Repair or replacment of tankless or tank type water heaters, water, gas and sewer lines, disposals, faucets, tubs, kitchen sinks, bathroom sink, commodes, sewage lift station and sump pump.

Description of Work: To begin with when I called Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance I got Heaton Plumbing when I questioned this Deer Park Plumbing only has a website. I personally think this is false advertisement! I was charged $953.70, $475.51 to replace a kitchen faucet with a Wolverine Brass Single Handle Faucet I am not sure the price on it I couldn't find on line and $478.20 to replace 3 Moen repair cylinders in my bathrooms. I found these cylinders on line for $20.00 each, the service tech was there a total of 3 hours. The service was great but I feel they are a little pricey and probably won't use them again. Can someone tell me if this is actually the going rate for this type service? I did not realize the mark up until the service tech left and I started googling. | |Joyce

My name is Michael Heaton I regret hearing about a unhappy customer my name is Michael Heaton I regret hearing about a unhappy customer however I Wolverine brass faucet is a top-quality Fossett it is solid brass we always give prices upfront before we start any work. We do however have coupons online that will offset any cost. If we knew you was unhappy about the cost before we did the work we will definitely guide you in the direction of coupons or even giving you a discount But when we are unaware of the issue we cannot resolve it before it happens. However we do offer a two year warranty on all of our work. Most plumbing companies will give you a 30 to 90 day warranty.
