They arrived on time asked for specifics of the job expertly trimmed the tree then asked me to inspect the completed job. This was the second time they've done work for me. Excellent work both times

I Contacted Jeanette after purchasing coupon and set up a time for them to come out and give me an estimate on what I needed done. She and Jason came out right when they said they would be here and asked what needed taken care of and gave me a great estimate. We set up a date for them to return and do the work. Day before our appointment I had to call to reschedule with them and they were great about it, no problems at all, they were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate my request right away. They came out with their crew, showed them what needed done and the crew...all very nice polite gentlemen...got right to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I will be calling them again when I need work done on our property. I highly recommend City Tree Service.

Jason's very knowledgeable and professional about the job he does and was friendly. We saw great team work between the co-workers in taking down this huge old tree. It was TREEmendous!!! They did an awesome clean up job too! Would use and recommend them for any job!

The whole experience was terrific. I bought the service as a birthday gift to my husband and City Tree Service squeezed me ahead of schedule so that the work could be done before his birthday, The whole crew was polite, thorough, and paid attention to details. They worked hard, made sure all of the trees were properly painted to protect from oak wilt, and made sure that my property was meticulously cleaned up before they left. I give them an A+++ Will definitely have them back!

They were excellent. They were respectful of my time. They were prompt. They kept me in the loop of how the job was going, but it took a little bit long. However, it was not their fault. The entire job was $600 and I paid $400 in total.

Jason and his crew were great. They did an excellent job trimming my trees, especially since I have some fairly large trees. I'd definitely use them again!

I found a tree trimming coupon through the Angie's List website and decided to try City Tree Service. Jason and his crew did a great job trimming our trees. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

They were very good. They showed up when they said they'd be here. They did the job and they hauled the the branches off. Everything they said, they did.

The trimming and cleanup went well. My only concern was that there was some damage to a decorative statue in the back yard that was not reported to me. I didn't initially notice the damage as I was focused on surveying the completeness of the job itself. However when I did discover the damage, I thought it a bit disconcerting no one noticed and notified me.

they asked me, before they started, what I wanted them to do and how I wanted the tree to look when they were finished. they listened carefully and asked questions. they were very , very good. they are really artists at trimming a tree. It was beautifully shaped and cleaned of ball moss, dead wood and excess branches. they cleaned the area and more when they were through.

The owner of the company is very professional and hands on in supervising crew. He communicated clearly about the options and costs, provided a detailed invoice/receipt, and completed the work as promised. They did a great job and cleaned up all debris from the yard and street. I will definitely call them again for future tree service needs. Note - I used a prepurchased promotional coupon and paid $200 less than the total cost of estimate noted here.

I purchased a deal of the day. Had never done this before and was totally delighted with the price and prompt, polite, efficient service. We called to schedule a date to remove our tree.. Jason Grube fit us into his busy schedule within the week. We have cable lines in the area where the tree had to be removed. Our pecan was 30 feet tall. Jason and team had the tree down in 2 hours with no harm to anything in our yard. I have told our friends about City Tree Service. Very pleased.

They were really good, they came when they said they would, they did what they were supposed to do and they cleaned up after themselves so we're pretty pleased with them.

City Tree Service trimmed our oaks and removed a large stump for us this week and they did an excellent job at a fair price. They obviously knew what they were doing, working quickly and efficiently, and actually did more for me than what was agreed. They were also friendly and professional, arriving at the promised date and time and staying until the job was done. I would certainly use them again.

Appt was for 6pm. He didn't show but called and said he was running late. He still didn't show and it was getting too dark to see the trees so I called and he said he was on his way and the dark wouldn't hurt his ability to assess the trees. He arrived after 7:30 and it was dark. Although I appreciated his honesty regarding his opinion that the moss balls weren't severe enough to make removal a priority, he said he could give me an estimate to remove several shrubs and plant mature red tips along my rear fence (for added privacy for my pool). He never contacted me again and I never received an estimate.

They were fabulous though scheduling was a little tricky because it was based on rain. Their schedule was a little bit off because they had to cancel people however this was an issue only in the beginning but then once I got them here they did a fabulous work. They cleaned up and I just don’t have any complaints about them.

It was a coupon, it's $200 and I got $400 with the tree service and I get another $75 for some pods and so it's $275. It went well, they did a good job.

The job proceeded with professional skill and counseling to the neighbor. He required the trim that reduced the tree about 1/3.

With very difficult conditions they did a great job.

These guys were fantastic. They cut down some old tree limbs hanging by my power wires with good clean cuts and then they carted the debris. They were on-time, professional, courteous and the price was fair. I will use them again in the future.

Set an appointment day and time and were on time! All work was excellent and cleaned up perfectly, we will use them again when needed. Highly recommend !!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Their bid of $650 to $700 was lower than other companies that quoted but the Big Deal did not cover the entire amount so I had to pay about $200 over the Big Deal purchase.
