Creative Concrete

This review is NOT about the quality of work this company does. In fact, I was so looking forward to do business with them. This review is about their customer service. I have left two voice mails for someone to call back and schedule an estimate and 5 total calls trying to get a hold of someone over the span of two weeks. I also emailed their email address listed on their site. No one bothered to return my calls, answer the phone, or return my emails. I emailed Cesar who emailed me right away saying someone will call me next day. No one did in a week. I decided if the company cannot answer its phone and emails, I cannot do business with them. Again, this is not about their service. They seem to do great work.

Provider reached out quickly following my request to let me know they were not available for the remainder of the year.

I wish somebody would return my phone calls or emails.

They went well. They work mostly well on new home. They pricing was all right, and they were very busy with the job. The communication was nice as well. That was a hard work in couple.

Everything was done in a most professional way with lots of personal attention to detail.

Everything went like clock work from listening to what I was looking for to making it look like the finished product I wanted.

They were prompt. They answered our questions. The quote is extremely reasonable. They were very professional. We absolutely have no problems with them. They gave us a detailed breakdown of exactly what they were gonna do and the cost. It's more detailed than what we got on some of the first bids we took on a roofing company. I had an individual that I work with and I think he might have made use of them before me but apparently, he liked them, too and neither one of us lived anywhere each other. I don't have anything bad to say. This guy comes out and he's extremely detailed and put exactly what he's gonna do. He was very clear about different types of concrete. He was very upfront with us as far as what we are gonna expect and all that stuff so we understand exactly what we're getting.

No show, disappointing as I left work early to meet with the estimator.

He did a great job coming out and giving me the bid. He was very professional, punctual, and responsive.

We could not be happier with how this project turned out. It was exactly what we wanted, and Cesar was very easy to work with. The only issue was that this was supposed to be a 4-6 week project and it ran almost three months. Some of that was because of delays with workers/subcontractors/inspections, and some was because of delays with weather (rain and concrete/masonry do not mix well). However, Cesar was always very easy to communicate with and was easy to reach. We communicated mostly by text and phone which worked very well. He was very patient with the millions of questions that I had throughout the project. The work is top quality and worth every penny. Be sure to see the before and after photos that I am posting. The result is stunning.

The Creative Concrete team was great to work with from beginning to end. Cesar visited us on site for our initial consultation. He helped us with the design of the new patio and answered all our questions about the process, durability of the final product and construction. Once we decided to move forward Rosy was our main point of contact regarding scheduling, color and pattern selection. We had some difficulty in picking the color of the concrete, so Cesar and his team took pictures of our brick and made several samples for us to pick from. The on site construction team was knowledgeable, professional, and the work site was always clean at the end of the day. Throughout the process we were updated on the status of the project and what to expect next. At crucial steps in the project (i.e. pour, staining, stamping and clean up) we were given the opportunity to look at the job site with Cesar and to make sure everything was acceptable. We had a wonderful experience with Cesar, Rosy, and the Creative Concrete team. We look forward to enjoying our beautiful patio for years to come!

On the first meeting, the job overview and estimate, I was happy with the company's presentation and thought process. I was looking for additional ideas to how my slab could be stamped and colored. Cesar the owner was very forthright in his presentation on what and how the slab could be done. On the day the concrete was poured the crew showed up early to ensure all elements were in place. They took the time to protect areas in the back yard from potential concrete splash or spills. They worked very hard to ensure the slab was pitched correctly, colored to my specifications and stamped the way we had agreed upon. At the end of the day they ensured the area was cleaned up, including the driveway where the cement truck had been parked. On the final day they came back and power washed the patio (slab) which is necessary for the process and sealed it. They also power washed the driveway. Good crew.
