Abundant Water Sprinkler

I called and left a message on their answering machine. They did not return my call. I e-mailed them and waited a week for a reply and received none. I don't see why the bother advertising if they do not respond the the inquiries it generates.

Service was performed quick and they arrived when expected. Jim was very friendly and respectful and explained everything that he did. The price was reasonable.

These guys were amazing. We mostly wormed with Jason who was able to come out and troubleshoot/fix our system. He told us what we needed to do know and how we could further improve it in the future. We ended up paying a lot less than we expected considering how extensive the repairs were. Very pleased with this service and would recommend 100%.

They came over and they did a nice job. He cleaned it up with a one guy. One man did come and worked on it and he did a nice job, keeping me informed what he was doing.

I have an in-ground Hunter sprinkler system with six stations and only two stations were working. Called Jim Bailey on Saturday and he scheduled part of his crew, Jason and Miguel (both very courteous and professional), to come out on Wednesday. They arrived as promised and quickly found the problem (after digging only two small holes, which they filled back in and replaced turf on top) and fixed it, checked the entire system, pointed out a couple of sprinkler heads that were not working properly and replaced them. Total cost: $215, very reasonable. Will very much recommend Abundant Water Sprinkler to others as top notch, with no reservations. Always glad to find a good, professional, customer friendly, reasonably priced company.

They were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to repair the sprinklers. They only charged me $65.00 for this service. I was very pleased with their service and affordable prices.

Jim returned my phone call the same day & was on site the following day to complete the repairs. The other sprinkler companies I called were non responsive. I was very impressed with Jim's service & follow up. He did an excellent job & I will continue to use him for future sprinkler needs.

Abundant was able to see me within 2 business days of my initial call. I asked him to inspect my system and fix an issue I had with a valve that was not working properly and was causing my heads to continue to leak even when the system was not on. They showed up at the agreed upon time and called 15 minutes prior to their arrival. They fixed my system and adjusted it giving me better coverage than I had before they came. I will use them again.

I called Abundant Water Sprinkler on a Thursday. We briefly discussed my need to cap a couple of sprinkler heads and re-locate a valve because of a current patio project. Abundant Sprinkler arrived on time the following day. Upon arrival, Jim Bailey assessed the project and recommended that we also, move the water line because it would be under the new concrete slab. This recommendation significantly increased the scope of the project. Jim Bailey was able to clearly explain why the water line should be relocated. After, agreeing on the new scope of work Jim and Jason got started and successfully completed the job. Abundant Water Sprinkler also checked all other sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed. I would most definitely call Abundant Water Sprinkler for future lawn irrigation system needs.

Left a review earlier due to a non contact return call for work on sprinklers. Jim has explained why he could not get back and it was acceptable to me. We rescheduled and it was recommended to up grade to more efficient heads since our system was 30 years old. Jim finished the job, moved heads, added heads where necessary. As he said, "It's like getting a new system." He was right. The spray coverage and patterns was a joy to watch. Since the repair/upgrade went well, I asked him to change the coverage to the parkway strip. Abundant Water is highly recommended and be confident they will do a professional job for you.

These guys were great! Very professional and courteous. A little late, but that's understandable!!

Initial contact: I contacted Jim on 28 July and left a voice mail. He called me back within an hour and I discussed with him the problems I noticed with my system. He discussed with me his plan and scheduled to come to my house at 1100am on Thursday 31 July. Jim called me prior to arriving at my house which was exactly on time. I wasn't able to be their so I gave him the code to my garrage door so he could begin. Jim was very thorough and went through each zone checking for problems. Turns out there were several problems with my system. Three wires were cut which needed to be found and repaired, three heads were damaged, and water pressure was set too low to ensure even coverage. The minute I heard wires were cut, I knew the price would be high since troubleshooting electrical wires over a large area is a real pain. Fortunately, Jim had allocated enough time to complete the job that day. When he was completed, my cost was $342.00.This may sound high, but it's not. Jim had to dig a few long trenches to find the broken wires and then run new wires to each valve. He replaced the sprinkler heads which were damaged and ensured my yard was covering completely. I was completely satisfied with Jim's work and felt his price was very reasonable for the amount of work he had to put into my system. In addition to the work he did, he also gave me advice on some upgrades to my system that i could do myself to keep things running good. Great experiance with Jim and he will be the only person I call to work on my system in the future!

Jim was extremely helpful and efficient. He arrived on the first day and did most of the major work on the leaks first. There was a lot of digging and trouble shooting, but Jim found the issues and worked quickly on the solution. He was very punctual, communicated well, and very responsive to any questions I had. Jim was punctual on his expected arrival time and always notified me if he had to leave for parts or equipment. I would use Jim again and am highly recommending him to friends and neighbors.

I called and due to an opening in his his schedule he was able to come out the same day. He looked at my system then informed me what needed to be done. He also educated me on preventative maintainence. He was done in about an hour. Very pleasant and informative. I will definitely use him again if any issues come up, for preventative maintainence and referrals.

Repairs went great! He is a very busy man, but he stayed in touch by phone to let me know if and when he would arrive at my home. I had to cancel a couple of times myself because of other appointments and interruptions, but we were finally able to meet. He explained everything he was planning to repair or replace before proceeding with the work on my sprinkler system. He followed my suggestions regarding the system, and gave me some good ideas of his own. I was very pleased with his work, and will definitely call on this company again if the need arises.

The business owner and his assistant performed the work in a very expeditious and professional manner. However, they did not appear to rush their work but took time to explain their tasks and made recommendations about use and maintenance of system. They cleaned up thorougly after completion of work and left my yard in very good condition. I found them very competent and knowledgable in lawn sprinkler systems, installation and repair. I felt very good about their honesty and integrity. They did not recommend unnecessary repairs or changes to system nor did they try to sell any "service contract".
