Excellent, speedy prompt and accurate. Love the difference in our trees and plan on hiring this company again for another property.

Jason and his family/crew was very emphatic about doing the right thing. I felt that they were very professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that Jason was not only willing to work with our needs and wants but had great suggestions that benefited us and the health of our trees. He kept up with communication and was even able to come earlier than originally scheduled. We did save $200 overall and I felt that what I got was well worth the money. A neighbor was very impressed so I gave Jason's information to them.

At the appointed time Jason and his crew came and performed the contracted job, leaving the place clean. They cut the tree at the base, leaving a shallow stump . I asked to remove two dead stumps with approximately 3" each including them in the deal. They obliged and axed the stumps to the roots. We were satisfied and asked for an estimate to trim all the trees in our yard. They are coming in one week for the new job.

It was easy to deal with this company. They responded to voice mails in a timely manner if they didn't answer calls immediately. They scheduled an appointment, arrived promptly, and did the work as planned. They were knowledgeable about trees and made recommendations for future growth and trimming plans. Also, they did a good job cleaning up the property when they were done. We were very pleased and will use them again.

I had them come out to give an estimate on the work. I thought I could get $400 worth of work done for 1/2 price like the deal says, but it is basically a credit towards a larger job, which would have cost me $560 more. I decided not to have the work done and requested a refund.

They called to see if they could come early. There was a four-man crew plus the owner Mr. Grube. I needed to have a very large,old hackberry tree cut down before it fell and damaged the house or other nearby trees. They cut it down piece by piece without damaging anything in the yard. They also cut several persimmon limbs off as well as many very high oak limbs that were dead and hanging over the neighbor's driveway. They were very professional, friendly and reasonable, I thought. They also cleaned up the yard and hauled it all away.

Jason responded to my call very promptly. He was very flexible on when he could come out to trim our trees. He and his crew were very hard working, courteous, and very professional. They did an awesome job--better than I had envisioned. And they cleaned up the yard better than they found it. His price was the most reasonable out of all the other tree trimming services I have used before. I will definitely be calling on City Tree Service next time I need my trees trimmed. I give this company the highest recommendation!

Went very well. Arrived on time, negotiated additional fee based on number of trees, did all the trees just as I requested and left with a good tip.

They were punctual and very thorough in getting the work done as agreed.

Excellent work by entire team. First day of work was tree trimming. Team showed up at 10AM with 4 workers and they completed the 11 tree's around 7PM. They did an exceptional job of trimming all tree's, removing dead branches and painting knots. Next two days of work was the landscaping. Team did an exceptional job of getting rid of the old weed barrior, pulling all old plants and digging out the roots and replacing the soil, weed barrior and laying in new rock in both the front and back yard. When the crew was finished, they ensured the yard was perfectly cleaned up and everything was in place. Extremely hard working and polite crew. Would highly recommend.

As the work progressed, the scope did increase once at a mutually agreed upon reasonable price. Jason and crew arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and did it with pride and professionalism. When Jason was there most of the time but when he was not physically present the crew worked just as diligently. Clean up was excellent. Jason is easy to communicate with and quick to grasp what is wanted. He offers suggestions about getting the job done quicker and easier (and cheaper!). Outstanding. Highest recommendation.

This is a good company, they showed up on time and cleaned up the yard when they were finished. Jason is a certified arborist and really cared about my trees. They made my live oaks look really pretty, gave them that (knarly look) that shows off the big branches below the canopy.

They were able to come and take care of it while I was at work. I came home and found that they had completed the job. There was no mess left over and the tree looks much better now. I will use them again; if needed.

My mother had just moved into a house where the previous owners had not tended to the yards and let things go. We needed a lot of trimming and shaping done so we could get to the fun stuff...planting flowers! Jason Grube, the owner of City Tree Service, gave us the estimate to complete the necessary trimming and shaping. He went over in detail exactly how he and his crew were going to cut a tree down; important, since it was growning against the front of the house and hanging over the roof. He also went over which branches he was going to cut on the tree that needed some dead cut off of it, in order to shape the tree and make it asthetically pleasing. He had the exact same vision I had concerning the cedars growing in a clump: to trim them up and shape them in an umbrella shape rather than chop a lot of it down. Jason also had some great ideas about pinning up some roses growning along a privacy fence so they would grow into a better shape. He also let me know he could trim up and existing garden area that had gone unattended for some time, to make it look more pleasing. We agreed to his price, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work it entailed. Jason said his crew would be there the next morning at 9:00am and get right to work. The crew showed up right on time and got to it immediately. Jason stopped by to check on things at around 9:40am and to assure us everything was going fine. The crew was finished with the entire job by around 2:00, and everything was beautiful. All limbs and scrub were picked up and hauled away and both front and back yards were left clean and neat. The areas on the tree trunks where limbs were removed were sprayed to prevent bug infestation, even though they weren't oaks. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met Mr. Grube...he is truly one of the few people out there who deliver exactly what they promise. He and his crew are curtious, polite, hard-working. I highy recommend City Tree Service to anybody needing tree trimming or removal.
