Description of Work: I only use them for plumbing. They've done some work when I had a slab leak and they've also replaced an outside faucet too. They do their work well and they're courteous.

Description of Work: There was a leak in kitchen faucet which they identified but charged 60$ just for checking and $60 to drain the clog. So they took 90$ as a discount price. I have never used plumbing service before but seemed they are expensive.

Description of Work: My hot water heater started leaking and had to be replaced. Scout was sent out by my homeowners warranty company. They assessed the issue quickly, got the appropriate permits, and replaced it within the same day. The tech had mentioned a number of items to bring the unit up to code, that initially seemed like either overkill or padding the bill. However, everything he stated was required by City of Carrollton. He even suggested that I'd be better off installing the CO detectors myself rather than have them do it and charge for the labor. I would call them again for plumbing issues.
