"Clayton and his team performed great in installing our concrete patio, on time and on budget and I donâ t want to have a negative review about his work at all. However, he suggested a contractor (Keith) to stain my existing patio and do an overlay on my back porch. This contractor came and gave me an estimate and I accepted it based on Claytonâ s recommendation. The contractor put stain in our concrete and also came back and did an overlay on our existing patio slab with a different border color. A month later the freeze occurred and when everything thawed the stain on my patio lifted off and looked terrible. Keith came and looked at it and said the stain lifting off was due to the freeze and he had several customers that had contacted him about the same issue. He blamed the manufacturer. Had I known the stain finish was subject to freezing I never would have spent the money. Also the overlay on my back porch chipped off. Keith came and looked at it and said it need to be redone. He sent another contractor to do the repair and the color was very orange instead of brown. Keith came and looked at it and said it needed to be removed and redone. I have texted him several times with no response. Since that time he will not return my texts. No bad reviews on Clayton and All Out, but look elsewhere for your staining and overlaysâ ¦.."

"The quality of workmanship is non existent. Save yourself a ton of $ by choosing a different company. No warranties or guarantees are given by this company, despite what comes out of the owners mouth. Does not take responsibility for HIS services, blames everything and everyone else for his lack of work ethics or standards. Will not ensure the longevity of your concrete or the aesthetics. Substandard. Non existent customer service or satisfaction. The service I requested was to replace a driveway with a crack only to get from Guerra is a driveway with multiple cracks and damage to my existing foundation!"

"After 3 weeks I terminated dealing with Rigid Concrete. Poor workmanship, repeated broken prmises to complete or correct their work. Refusal to answer phone calls or text. Near the end they blocked my calls. The awning leaks, the concrete is not level and water pools next to the wall. Also, the concrete needs patched on the edge of the concrete in numerous places. Mr. Garza repeatly promised to correct them, but never did."
