Description of Work: Repaired grout all around guest & master bathrooms. They were easy to work with, prompt, and polite. They even showed me the materials they used and walked me through care & maintenance.

Description of Work: Replace 5 floor tiles in my kitchen, cleaned and sealed grout in the entire downstairs. The grout looked new when they were done. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: I called them and they came out to look at what I wanted done. The man who came out said they would get me an estimate in a couple of days. When I didn't hear from them, I looked elsewhere. They finally called me two weeks later but it was too late.

Description of Work: Replaced 13x13 inch tile in my shower and regrouted two showers/tubs. Did a great job and would use them again!!!

Matched the color of the new grout to the existing grout and returned the areas back to the new look condition. Went beyond the call to discuss care and cleaning of the surfaces and recommended ways to clean areas beyond the service call. | |Was very friendly and customer oriented.

Description of Work: cleaned and sealed a large tile shower, which also involved matching the grout color so that it looks like new. He also cleaned and sealed a normal tile wall surrounding a tub.

Description of Work: I employed Grout Works (Jason) to replace 25 broken ceramic tiles on our floor, stain small nicks in several other tiles, caulk around three toilets,re-pigment small cracks in our master bath water closet, and re-caulk around the vanity in our guest bath. For no charge, they also re-grouted areas on the steps to our sunken living room where I had previously kept and over-watered (!) plants. Their work was superb. They are true professionals who take the time to do the work properly, ask questions as needed, and are quite creative in developing solutions to floor problems for which I was perplexed. (For example, their process made five cracks "disappear" in our master bath.) Also important, they returned my calls promptly and referred me to a firm that sells discontinued tiles. Interestingly the first person from whom I received an estimate told me there weren't enough discontinued tiles at that firm available to complete my order after she visited the same store. (Therefore she wanted to re-tile my entire floor._) I decided to see for myself, found that there were plenty at the store and that her ploy was to convince me to rip up my entire floor! Also important is that Grout Works WORKS ... no breaks for them and I don't even know if they stop for lunch. I offered them beverages which they politely declined. They also did a great job of cleaning up and offered to come back pronto if we have any problems.

Description of Work: John McInnis (owner) of grout works has done three seperate jobs for us. Initally, he restained and sealed our grout in the master shower. We had him back to clean tile and restain grout with approximately 1200 sq ft of 24" tile throughout our living and kitchen area. Finally, we contracted with him to do the same with another home we are currently marketing to sell. John was very professional to work with, his company did an excellent job as promised and we would not hesitate to recommend him to potential customers.

Description of Work: If you need grout cleaned these are the guys you want. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny! John, Jason, and company were very fair and honest people and had great attitudes and enthusiasm for what they do. They fixed a problem that two other companies weren't able to solve for me!

Description of Work: Grout Works regrouted and polished the tiles in two bathrooms (a tub with tile surround + a tile shower). They also resealed the floor tile grout in three bathrooms. Looks great.

Description of Work: Grout works hand scrubbed all the grout between tiles in the LR, FR, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. They also cleaned the surfaces of all the tiles. Then they repaired/replaced all the cracked and missing grout as well as filled in the cracks on the surfaces of some tiles. Finally, they applied a sealer to all grout to protect it from dirt, kitchen spills, etc.
