 15 minutes late. Very knowledgeable and personable. Inspected my system, replaced 2 sprinkler heads and lowered them so they will not get run over by the lawn mower any more. Took time to explain the system to me and showed me how to fix my own sprinkler heads in the future.

The rescheduled appointment was kept (no rain!) and the work was completed just as requested. Very reliable, and I appreciate that if a crew is needed for the job, the owner of the company is on site to supervise.
